This is the best motorcycle shop in the area in my opinion, the guys at VerDow always do it a great job, very friendly, fair pricing, trustworthy and informative. If your looking for a great shop for your bike this place is it you won't need another shop for any and all your needs.

We are travelling and had an issue with the rear brake on our 2006 HD Roadking, the guys at Verdow could not have been more helpful, they took the bike straight in found the problem and also sourced us a quality second hand part so we didn t have to wait for a new one to be delivered, they fixed it there and then for us. A proper old school bike garage where they actually fix things, they had older bikes in, they had lathes, milling machine, and other machinery, they can clearly fix anything. What a great shop and great people. I read some of the negative reviews, not sure they went to the right shop. If you have an issue, give them a try, you won t be disappointed.

Took my Dads bike over because it wouldn t start. bike sat there for 3 weeks and after several calls they claim. yeah looked at it today. it needs ECU and Carb etc to the tune of $2500. Dad is a Vet on a fixed income so we picked it up. Wasn t even looked at. Took to another shop. relay bad. Hmmmm.

I honestly don t know how this shop has 4.8 stars. These people are crooks. My dad brought his bike here to get fixed and all they did was ruin it, they left exposed wires under the bike and so many other issues that had to be repaired. We would have been better off setting $1400 on fire than bringing it here. The best part was, they had my dads bike for 4+ weeks and my dad would call for updates and go straight to voicemail- one day.. after I have had enough of these games I had him call off my phone and they answered ! THEY BLOCKED MY DADS NUMBER. Honestly I want to know what they thought that would accomplish? Did you think we were going to forget about the bike ? I ve been in customer service for a VERY long time and this is not how you do business. If you are not capable of the work needed you need to be up front and not mess around for weeks. The bike went to another shop to fix all the things that they butchered. My dad is a nice man and I m very upset that these people took advantage of him and his kindness. He should not have given them a DIME. Not to mention the quote went from $700 to $1400 when we were finally able to pick up the bike. If you enjoy throwing money away then this is the place for you!

I wouldn't trust this shop to do as you ask but to do as they wish. I belive they maybe your go to, for your old school need shop but certainly not for old school service. I brought my wife's new/used bike in with a specific request of service's, tires and brakes flush and check went to pick it up and was told it would take a bit longer due to the fact that the right hand brake light indicator switch had gone bad and they had ordered another one I was fine with that due to the fact that I was in no hurry and had expressed that to them when I dropped it off. When I picked it up it seemed fine but the brakes didn't feel much better I've gotten used to the newer bikes and I wrote it of as old technology. whenever I got home the rear brake light was staying on I was able to tell that the brake light switch had not been replaced I then ordered a new one and when I went to disassemble the handbrake I discovered that the plunger/ valve was the issue not the switch so I ordered a new Front brake Reservoir valve, When it arrived I took the front brake reservoir apart and discovered that the fluid that was in it was set up like concrete, I had to chisel it out but the simple fact is I wanted to make this bike safe for my wife and didn't have the time to do the work myself I'm no mechanic by no means but I'm a pretty good parts changer It just hurts that I express the fact this bike was for my wife and I wanted it safe this is the service I got I went in and talk to squirrel personally and he told me I should have just brought it back in and he would have made it right. I'm sorry but I don't have time to be dealing with a shop that doesn't perform the service I have requested yet charges top shelf pricing therefore I will not be back.Ps I tipped the service guy originally as I always try to recognize the guy who's turning the wrenches I guess that too will be a tradition lost in all of this.

I took my 2001 Indian Centennial Chief here after Harley-Davidson totally screwed it up, couldn't fix it, and kept breaking my windshield, headlight lens, scratching my forks, etc. Anyway, Verdow fixed the wiring and carburetor problem and it was inexpensive.

Excellent shop. Brought my bike in because it was making a weird noise. Within a few minutes of arriving they had a diagnosis a bad bearing in the back tire and the chain was too lose. They fixed it right away charged me a fair price and I was on my way. I was very pleased.

You go into that place and it's like stepping back in time. Better times! A time when you could do business on a handshake and know that the people you are dealing with will hold up their end of the deal. You always feel welcome, they don't B.S. you or try to take advantage of you. The only surprise you get there is how low your bill is when you cash out. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone their way!

They had my bike for over a week and did absolutely nothing (literally) but tear up my custom paint job, empty my completely full tank of gas, lie to me daily (WHEN they bothered talking to me at all), told me to come 4 days in a row at a specific time to speak with the mechanic who was never there and charged me $75 for the privilege on the day I finally had to have another shop tow it out of there. Honestly, it was the worst shop experience Ive ever had, anywhere in the country.
