I went in to get a headlight bulb replaced. I gave the person at the register in the auto center all of my information. They said it would be about a one and a half hours wait to put the new bulb in. Two hours later I hadn t received any updates so returned to the auto center desk and asked for an update. They said they hadn t looked at the car yet. Then they informed me that they don t replace the headlight bulbs on my make and model of car. So, I decided I would replace the bulb myself and got the replacement bulb off the shelf and walked up to the counter to purchase it. Fifteen minutes later and I still couldn t get anyone to ring up my purchase. I took the bulb to the registers at the front of the store and rang it up in the self checkout in about fifteen seconds. I m giving them two stars because the staff in the auto center were very pleasant whenever I spoke with them. But I ve been to other Walmart Auto Centers that had good service, and I can t imagine that I would ever return to this one.

Don't bother going here. I've been here a few times now, and each time, I just get bad service. They only ever have 2 mechanics working and only have the equipment to work on 1 vehicle at a time. In my opinion, go somewhere else and save yourself from waiting a couple of hours for poor service. The last time I was here, a lady received an oil change in her new car, and THEY FORGOT TO PUT OIL BACK IN IT. You have been warned.

They're grumpy at first, but real brutally honest and kind after, I guess they just need time to warm up too. I appreciate them checking out my vehicles tire, thought I had a bad tire, turns out it's just fine and it was the surface I was driving on where I was. Thanks again!

Worst Walmart auto center I have ever been to. I was told I was next. Than three other cars went ahead of me for oil changes. It takes them approximately 30 minutes to do a 15 minute oil change. Guys hanging around talking and smoking cigarettes. The manager should be fired. Horrible customer service.

Went in a week prior to today with my 19 and 20 year old was told no appointments for tires. Today they were taking all appointments as I waited 1hr45min. With Disability on leave from Glioblastoma Multiforme. The only guy in the shop with ANY respect worked in the bay and held the door for me as I asked for my keys and left. Unbelievable. When I confronted the man at the counter who initiated the service he preceded to argue when I said I was there 2 hours. I'm pretty sure that's the last thing he needed to worry about. I stood corrected as a Florida Educator!! And left respectfully. I refuse to have them work on my car when they have such disorganization and miscommunication.Service: Auto tire replacement

Worst experience I've had since living in SWFL, from their employees to the customers. It is not advisable to go with children (a fight or aggression is something easy to find in that place) in my 2 hours of waiting in that place I saw people protest for not receiving all the maintenance they needed (which is why they went) and having been charged, no use of hygienic resources (oil and dirt inside the cars by the hands of mechanics who do not use gloves) and in my private house they charged my account for items that were never installed or required in advance. I will try to scale this experience to corporate. a site with such management is simply unacceptableService: Tire rotations

Ask for my tires to be rotated cause I have the warranty and they didn t do it the only thing they fixed was the nail in one of the tires . And I did not put the hubcap on my vehicle properly. It fell off when I leftService: TiresService: Tires

Walmart auto is the worst. This is the 3rd day and 5th different store trying to get a tire repaired using the roadside protection walmart sells with their tires. Finally after calling and showing up multiple times they make me an appointment for tomorrow wasting more time and we shall see if it actually gets repairedService: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

Worst service experience. After two hours waiting they called once leaving no voice mail because they hadn t regular oil filter. Then I appear on desk they took me out of lane and told me I d to wait another 2 hours. This is ridiculous. I will never come back to this location

Disappointed in Walmart Auto Center Colonial Blvd. Fort Myers. I've been buying Walmart MAXX Car Batteries for 40 years or so. I just moved from the North and my battery went dead in two weeks and it wouldn't hold a charge. They tested it and said "it needs to be replaced." There is 1 full year left on the warranty, but it wasn't honored; the battery still looked new. It had a date sticker of 6/20 on the top. I had already bought a new battery (same one) so I could get my car running again. Evidentially, you need to bring the defective battery back first (using another car to get it there obviously) to get the replacement, if you're entitled to one. Then, you take it home to install yourself.I think Walmart should have honored the warranty and either gave me a replacement when I presented the dead battery. I didn't actually need it since I already bought the new one. Or, it would have been better if the store manager gave me a store credit. I didn't even get a chance to return the old battery for the standard $12 refund. When I think of all the 10's of thousands of dollars I spent in Walmart over the years, this obviously leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I'll buy elsewhere going forward. Remember, 1 full year was left on the warranty.Service: Battery

Called and waited on hold for over 45 mins had several associates pick up and claim they were transferring me, but the last associate laughed when they responded they would transfer me. Sold me exactly what I needed one new tire because of a leak. Excellent customer service at the desk short wait in line 15min (no appts 1st come 1st serve) 2 hrs later I was good to go (about 4 cars in front of me). Excellent experience solid product. Be nice to them they will be nice to you.

AFTER A 2 HOUR WAIT I GOT MY KEYS BACK AND LEFT. If your time is valuable DO NOT USE THIS AUTO CARE CENTER ! I waited 2 hours for a tire change and my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I got there one hour before shift change and the mechanics did not work on one car; all the work bays were empty. The day shift unloaded tires from a truck rather than help customers. When the next shift came on they were backed up for 4-5 hours. I WOULD RATHER PAY $200 MORE TO RECEIVE SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

While the price for 4 cars was cheap, the amount of time spent waiting made the experience bad. I asked the man at the counter how long he believed it would take and he said that it would take about 2 hours so I came back 3 hours later and they still had not gotten to my car. I understand that there is a wait but there was only about 1 or 2 other people in front of me. When I went to ask the man how long he believed he would be working on my car he told me it was only going to take another hour or 45 mins so I went shopping inside and when I came back an hour and a half later, they were sitting there with my car still suspended, no tires in place. We decided to pay for our items and told the man we would be back soon this was around 6:50ish he did not even inform us that they were closing at 7 so when we arrived at 8 the doors were all closed and we had to drive to the front of the store and go to customer service to pay and get my keys. The whole process took 5 hours from the time I dropped the keys off to the time I picked up my keys.

I am generally happy with the services they provide. They have changed my oil many times and once they helped me change my tires and battery. They take walk ins, however I recommend coming in at a strategic time otherwise you could be waiting for hours due to their high customer volume.

Was Looking for a battery and called my closest Wal-Mart.Spoke with Tiffany and they had battery in stock.Went to pick it up she had me in and out and was a very nice young lady. Thank you Tiffany and Wal-Mart for making my visit rapid and a pleasure

came in with completely dead battery after i bought it two months ago so my warranty was still standing they tested my battery but didn t want to give me a new one because it was their last one so they retested my battery to double check and said it was good as new obviously that was a lie so they can make money off of the last battery

This is the third time I've gone there for a new tire or tire patch and they waited 2 to 3 hours to tell me they couldn't do it after they already told that they WERE going to do it. They also made my girlfriend wait 3 hours to tell us they did have the tire she asked for after they said they DID have it, then said that they couldn't give us a different one at a discounted price. I'm NEVER going to Wal-Mart for anything for my car again.

Was on vacay. Got a nail in my tire, Walmart to the rescue. Not only did they plug it, they patched it from the inside too. The young man told me I was lucky I came in while he was working, cause he was the best. . Guess he was, I made it back home to N.W. Arkansas with no issues.

Went to the Colonial Walmart in Ft Myers to get a tire checked for a leak. I called ahead of time and was told to get there before 5pm. I got there at 4pm. Well one person at the counter said we cant do that we have 7 jobs ahead of you. I told the person i could wait. He leaves the counter and someone else comes out and tells me they can't do that because they had 9 jobs ahead of me. If your going to lie people at least make sure your telling the same story. Then when I tell him your going to turn me away with a tire with a leak he says"do you know how much time it takes to check a tire for a leak?" Wrong thing to say to someone who bought their tires from you less than a year ago.

As for as the WalMart on Colonial & Summerlin auto, it really terrible. We arrived at the store around 8:40 am for a set of 4 tires & we waited 3.5 hrs before the same Clerk called us that had first wrote the sale. The clerk took my car key & never mention this long wait.The sad thing is no one had a auto in any of their stall prior to us arriving.

Came in with a completely dead battery and was told that even though I got there an hour before closing, they were no longer taking any new jobs. Had to change my battery outside in the shop parking lot in the rain on my own. Never coming to this location again.

Auto care manager don t understand that she is manager...Two days I try to put on rim 1 ! tire, she tell me - we have line and we have rules. I understand everything, but precisely for force majeure too, manager is manager. I have a trailer and I m traveling cross US. I explain my situation, but she with cold eyes repeated the same thing.

Walmart: Colonial and Six Mile. Staff said NO MORE than a 2 hour wait to install two tires. Took 3 hours! Tech overinflated the new tires by 11 pounds!!! No Q&A check. Never again. Jose is manager of tire center.

Always have what I need. But today took me 18 minutes to get out of parking lot. So do not go on 11th of the month. Socia Security checks are out and food stamps. I just needed fix a flat which turned into an hour ordeal.
