What can I say dealships are inherently the same. How ever this dealer really impressed me they handed me with care and were fair in all aspects of the deal this is truly a rear combination to find. Joe Dallemand was amazing! If you re in the market for a Volkswagen, please see him. He was extremely patient with me, my husband, and my 2 year old. He answered all our questions and showed us that he is very knowledgeable about their products. Overall our experience was wonderful with Joe and his sales manager, Brantley Williams!

Eric Brooks is an excellent salesman as Josiah is too. Josiah is very detailed in explaining and making sure I knew everything about the suv. Eric made sure I picked the right one for what I wanted. Two grade sales people .Tommy did whatever it took to get me my car with what u wanted financially. Very fearful for all.

The great price and professional and courteous service made my recent purchase of a Arteon SEL Premium R-Line well worth the 120 mile drive. No hassles and games throughout the entire process from initial contact to taking delivery of the vehicle. You guys are great! Highly recommend!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Service department is a joke. I made an appointment to get my brakes and tires checked. However, an appointment isn t actually an appointment here. My car was there for 32 hours and they never bothered to look at it, let alone fix it. Raymond was beyond rude and argumentative when questioned about this policy. Will most definitely not ever return to this location. Extremely disappointed and beyond flabbergasted at this business model.

Roland was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help find me the perfect upgrade for my lease. He was very welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. When my kids came to give the stamp of approval the whole team made them feel included and even gave them some little VWs of their own! They were a huge hit! When it came to teaching me about the new vehicle or even answering questions Roland either gave me the answer or went out of his way to get me the right answer if he didn t know it. He was knowledgeable and personable. It felt like he truly cared about our needs in a vehicle instead of just getting the sale like the other car places. We will definitely come back for any other car needs we have and will always recommend Roland to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I had the best experience purchasing my auto from Volkswagen of Fort Myers. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. They were so awesome that we were able to make a deal even better than I was expecting. Not to mention the whole staff was very helpful, patient and not overwhelming like other dealerships. Jordan was a great salesperson. He was honest and answered all our questions. We did not feel rushed. We brought all of our kids and he let them all sit in his office, made them hot chocolate and made the car buying experience fun. We love the car he sold us, reliable, comfortable and a great value!

I came in to check options. My second lease is expiring first week in March. A sales person listened to my needs and answer all my questions. He presented the different options. Sales manager came to say hello. I was not thinking about getting a new lease on that day. They presented options and numbers and I felt very good about returning tejuan and getting the Taos. Never felt any pressure from anyone, just felt glad that it was done. Everybody was very helpful and professional

I bought a car here about a month ago and Tommy was very helpful. I had a small crack in my windshield that I didn't notice until I got home, and Tommy was more than willing to help me fix the situation. He wanted me to be happy with the car and I am, it's a beautiful car. He also let me know the previous owner left a spare key at the dealership that I could come pick up. He's the guy to talk to at this dealership.

I had the best experience at Volkswagen Ft Myers! This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out with a brand new Atlas in 2 hours. I worked with Jordan and he was understanding, knowledgeable and made the process stress free! Volkswagen Ft Myers was efficient and also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go here!

Had a phenomenal experience at Volkswagen of Ft. Myers. Our sales associate, Jeremy Williamson, was great to work with. He provided us with excellent customer service and made a potentially stressful process, very easy! I am happy to be out of my Chevy and into a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport!! Absolutely LOVE my car!!

My experience with Volkswagen of Fort Myers was nothing less than positive. I came to this dealership to sell my car, and my overall experience was extremely positive. I worked with Cameron in the sales department who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. He went above and beyond.I had such a great experience with this dealership. They offered me a very fair price for my vehicle. I am happy with the entire experience, despite not purchasing a car at this specific dealership. If you are in the market to buy a car, this is a great dealership to work with and ask for Cameron as he is very passionate and knowledgeable about the industry.

This is the third vehicle I ve purchased from Eric. He is kind, honest and trustworthy, and he makes purchasing a new vehicle quite easy. He likes to text, keeping you up to date on the purchasing process. What I like most is he tells it like it is with no extra . If I ever have to purchase another vehicle, I will go back to Eric for number four.

From the time I called about the car if it were still there was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle here in Florida. Josiah wasn't pushy ,looked for car and took my word that I'd be in to get it. Finance guy was awesome very down to earth . I'll be back for sure . Always liked vw, but they made it painless and pretty quick
