CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Dustin didnt change the filter, left the plug leaking, and overfilled by half a quart which is bad for the engine...when I took the oil out to put a new filter in, the oil was used, so they DID NOT CHANGE THE OIL...I waited 2 hours for Dustin to do this great job he did...,I suspect the manager and whole department are crooks, beating around the bush and no refund or fix for this.. they scam me and they have an attitude, they probably do this to clients several times a day, daily..

WARNING! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE. I spent $58 to change the oil and they did not change my oil or filter. On top of that, the oil was overfilled and dirty (it seems they put new oil on top of the old oil). Thanks God my husband noticed on time and I had to go to other place to do the job properly. I RECOMMEND TO CHECK WELL YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE or do not come to this place to do any service!!

I think twice about bringing your tires to Walmart to be mounted and balanced to put on your truck. Bought four tires from Walmart Tuesday today Saturday. They still haven t got it done. Now my tire fresher sensors are going off left and right. And even as manager don t even know what the hell is going on back there.

These guys did not want help. I am here helping with hurricane Ian damaged. I bought tires from Walmart with roadside and warranty. 2 of the tires are voided. I understand that, but the back left tire is not. I had the tech tell me it's bc the trie is dry rotated. Well, that tire is 3 years old, doesn't that mean the tire was drying out when walmart sold me the tire. So then that means walmart sold me bad tires. I bought 4 of them with roadside and warranty at the same time. Then, an automotive manager said it's bc of my truck subpension, which has been rubbing the tire on the inside. Well, a 3rd person came out and said he was a manager named Alex, but his name tag said stock leader. He said it's bc the tire is unsafe. Well, what is it? 3 different stories. Is it bc this walmart didn't want work at 2 pm or what. If it's unsafe, don't you think the tire is unsafe for the driver and passenger. This walmart, the ppl don't care. Do not use this walmart. I give a 1 star bc I can not give a 0 star.

I arrived at 3:00 pm for two tires. It is now 6 pm and they just finished. The tires might be a good price but the wait is horrendous. I'll never buy tires at Walmart again. Not worth my time.

Terrible tire service. The Walmart shop only installed 4 tires in 5 hours. The vehicle promised in 1.5 hours with a 2 PM appointment. I arrived at 1:30 pm and did not leave to 6:45 pm. No one would tell the truth on when the vehicle was going to be ready. Do not buy tires from Walmart. The service that was promised on the internet was not performed correctly, and I just paid for poor service since that was in a rush to close at 7 pm. Stay away.

Online tire order came in on time; tires were installed at appointment time. In and out less than 1 hour!! Techs were polite and friendly!

I showed up at 6pm tonight to have a tire patched, holding my two babies in my arms. A one year old and 2 year old. There wasn t a single car in the garage, and two employees doing absolutely nothing refused to help me because they weren t taking anymore customers for the day nobody wants to show up to work Well I see two workers getting paid to sit on their butts for the next hour while leaving a family who barely made it there on the tire they had to fend for themselves. It would have taken 15 minutes. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Lazy.

Tire pricing is good but the service is not. Had an 8am appt that got canceled due to a glitch in their system, and was originally told tires had not come in. They found the tires and installed them, however, it took 2.5 hours. 1 person checking people out and I had to sit there for 25 minutes because people with no appointments were coming in to order tires or have oil changes. Poor customer service, terrible check out system and overall frustrating experience.

Useless! You will wait forever, the staff is rude. Don't buy the tire insurance. You will not get your tire fixed.

Always get my car serviced here and everytime it s such a hassle. Can t even get them to answer the phone. Just terrible.

They told me that a simple oil change would take approximately 4 to 5 hours (because it was the middle of the day 10:30 am) when they didn't even have cars in the place.I went back later that day at 5 pm and nobody help me, everyone looks at you and nobody helps you, when I finally got someone attention with a very bad face walks as they do not want to be there, and to top it off all this when they filled oil in the motor i guess they pour the entire engine cover with oil and now it smells of burned plastic. DISGUSTING / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/

I had a flat so i got my car towed and they changed my tires quick and had me back on the road in no time!

Cheapest tires and oil change supplies in town. Much cheaper than the auto parts store or getting your oil changed by a professional

I went to get 4 new tires about 2 months ago. It took over 4 hours, when they originally told me an hour and a half. There was one guy running around, doing everything. Today my mom went to get new tires here. they told her it would be done in an hour and a half. After having her car for 3 hours, they called and told her that they couldn't do her car because she needed all new lug nuts and they don't have any. I definitely don't recommend.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday. Brought the tire in to be repaired and was told it's first come first serve. To repair my tire it took over an hour and a half.....normally a 20 min job. Four guys working and only two cars there at the time. Will not return. Do not recommend.

Their cheap battery price is not worth the hassles I went through. Got the wrong battery after 2.5 hours. 1 week later, dead battery & hood release is broken! Couldn't get a jump!!Of course they "didn't break it, we have it on camera" per Gabriel the manager.Stay away, cheap price cost me more in the end

Twice I've tried to have tires installed here. The first tire they said they had to replace all four, even though 2 were already new tires from Napa, because they were the wrong size..... then today I dropped my car at 12. They said it would be ready with 4 new tires no later than 130. At 2pm they called and said I needed all new lug nuts and they couldn't replace them, again. Picked it up, took it to tires plus.... no issue with the lug nuts, better tires and an alignment for $50 less than the Walmart quote. I don't shop there anymore.... now I will never consider Walmart for anything again.

Went for an oil change, all was fine until I got home and smoke was coming out of the hood. Long story short, the manager said he Che ked his video and could see the tech replacing the fill cap. RegardlessIt wasn't on there after the 7 mile trip home. Oil all over the car.

North Fort Myers Walmart auto care is the worst one I've ever been to and this is several times trying you know the thing three-strikes-you're-out? Go to a different Walmart where they hire professional people and run it the way that it's supposed to be not North Fort Myers

I will never come back after they wasted my entire day to put just two tires in front of my car. It was suppose to be a two hour wait that turned into almost a six hour wait. All bc they didn't know how to check to see if a tire was good after fighting with them for three hours that my tire was indeed messed up and unable to drive on they finally realized I was right, yet they took my bad tire and just moved it making it my back tire while taking one of my good tires, thinking I wouldn't notice! Thank God I checked before I paid and left!!!! I'm feel like all these good reviews are from the employees themselves bc I'm convince they just hire just anyone to work on your vehicle.

All the staff in the Auto Center are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a minor tire problem and it was handled quickly. The intake employee was very respectful and helpful.

This walmart auto is the worst. Suggesting I drive 25 minutes on a fast leaking tire with a screw in it instead of replacing a tire. I had to ask for a manager to have the tire replacedService: TiresService: Tires

I called ahead to see if they had 2 tires for my car. They looked it up by the vehicle. They said they had tires and gave me a quote. I told the clerk I would be there to put them on. Once I got there I waited outside in the heat for over 30 minutes only to be told to go inside to get a work order for the 2 tires I wanted to buy for my car. They ask for my tire size, run a quote and make me walk back outside where I was to get wrote up. More waiting. Finally wrote up and my wife and I left to pick up the car after the work was done. They call me and say they don't have the tires because the ones they quoted me were not speed rated for my car. So they cancelled my job. Maybe check for speed rating before writing me up and wasting so much of my time. I'll never be back.

Tires, batteries, and oil changes. Poor quality new tires. Bought set of 4 Goodyear tires for my Toyota Sienna and all 4 had to be replaced in less than 6 months because they were worn to their limits. Warranty covered but it wasn't easy to get Walmart to replace them and the replacements were no better. Good Batteries. I would rather save time and $ and change myr own oil ... and It's really not that hard.

I brought my car a few days ago for a new tire . The staff is lazy , rude, and physically slow. They don t want to use the great tools the company provides them to do their jobs. It took a whole to check my car in . I went to the counter told the clerk what I needed and she printed me a paper and sent me to an outside booth. The man outside was confused why I was sent out to the booth . He told me I had to go back inside . I told him I already did and was directed to see you at the booth and give you the printout job order and my key. The car took 30 mins only car in the garage the entire time with 4-5 mechanics. Before paying I asked who was the auto manager to help me locate the correct tail light for my car . I had to ask him 4 separate times because each time I kept going back to the bulb area to keep checking . Finally I asked him if he can just walk with me and physically show me because I don t understand auto mechanic terms on the boxes , he was still bent over on the counter doing nothing and he turns and ask a black woman who just arrived for her shift to do what I asked him to do . It took 10 mins just to get him to help me and he makes someone else do it . I had to remind him my car just got a new tire and the other 3 replaced by them a few weeks ago. I had to remind him I m a paying customer and he should be providing me with the service I need.

I would give it a negative 10 if I could. Poorest service ever. They had no idea what they were doing. Bought battery took 1 hour to check out. If I wanted it installed I was told it would be 2+ hours. Returned core charge took longer to return than it took me to install.
