I always bring my car to Tire Choice because they are so efficient at doing the job. Mike was terrific helping me get four new tires and an alignment for my car! He showed honesty and concern while helping me select four new tires and an alignment. The staff is amazing!

Awful. Came in for a patch because of a screw in my tire. They patched it, then it was flat the next morning. Came back next day for them to fix it, charges another repair fee cause they magically found a second screw that supposedly made it flat again? Same thing next day, flat tire. Brought it in a THIRD TIME and they then claimed it was slashed!?? Like you didn t notice that the first 2 times? Convenient. They didn t refund ANY of the repair charges, and charged full price for a new tire. Pretty scammy and scummy to me. Never getting our business again. Would not recommend. Seriously y all are scummy and should be ashamed.

Went in to get air in my tires while passing by on a road trip. Asked them to check the rear passenger tire as that was unusually low, thinking it got a nail in it. 90 minutes later, I'm all good to go, they said 'no charge', and I'm like thanks, that's really nice. That night at home, my neighbor points out to me I'm missing the locking lug nut on the tire they removed to look for nails. Called them multiple times to have them look around the shop for it, of course they can't find it. So now I have to buy a replacement. Well, you can't buy just one locking lug nut, it has to be a whole new set with a new key. The manager Maylene says send her a receipt and she'll reimburse me the cost of the new locking lug nut set. Done that several times to no avail and I'm out $80. Complete incompetence at this store, I will never use this chain in the future.

We were on a road trip in a rented campervan and had an emergency on superbowl sunday. We drove over a large piece of scrap metal that just dropped out of the back of a truck on I75 and we were desperately searching for a place that was open. We called Auto Zone and they recommended this shop. The gentleman that took a look at our van said miraculously there was no damage BUT we had 4 completely bald tires! 1 at 4/32, 2 at 3/32 and 1 at 2/32! He truly saved our lives and we will never forget him.

My car is less than 1 year old. I went in for a simple oil change. And they had my car for 2 weeks. Did damage to the automobile and were not accountable For the cost originally they said they would and then they changed their mind so with the repair the ubers. And the car rentals .It was a very very costly oil change shame on you Customers beware

I ve used this location off Colonial for many years. I continue to return because I am always treated fairly. I never have to worry that they are going to request a repair that is not needed. The work has always been done well.

I broke down Thursday, alternator died, they had the vehicle one day (Friday), vehicle repair done, next day LOW coolant warning comes so I returned to the Daniels parkway location, opened the hood and all the fasteners were broke or missing on the front radiator cover. Saturday I was told the parts would be here Monday morning so I am still waiting for parts Monday PM and cannot return to Minneapolis until they get the parts replaced. They broke the clips but did not address it last week. That is my complaint.

I called the day before to schedule an appointment, spoke with an employee, got details squared away to leave the car there in the morning. The next morning, dropped the car off, no paper or anything in the key box, figured it was OK since I talked to them the day before.When I hadn't heard anything by late afternoon, I called and spoke with someone else who acted like I did everything wrong and they had no idea what the car was doing in their lot. Informed them that there were no slips or anything to make a note, and that I had spoken to a coworker the day before. He changed his tone slightly but still acted like I screwed up. Told me there was a nail in my sidewall and ordered a new tire for the next day.In the afternoon, I called and asked how things were, tire hadn't arrived yet, they'd call as soon as they got started. I got a call for that, then another call when it was finished from a third person. Then 15 minutes later I got a call from the 2nd person to tell me the car was ready. "Yes someone called a bit ago." "Oh, OK."ZERO communication between the people there. When I finally went for pickup, the person was more worried about telling me how much he had spent at the carnival.I won't be going back.

Regular customer. The name doesn't describe the fact that this store will repair and service just about anything in your car. Oil changes, brakes, and yes tires. I had windshield wipers replaced as wellExcellent customer service. Very friendly staff. The technicians come in to talk to you. I had a scratch buffed out free of charge!Excellent, efficient quick work by very good staff and very reasonable prices.Highly recommend this store. Won't take my hellcat anywhere else.

I have been coming here for about 5 years, for tires. Always appreciated the in/out service. The team is always friendly. However, this last time I went, put a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be back. Mechanics have a stigma of being untrustworthy, it's unfortunate when they prove the stigmas right. I took my vehicle to them to get the brakes and rotors changed as the car shook when I stopped. They changed out the back, did a brake line flush, and sold me a new tire. Upon getting home, after about 3-5 miles of driving a loud groaning sound would happen after as soon as I hit the brake. I took it back to them, they test drove said they heard the sound- wanted to change front pads/rotors. I said go ahead. After that they called, said they thought it was a caliper, I said go ahead. Then they received a broken caliper, so reordered a new one. Got it in, I called to see if it was ready and they said the ABS system was going out. I said I would be up to drive it. They had one of their employees who they said did the work, however, upon the ride along he said he hadn't done any of the work. Wanted him to hear the sound I was hearing, as though it was difficult to hear. Almost immediately, it started. Even did it as I pulled into the spot at the shop. The guy at the desk asked how it sounded, as they had told me they were able to get rid of the sound. They offered to put the old stuff back on, to which I said yes because my issue wasn't resolved and now the check engine light was on. The next day I picked it up, they cleared the light saying it didn't show and errors it was just on. (Not sure I believe, but we'll see) I took it to a friends mechanic, someone he trusts as honest....He checked the car over, and noticed the right rear caliper not clocked right on the pad. Now, if they replaced the read pads/rotors, one would think this wouldn't have been a concern. I also asked him to see if the front brakes and rotors needed replaced, because if they did- I would like to have them replaced. He said they all looked new. So I'm confused why they would change all this out, act like they don't hear a very obvious sound, expect me to pay another $600...when the fronts were perfectly fine in the first place. Steer clear. When the guy at the desk has to tell me they don't do shady stuff, when I question them putting the old parts back on....If you don't, you wouldn't have to say you didn't. The mechanic I took it to, charged me nothing to fix the issue.

They are unbelievable! Called in the AM Travis gave me a great price on my front brakes, put on a new tire, repaired another tire and he got it all done in less than 30 min! Thanks for doing a great job

I'm not in the business of killing other businesses.I'll give one star because it's the minimum.$$$$$$ with horrible customer service.Go to tire kingdom and feel valued.My car was ready for me . Nice air pressure work.

I schedule an appointment for 11 AM. The customer service was awful, had waited for three hours and 30 mins for a new battery replacement. They also recommended for me to get two new tires for the front on my Toyota Camry, $770 for two tires as well with the battery of 395, things did not add up right after asking the second time on the price range. I honestly felt like I was being ripped off over there, i originally was going for a new battery, I had to leave there just to go to AutoZone, within ten minutes a new battery installed for a reasonable price. Customer service was excellent over there!

These guys are always great to deal with! Quality work at fair prices. Always jump right on whatever we need done and are straight up about what's going on. They never put any huge sales pressure on you but will let you know if something is wrong or if they see some upcoming maintenance that you should be aware of. great shop with great guys.

Mailene, Ken and crew do an excellent job with repairs as well as customer service. Sometimes it takes a little longer than anticipated but the job is well done. I will return the next time I need repairs.

Car was mysteriously overheating, thought it was a faulty coolant thermostat. They quickly found out it was two crumbling heater coils causing the problem, due to the age of the car. Car works flawlessly now! Thanks to the Tire Choice team!

This is Alan Josephson, the husband of Harriet above. I have had three experiences with this Tire's Choice and both have been exemplary! The first was in May 2021 when I went in to price a new set of tires. Travis offered what I found out was a very fair and honest price with no upselling. I say that because I priced out what I wanted at three other shops two of which were other Tire Choices. I quickly made an appointment with him for a few days later giving him some time to obtain the tires. They were quickly and properly installed the time of my appointment. The second experience, a month later, followed the worst experience I have ever had looking for a battery at Firestone Care Care on Rt 82 and Colonial. I called Travis and asked him if he could get and install a new battery because Firestone more than botched their opportunity. He said of course. I made an appointment, went in and even though all his bays were filled, the job was completed properly in 15 minutes. The third was January 2022. I was just getting a tire rotation and it too was done quickly and properly. This is the best shop of it's kind I have found in the Ft Myers area and recommend it to all. Customer service cannot be beat.

Yosvani and Travis are fantastic. Stopped by for just an oil change, they had me in and out in 30 minutes with great customer service. Lowest price I could find in the area for full synthetic as well. Used them for services in the past for my own car as well as my spouses car, and everytime the work and customer service is spot on. Trust these guys, they won't do you wrong. Thanks again!

Some of the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I ever received. I blew a tire, less than 7 months after I purchased it (It blew out coming home from Hurricane Ian Evacuation) Contacted them, was told all are covered for a year with Roadside Hazard. Called again to verify, and was told I was good for a replacement, and to stop in and they d take care of me. Drove an extra 30 minutes to this location, because mine was closed, for the sales guy to say, You don t have Roadside Hazard, keep what you have, it s fine. Was rude, and didn t have a single ounce of customer service. Never even came out to check the Yokohama Tire I purchased from their company, or to see what replacement I was forced to purchase to make it home from Ian. Attempted to contact customer service on 4 occasions, I m yet to hear back it s been almost a month. This is the worst company to deal with, staff doesn t care about you or the product they sold you. Especially at this location. Absolute Garbage.

Wow, what awesome customer service they have. Michelle (store manager) went above and beyond to help my in-laws with their vehicle. They were able to offer us a lower price than any other locations within the area. Service was fast & prompt. Ken made calls to find the best prices available for the parts we needed. Both, Michelle and Ken sat down with us and explained in detail, what was wrong with the vehicle and broke it down to them, in simple English, of what they can offer. They made my father in-law feel at ease with their great customer service and low, unbeatable prices. The mechanic was able to show us what was wrong with the vehicle and the steps and procedure it would take to fix. The staff members here are very knowledgeable about their inventory, pricing alongside great service. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs car service. This was a great experience for us. My father in-law says that he will bring his vehicle here for any services needed, big or small(and he's adamant about his car and service). We want to greatly say thank you to Michelle, Ken and mechanics for their awesome customer service.
