If I could give zero stars, I would. Service department is a joke. I made an appointment to get my brakes and tires checked. However, an appointment isn't actually an appointment here.My car was there for 32 hours and they never bothered to look at it, let alone fix it. Raymond was beyond rude and argumentative when questioned about this policy. Will most definitely not ever return to this location.Extremely disappointed and beyond flabbergasted at this business model.

Super nice people at VW of ft Myers. Carlos the shuttle driver really nice guy. Danielle in service department super knowledgeable. And the gent that checked me in was fantastic. Thanks for a job well done.

Didn't catch the name of the CSR who worked with me but she was excellent. I came in with no appointment needing a new battery, oil change and wipers. It was necessary to get the battery delivered as none were in. stock. Considering that the speed of service was quick.

Erin was fantastic. I had gotten a flat and damaged my wheel on a Saturday, and they were able to get my wheel and tire replaced that afternoon. The compassion she showed and the urgency she demonstrated to get my repair done so I could travel home couldn t be more appreciated. She is fantastic, and I can t thank/ recommend her enough!!!!

I had my appointment for a **steering wheel replacement**. It was good and **quick**. The only thing I didn't like about that specific visit was that nobody was paying attention to the customer arriving for services. I stood for **10 minutes**, and there were two service agents talking to each other while I waited for someone to assist me. If you guys can work on that, it would be **5 stars**.

As someone who works at a Volkswagen dealership up north, I was extremely impressed by the level of service at Volkswagen of Fort Myers! My service advisor, Ray, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was clear with telling me about the potential alignment I was going to have done. Although I declined, he still treated me with the utmost respect which I truly appreciated! My oil change was quickly taken care of and I even got a text message with a link to a video and recommended repairs by the technician! If you need service for your Volkswagen, ask for Ray in service! Looking forward to getting my vehicle serviced there in the future! Thank you Volkswagen of Fort Myers!

I recently moved and started having problems with my car almost immediately after doing so. Called VW and they got my car in quick, they were super nice, and worked everything out with the rental. They got my car done in the same day and I was able to pick it up first thing the next morning.

As always, Erin takes care of me. Her service to customers is exceptional. Only complaint is taking almost two hours for oil change and tire rotation. Otherwise, highly recommend VW Ft Myers.

I was driving and all of my lights on dashboard were on . Took vehicle to dealership, was given a rental Atlas Volkswagen and they fixed the issue with the car. Very happy and since under warranty no cost to me. Thank you very much.

The services was good. I called before making the appointment and asked for my recall. The lady on the phone was unsure about the length of the recall and had to ask someone about it. She said it last 2hrs and 30 and no rental offered. That was ridiculous. I made an appointment online and the website allowed me to request a rental. Once in the office the lady who attended me told me it was 1hr and 30m. So, they need Better communication and stop the guessing game.

Compared to VW Canada the communication between us and the US dealership was awesome. But as a mechanic unable to fix my own car in a foreign country the dealership tried to get me to fix my leaky head-gasket for $2000 US which did not need replacement. Also tried to get me to pay for an oil change I didn't require. On top of it you get a free car wash prior to picking the vehicle up and it was more dirty than when I dropped it off. Water stains and leaves everywhere plus there was grease on the door handle and all over my front bumper. Raymond was amazing but after talking to Raymond everything was very disappointing for the price I paid to get my intake manifold replaced. I could have bought the part for $100 US and did the job myself but because I didn't have the tools in the USA it cost me $2150 US.

Terrific experience as always. I worked with Raymond because Erin was out and we connected from the jump as we are from the same state. The process was quick and eventful, always a great time servicing at VW Fort Myers!

A glove box had to be replaced in my 2020 Arteon after being in for service. Part was in the following day. Replaced. All is good. You have some very valuable care personnel in the service department. Thank you Garrett!

Not pleased pricing is VERY high and don t tell me it s because they use factory replacement parts they charge more period Service is unconcerned at best when I said I thought the price was high I was told you can always go somewhere else granted I was complaining about the price but as a customer isn t it my right to express that your prices are high???They didn t clean the car at all despite having to remove the rear seats now don t get me wrong my car is dirty but wow like I said unconcerned at best Well over $1000 for a new battery and to diagnose and repair rodent damage to fuel control wiring

They were very quick with my car service and provided me with a loaner so I didnt have to sit there until it was finished. Very friendly staff, and I loved being able to get some complementary coffee :)

My experience with the service department at Volkswagen of Fort Myers was the best experience I have ever had over the years having my car serviced. They took my car right in at the scheduled time, did a great job and had me back on the road relatively quickly. The service desk personnel was great in every way, and finally, a nice waiting room/s to wait in. There were no loud TVs and the rooms were nice and comfortable. It was a great experience. This dealership always delivers in the Service Department. My regularly scheduled maintenance was done when promised, the car was washed and I was on my way. This is not random, as this has been my experience on every occasion.

Mixed review. Courteous staff, but...Brought my wife's VW convertible Beetle in for and oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was $105 with a $15 off coupon. They test drove the car 2 miles after the oil change claiming something about setting something and checking for leaks?! That's a first for me. Would have been nice to know up front. The last time a mechanic elsewhere did that, they took the car home for lunch. The tire rotation was denied as they said the front tire tread was too low. I asked that the better acceptable tires at the rear be moved to the front for safety sake, and that was denied as well, so I'm confused, are they really focused on safety? Apparently their only solution was for me to be new tire from them. I declined. They did take off the $31 quoted for rotation. They also thought they asked me about a car wash. I would have said "no" as I just hand washed it prior to bringing it in. The last straw was when I checked the washer fluid, the blue cap had been placed back incorrectly causing it to fall into the skid pan at the bottom. Overall just not worth the dollars and the surprises in addition to over 1.5 hours of my time.

Today I experienced great customer service from both my driver who was Carlos and also Barrett who helped with service on my car every was done prefect and done in a timely manner they both work as a team to help get through today Garrett also was great with recommending what was need for my atlas thank you guys

From the minute I'm greeted curbside to the texted updates from my mechanic while I'm running errands and to the minute I'm handed keys to my serviced just cleaned car...experience couldn't be better!! Love my VW service department. All are professional and kind.

After getting a very high estimate to deal with my Check Engine light, I came to Fort Myers Volkswagen for a second opinion.The service department found that my repair was covered by VW with an extended coverage.It was very nice to see them put in the effort to verify the coverage.
