Val Ward Cadillac is a nice upscale dealership that lives up to expectations of a Cadillac buyer even with pre-owned. I helped my Mom pick out a 2021 Certified XT5 and our search lead us to Val Ward which is about 3.5 hours from our home. I had worked on deals and research and knew exactly what we wanted and what we would pay.I reached out to the sales department and was assisted by Justin. I explained to him what we needed and which XT5 we were interested in. I explained clearly that "this is what we can do and it is a take it or leave it offer". That doesn't go well at most dealers as the want to try and convince you why their car deservers more money and play the back and forth games. Justin did try to offer some perspectives from their side, but I had my research and really wasn't open to a lot of discussions. I made it clear we were ready to act on this deal. He quickly and efficiently put together the offer we asked for, assured us that the XT5 was in the condition advertised and walked us through the process. They overnighted documents to us to sign and their finance depart did an excellent job of putting arrow stickies where to sign and that was a life saver and my Mom was able to do all that herself because it was so clear.I made the long drive to Fort Myers the next day with paperwork in hand fully expecting some sort of surprise sales shenanigans or attempt of renegotiation on our trade. To my surprise, Justin came in early to meet me at 8 am, had the car our front and ready, and he accommodated my request for a test drive before handing the check over and addressed a few minor details with the XT5. I was out the door and on my way home by 9 am.Most dealers are still resistant to over the internet/email and text transactions. They want you there so they can dangle the car in front of you and start the manipulation tactics. That was the experience we had at Cadillac of West Palm. This was not the case at Val Ward. They did the deal the way we wanted and made reasonable accommodations. All the cars on their lot looked really nice and high quality. I recommend them for your pre-owned Cadillac purchase and Justin to help you out in making it a low stress and straight forward transaction.

Gary Pratt was my salesman and a very delightful man. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. We purchased a used vehicle and couldn t be happier! I had visited numerous dealers and ValWard is at the top for sure. We felt no pressure and follow thru is great. Classy place. Best experience in purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Gary your awesome

I was quite disappointed. We were told by Gary Pratt who sold us the car that it was all checked and all ready. We saw the air filter % was at 15 which seemed odd as we were told it was all checked. Called Gary and he said to just make a service visit to get it replaced. We did this today and Dave said the service manager refused to replace it unless we paid for it. So a trip for nothing. Seemed like communication was lacking. So much for a nice service experience. Poorly done Val Ward.

I bought a new 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from Val Ward and the entire purchase experience was outstanding. Bill Griffith, my salesperson, was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the car I was buying. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. It was a good experience. I paid a little too much for my car but, I love it for now and that's life. But all in all, was a fun experience. Jay was great to work with and will definitely be back to work with him again. I will never not have a Cadillac again. Thank you Val. Thank you Jay.

As lease rates have recently exploded, I took my time shipping for a new vehicle. Just bought a beautiful pre-owned car from Val Ward Cadillac. What a great customer experience! They negotiated to a fair price, they were upfront about additional options/services available (I got an extended warranty) and everything was no hassle. Jose was a super salesman to deal with! I would absolutely return to Val Ward the next time I'm looking to buy!

Thursday, Mar. 7 my husband and I purchased a Cadillac XT5 from, Val Ward Cadillac, N. Ft Myers. From start to finish the entire experience was beyond our expectations. Our sales representative Gary Pratt was excellent, as well as Lisa in the business office.The entire process was "Painless". This is not our first time doing business with Val Ward; from past experience we are familiar with their superior service, knowledge and maintain good relationships. Kudos to all at Val Ward.

My wife traded in her 2019 XT5 for a 2023 XT5 and it was an exceptional experience. Gary Pratt, Pete Weidner and Lisa Bronson were consummate professionals and the total time to do the whole deal was less than an hour. They were upfront and honest about our options and we never felt pressured. It was a great deal and was our 2nd purchase from Val Ward. It won t be our last.

Great service in body shop Rich was very nice and replaced new wipers that were dragging.I recently had my moon roof get hit by a rock and shattered. Yep, rain in forecast 2 days I took it to Val Ward body shop early morning to get repaired. I kid you not it was done in 1 day picked it up 9am the next day.. cleaned polished up, and a new Moon roof. I was impressed. Great job to this staff reception young lady, very kind and efficient...sorry I forgot her name..Rich handled the rest even recommended wipers wich where due for replacement. I highly recommend the service at this dealership. Being in the service industry for 52 years myself, I understand what exceeding customers' expectations is all about...it's something you don't find often in the service industry sadly.This company went above & beyond....I can see Cleary now.. Rich, I took your advice with the windshield fluid to buy... I love it!! Tyvm Thanks too, the entire staff!!!Yvonne

Val Ward helped us after our SUV was involved in a rear end collision. They fairly evaluated the condition of the vehicle and determined it should be totaled. As such, they lost the opportunity to charge over $20,000 in repairs. Their people were great to work with and demonstrated their expertise and honesty.

The entire dealership was awesome, without the pressure sales.Bill Griffith, our salesman, was not a pressure salesman. We told him EXACTLY what we wanted. We went there thinking we would have to order the specific vehicle! They had it on the lot; everything we wanted for a build! I like they order top line, loaded vehicles.

Jamie sold my wife and I a car years ago when he worked at Mike Raisors in Lafayette, Indiana. I doubt that he even remembers selling us a vehicle. He was fair and upfront with the trade-in value and the value of the new vehicle. I got to know Jamie on a personal level years later while bowling in a league against him. He is a kind and fair individual. There is Noone that I would trust more to be fair and truthful!!Sincerely,Duane Cross

Very nice place friendly people and really helpful I'm going there since now on I was changing the oil my 2024 Cadillac and They called me on my phone and let me know that I had 2 big nails on the back tire and I went ahead and bought a new one awesome prices not bad at all. thank you

I had the worst experience in dealer service with Fort Myers Cadillac. A simple three day job on my 2024 Lyriq, turned into two and a half weeks with no one giving me an update about what was going on, terrible experience.

I have to say that Val Ward Cadillac was very fast and efficient. Our service advisor was Mr. David McKinney and he was outstanding from start to finish. They were able to diagnose the problem with the vehicle the same day and I received a call the same day that my car was ready to be picked up. Thanks again everyone at Val Ward Cadillac. You Guys rock !!! =)

Having been in the car business for a number of years I'm rarelyimpressed by most car sales people. Not the case for Gary Pratt.He was very professional in his dealings with me and worked hard to make me a fair deal. All your sales people were very courteous and friendly as was your F & I lady. Great experience.I'll tell all my friends!!

Jose Vilar was an exceptional salesman. I've lived with my wife for 43 years and have never left a dealership that she didn't dislike. When we left Val Ward she said "that wasn't too bad I liked Jose". Nice place good service.

I had one of the best car buying experiences ever. There was no rush or pressure. The prices was very good and I was able to take advantage of the Costco discount. I chose the options I wanted and the salesman found a new 2024 XT4 that matched perfectly. I went from a 2021 Lexus SUV to the Cadillac and I couldn't be happier to have made the move.
