Simply amazing! Steve, Mike, and Chris are always so kind! They are extremely fair and honest. They work with you to find reliable parts that may be cost saving for you. They always, always, always fix it right the first time. There is no expensive process of elimination because they are truly good at what they do! The entire team of mechanics are very knowledgeable. I always drive away with confidence knowing it will be another job well done. Thank you guys for being so thoughtful and nice. I highly recommend Steve and his team for your auto repair needs.

I called Tuffys and talked to Steve at 4:20 on Friday afternoon on my way back to Pennsylvania. I was having trouble with my tow dolly and Steve said he would stay around and take a look at it. I arrived at 4:55. Steve diagnosed my problems and had it fixed by 3 o clock on Saturday. Steve already had a full schedule for Saturday but found time to do my repairs himself. Steve kept us up to date on his progress on our repairs. Steve was a blessing to my wife and I. We were 30 minutes into our trip home when we encountered our problem. Steve s willingness to assist us in our journey home was above and beyond our expectations. He is an excellent mechanic and was a true blessing to us. I found my experience at Tuffy s to to be very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this service center. Steve you are the best and a true example of an honest and trustworthy mechanic. We made it home safely on Sunday evening thanks to Steve s effort. We also received a call from Steve on Monday to see if we made it home. The world can use more people like Steve.

Steve and his team did a great job on my '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They identified a significant safety issue while it was in for routine maintenance. The safety issue was addressed at a very reasonable cost, They did not try to over sell any service and we will be making plans to address an oil leak in the near future.

Had an unfortunate experience with my Ram 1500 on the highway; suddenly lost a driveshaft and the rear portion of the transmission case shattered along with it!As my primary vehicle I needed a repair quickly and affordable and after calling several shops nobody matched the reviews or price of Tuffy in San Carlos Park.Steve, Mike, and the whole team of technicians are top-tier, knowledgeable, and clearly put customers first. Won't be taking our vehicles anywhere else!

All I can say is THANK YOU! An issue with my kia sportage led me to the dealership after some difficulty diagnosing at home. The dealership quoted nearly $6,000 for repairing a turbo, which my fianc� then replaced.After that didn't solve the problem, the dealer agreed to take a second look at the vehicle. They concluded the NEW turbo was defective as well!!We gave Steve at Tuffy a call as we have had good experiences in the past, and he diagnosed the issue over the phone in about 5 minutes. Now this isn't going to be a regular occurrence as every issue is different, but it's good to know there are still honest and reliable mechanics in SWFL.Don't go anywhere else!

Oh but I have been been to your store... I was told you can't even look at a tire flat for a week I don't mean fix it I mean you couldn't even look at it for a week!? Absolutely atrocious answer so if you want to say I haven't been there you're correct because I couldn't even get in your door to get it look at let alone fixed. Look I know you're busy and all but it's disrespectful to not even let me know whether I should go somewhere else or not...

Can you believe it?Had 2 screws in 2 rear tires without puncture. They were very honest and told me NO CHARGE Who s that honest now a days? No body! Thank you TUFFY!

I have been neglecting servicing my vehicle. Had no idea what I was going to hear was wrong with the car. Took it into Tuffy the other day, needed a/c repair, oil change, and check my brakes.They fixed what needed to be fixed. Chris told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes. They could ve been typical of some of folks down here and claim I needed brakes or whatever, but they didn t. Charged me a completely reasonable amount for work done. Honest, reputable mechanic. Would never hesitate to return to this Tuffy. We ve gone to this Tuffy previously and remembered how good they had been. People of Ft Myers, you are very fortunate to have a place like Tuffy! We were driving down here for a quick weekend trip from Tampa. Arriving at our friend s home, we noticed a huge oil trace we left behind (street & driveway). Had the car towed to Tuffy s (our friend s recommendation). They were able to fix our 2009 Toyota Venza within 24 hours! We were able to drive back home Monday morning! Service, pricing & repairs were in our opinion more than fair and reasonable!Thanks again! A great shop with fair prices and honest mechanics? I wasn't sure I could find that in Fort Myers, but I'm happy to say I did. The staff at Tuffy did a great job on my jeep and went above and beyond what I expected of them. After getting displaced by the hurricane, I've been looking for a new shop to take my vehicles. Jason and Chris have recently taken me in as I was their only customer. My SUV had some major issues, and of course I needed it done yesterday. I can t believe how they just took me right in and handled my issues quickly and efficiently. I am from Denver Colorado and have had the same car guys for 28 yrs. I am extremely proud to say that Chris/Jason are my new car guys for life, better than my guys in Denver. If you take your vehicle anywhere else, you are a fool. Thank you gentleman. Great customer service. Took car in to get 4 tires.They said only needed two.I would venture to say most places would have replaced all 4 for the money but not here. Chris was especially helpful always keeping me updated on the repair. In fact everyone I dealt with was EXCEPTIONAL both in service and info.I now have a new place to go!!!!!!! Anyone who needs car repair needs to check this place out. Told me upfront what the cost was, no added or surprise charges when I paid.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

These guys are on top of their game. The service is excellent the pricing is transparent, and very reasonable for their excellent service. Among other service, I had four tires replaced there and they did it quickly and provided a great set of quality tires. After a year when I need the tires looked at and refilled they took me in right away and looked after me. Highly recommended.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto tire replacement

I do stuff on my own car and I was hesitant to bring it anywhere unless I had to (mainly because there are so many ripp offs in this industry)I knew my car s problem and decided for wait for Tuffy guys nearly 2 weeks for an appointment.Absolutely worth my time and money, they don t scam, they re genuine and skilled people.To Tuffy, you guys won me. I will bring my cars to you guys in the future if I have to. Thanks a lot!

Chris and his team played it straight, done me right and charged me fair, and in less time than I expected! I had brakes and struts done on all four corners, and now my 14 year old nag runs like a filly again! This was my first stop with Tuffy's but it won't be my last with these guys running the show! I noticed that I had a nail in my tire upon dropping my toddler off at daycare this morning- normally I would try to fix this sort of situation on my own but I am 8 months pregnant so I immediately went to Tuffy's- they were absolutely slammed with other vehicles and work and Steve made sure to make me feel like a priority customer- plugged my tire and sent me on my way.
