This is one of the best mechanics in Fort Myers area. A persistent issue I've had is that many mechanics will either overcharge you for the service, or not do it thoroughly and it will break soon/cause another issue. Not with these folks. I've had them install an engine, and a cooling system, as well as maintenance tasks. The work they did held for the most part (much better than it holding only half the time with the other mechanics), but they have good warranty period on their service ( I believe it was 3 months for labor and 1 year for parts, but double check) so if there is an issue with what they did they will correct it. Their prices are also reasonable, and they will let you know upfront what an estimated budget is with no nasty surprises. Totally recommended!

Needed emergency tires on a Sunday. Was able to book online, Come in and get new tires and balanced quickly. Staff was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. That goes along way nowadays! I am thankful and very appreciative of their kindness - and the new tires are working great!

This has got to be the worst location in the name of this company. The whole staff here is disorganized and incompetent. My Alternator decided to go out right at this highways exit location. I got a bad feeling soon as I walked up to the store. You'll understand why.But I would've went some where else if I wasn't in the middle of a road trip and had to sleep at the store over night because all the technicians were gone at 4:56pm and the store wasn't due to close until 7pm. The girl at the desk said they had what I needed in stock but the next day he had to order the part which didn't get there until after 12pm. Guess what 13 days later the darn Alternator goes out again. To which they lied and said this was a brand new alternator it ''twas not it was rebuilt/remanufactured. So on top of everything else they are liars too. I wanted them to honor my warranty but o knew I could not take it back to that location. I'm glad I didn't because they need to close. The awesome gentleman at the new location even said when he called them to do the warranty the worker didn't know how to do the job correctly. This whole store needs new employees, all need to be trained completely over, or they just need to close. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

I had the worst experience there this morning. They charged me $1050 to change 4 spark plugs and coils! My car broke down near Colonial Blvd and they were the closest shop. Note that a set of spark plugs and coils for a Toyota Corolla costs less than $80! It probably took a 1/2 hour to do the job!When I tried to contest the bill, the agent was just unrelenting, it was corporate's policies and there was nothing he could do about it!An UNFAIR price for this simple job could have been $400, including diagnostic that they had told me was $100.I felt cheated. That was just highway robbery.JUST STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!

Said I needed alignment. Declined. Got home and they didn t even rotate tires as he said they did. How do I know my tire was low all week at 24 and same tire with same scratched rim was in same place. audacity to say I need a wheel alignment when they don t know. My question is how do I REALLY know they changed my oilClick to Copy

I am so disappointed and trying to figure out who to report this to! My 76 year old mom spent $8000 on her 20 year old Honda 6 months ago to get her car fixed by Tires Choice and was told "this will last her another 20 years". I was shocked at the amount they charged her and my red flags went up when she told me what she had spent AFTER she had spent it, yet you always hope for the best. Now, 6 month later, she had a belt break (according to Tires Choice) and took her car back to them and they fixed it for $200, THEN, today (2 days later), she was driving and her car started smoking and she again took it back to them, only to be told that 2 fans went out and it would cost her another $900. When she called me to tell me, she followed this by, "they also offered to buy my car from me today". I am appalled and have heard of places like this, but never actually experienced them! I am in the process of trying to help her not get taken advantage of again (I am in a different state so not able to go down there myself) as they still have her car and have "offered" to have it towed to another place for a 2nd opinion. I hope this info helps others with elderly family memebers who may "trust" this place, think twice. If the owner would like to discuss this with me, I'd love to hear the rationale.

Went in last weekend to get a tire replaced (original tire from factory, never been removed before) and the tech ended up scratching my wheel all over the place. The manager Patrick said "that's normal with stick on wheel weights and we had trouble balancing it"he then asked me to come back so he could take pictures and file a claim and he gave me a blank form with no information and now I have to drive all over town to get repair quotes while they do nothing to help. Very poor service and even worse customer service.

They only restated my problems back to me and offered 0 solutions. Unfriendly, Unmotivated...and Im easy to please...ready to spend more than $1000, but they didn't even care to give or offer me an oil change.1st Visit..Never Again..

Went to get a tire fixed and get my air filter cleaned. When I received the car back, the a/ c had a horrible clicking noise. I asked the front desk lady about it. She says you will have to deal with it until the leaves filter out on their own. I said if that doesn't happen, then what? She said they would clean it. I stated that's why I brought it in. She was rude, and it told me they didn't do what I asked. The tire was fixed, though.

Made an appointment for a tire rotation. 40mins later they bring me an estimate for $1800 for suggested repairs. Then told me they couldn't rotate the tires. The original tire depths had been changed to reflect I needed tires. Was also told they had adjusted my tire pressure from 31 to 35psi. Looked at tps pressure, it was at 40psi were I had set them. Talked with DM and he just made excuses. Blatantly dishonest. When I asked him why it took so long ,he said it takes about an hour to rotate tires. I know better. Said they were very busy. They were not. Tire Choice need not respond with automated responses. While in the waiting room I read their promise to the customer. They broke that promise.

Edit: they towed it to the shop and fixed the radiator at no cost. Thank you!They replaced the fan motor and now I'm leaking coolant fluid. They need to pay for the tow and fix the problem they created.

This is the third time my husbands truck has been serviced here. The truck requires 8 quarts of oil. This is the second time where the techs added 5 quarts of oil. This is the second time the oil light lit up upon leaving this business. How is this place still open. We will never be a customer again, and for that matter deter others from coming here.

I walked in and from the start they were very nice and helpful. What really stood out to me is that they didn't up sale me on things I didn't need. They were very honest and professional. That comes along way and you don't get that very often from other company's. So thank you Tire Choice Auto Service!

We had a scheduled appointment for 11am for our brakes. We drove over an hour to come to our appointment. I arrived at 10:30 for my appointment. And after I unloaded everything, the guy told me our brake guy didn't show up. The store had been open since 8:00 am and he couldn't take 5 minutes to call me and tell me that their guy hadn't shown up. I've now wasted 3 hours of my day and 5 gallons of gas! When I asked for the store manager's card and info he told me he couldn't give me that. I then asked when I could reach him and he told me the manager was on a long vacation.

Excellent service and very professional. The manager, Henry, is top notch. I had an issue at another Tire Choice location in which they would not assist me, but Henry looked at the issue and addressed it right away with no problem. Thank you!

Watch out for the manager named Ray. I brought my van in for an oil change and I knew it took 5.1 quarts of oil. I asked him how many quarts it takes and he said 7 quarts. I wanted to see how far he would take this so he actually did take it that far and the service tech was also in on it, since I asked him as well how many quarts he put in and he said 7. I called other Tire Choice locations and other oil change locations and every one of them verified 5.1 quarts of oil. I called him back and called him out on his lie and fraud and he apologized and said he would credit my account for the two courts. I notified corporate office and they brushed It Off by saying well we will just refund you for the two courts. Get ready for an investigation from the District Attorney's office, I have the receipt!

Makala went all out for me to get my company truck serviced..very friendly respectable business..no hesitation in helping out a tire issue..Again I came back the next day with another issue... I got GREAT Service..Henry took me straight in..they checked out my company truck with radiator issue..Solving the mystery..Thanks Tire Choice

I've been a customer at this location for 6 yrs+. The management at this store has always kept the store honest. I can always trust them to put my best interest first over their dollar signs. I've taken my car in & had them tell me I don't need work done when I thought I did. You can't put a price on the peace of mind they give you in their honesty & ability to get to the root of the problem! These guys will figure out what is going on with your car...they are much more than tires!! The best part is they actually care about customer service (Yes, unheard of & rare these days, but TRUTH!!)...which leads to good customer care, getting your car taken care of, honesty, & a pleasant experience to boot! Luis & John are the best!! Thanks guys for being there everytime I've needed ya & for all the times to come in future days!!!

Anthony, Luis and John are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to all the guys or gals in the garage who work in this Florida heat. Really appreciate all your hard work too! Just had 3 new tires put on with alignment and balance. Price was reasonable. Dropped off at Lunch and was ready in 1.5hrs. Picked up after work. Process could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend The Tire Choice for automotive needs. Great shop!

Staff knowledgeable and professional. They lead with customer service. This is my second experience with their service. Workmanship very good both times and price was good too. Got my vehicle back right away. While they are very busy they are accommodating to all customers. I would recommend them. As a woman its not easy to walk into these shops but these guys listen and make sure you understand the work that needs to be done.

We were on our road trip on I75 when my car started to aggressively vibrate. Pulled off the interstate and saw this place right away. Quick service, quickly found a lump on the back tire. Changed it out and we were quickly back on our way! Great service, did his job right! Thank you so much.

Went here for an a/c problem. They fixed with a high bill. The compressor always made noise, I'm sure they heard it to but didn't care enough to investigate. I get that the warranty expired but the original compressor lasted 11 years and theirs only a year. Seems they would want to make it right to keep customers but bottom line is they want me to pay a grand a year for air! Take your car somewhere that they care about customers and not how much they can get out of customers!!

Going to a tire place/mechanic can bring on a lot of anxiety when you re a female. Since I m not educated in the automotive department, I m at the mercy of the honesty of the company I go to.Let me begin by letting you know, from the call I placed to the hand shake at the end, everything was an A+. Lou was very helpful on the phone, while John assisted me when we got there. The service was quick and they fixed the problem with a smile and very affordable!It s nice to know that you can still get good service and not be taken advantage of. With the type of world we live in today, it s so refreshing to have a business that is for the greater good!Thank you!

Came in yesterday for 2 new tires and a patch. After inspecting, the manager Luis informed me that he was happy to patch the tire but given the wear already on the tire, it would need replacement soon anyway. He gave me a GREAT price on 4 new tires and had me on my way in no time. I feel better with new rubber all around but really appreciated that he was willing to just patch it if that's what I wanted.Very professional and friendly: I highly recommend Luis and The Tire Choice! Thanks!

Amazing service. John was super nice and got me right in without an appointment. Was about to hit the road for a 2+ hour drive when I noticed a nail in my tire. SO thankful for this store and crew. The mechanic who did the work was also very friendly and nice. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

John and Brian in this store are the most professional yet down to earth people I have ever met working in customer service.I had to take my wife to Tampa intl at 8 am the next morning and I was looking for 4 tires to be mounted and balanced ad 6pm ( yeah my fault I know). They stayed after to help me and I can't thank them enough. I owe them both dinner. 20/10 would recommend.

Had to get a new set of tires for my van. I was able to schedule an appointment online the night before. The manager Jomar was very kind and provided me with all options available and thoroughly explained the road hazard coverage. He also kindly kept me updated throughout the process when delays had occurred. I recommend this location as they ensured the experience was a pleasant one.

After losing my husband last year I was nervous about bring my vehicle in since he was the car expert. After speaking with the store manager Luis I felt much more at ease. He made the entire process easy and made sure i felt confident about the decisions I was making. My car was returned in a timely manner and my experience at the store was exceptional.
