Very happy to say I had a great experience at this location. The answering service was able to provide me an appointment within 30 minutes and got my tire issue resolved quickly. The staff was extremely professional and very kind. I just want to say I give all the stars to Corporate and to the staff and the quality of service. Thank you guys you really made my day. After being rejected from three other tire locations. Because they said they didn t have the manpower. But I thought everybody was getting laid off according to the government. They just did not have the manpower. But , this location took care of me quickly. Thanks guys.

I walked in one evening without an appointment and they fixed a screw in my tire in about an hour. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this place!

I took my car to Tire Choice with a vibration. My tech Orion was able to identify multiple issues. These were all professionally corrected by Orion. It took a few days to fix everything but Orion or Shane called me every day with a progress report. I would highly recommend this store for your automotive needs!! Thanks Guys

I ve been going to Tire Choice for years to do oil changes and any types of tire issues. They have always been fantastic with their service. From the front desk to the mechanics. This is why I keep going back. Thanks guys!!

Needed a new tire and was able to schedule the drop off of the wheel and tire in a timely manner. The tire and wheel was not ready until a few days after the expected timeframe. Once I brought the car back to have the wheel put on (which went smoothly with the associates that were there late) I noticed scratches along the edge of the wheel when they removed and replaced the tire. Brought the concern up to the staff at that time who said their manager (Jonathan) was not in until tomorrow and to call tomorrow. I called the next day, and the manager was not in all day, and said they would give me a call the next day. I never got a call the next day, I never got a call at all. So I went in the following week and discussed the concern with the staff who was there. As they were professional and friendly the associate never acknowledged the inconvenience but rather said that mistakes happen . Now I have to schedule with their wheel repair person. Hoping that they see this review and can understand that there could be better communication and admittance of an inconvenience on my end. It would also be nice to know that when I need my other three tires replaced I can do so with confidence that this won t happen again. When I voiced that exact concern I was told, again, yes we ll mistakes happen . Your customers need acknowledgment that you ll fix the problem internally (be it with staff training or better equipment, etc ) and avoid this in the future. Hopefully I can leave a better rating after the wheel repair.

I got a flat tire on my way to work, with no spare. So had my car towed to Tire Choice. They were super nice and sympathetic to my situation. They plugged my tire and got me on my way to work quickly! Very friendly and professional service!

Came down after buying a used vehicle and Orion couldn t have been more helpful! He was nothing but professional and honest. He helped us assess the vehicle and get the maintenance handled quickly, he also worked with us within our budget and helped us prioritize what was most needed. It was a lovely experience and we would highly recommend Orion to anyone needing a service or repair.

Great service and very attentive to the needs of our company. You have a great group of employees working at your location. I have a fleet of vans used to deliver packages and Tire Choice helps keep these vans on the road. They are flexible and attentive to my needs. Had a leak in one of my tires - Orion got me an appointment same day - when every other place said leave it all day or set me an appointment in 2 or 3 days. Shane found the leak and patched in inside of 30 minutes. These guys are rockstars! I ve been to tire stores that will just tell me they couldn t patch a leak just to sell me a tire. Not these guys. They re honest and get the job done. I ll get all my tires from these boys in the future.

Had an appointment scheduled for an oil change but no mechanics showed up at the store that day. Had to go get my oil change at another TC location without an appointment, and it took more that 24hrs to complete.

If you need a place to get work done on your vehicle, this is the place! After several months of blowing off getting my oil changed and my tire checked out, it was time to come in and get my vehicle checked out. What an amazing experience! Not only do they beat competitors tire prices, but for students, this place is close enough to campus for you to get any work done (without your mechanic friend or dad getting in the way). A welcoming environment, no games with pricing, and mechanics who actually know what they are doing! I'm more than impressed with The Tire Choice (Rick Johnson). Thank you all so much for the help!

I was very happy with the courtesy and professionalism that was given to me. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and even though I had forgotten my coupon they still gave me the discount. My wait was short and allowed me time to go home and get my 2nd car for the same service! My wife and I will continue coming here!

These guys were great. John, AJ and Joel were all friendly and professional. Great and timely job on my brakes and tire repair. Dealership and Firestone estimate both were close to double what I paid there.

On 10/17/22 leaving work at 5pm I found I had a flat tire. Stopped at Tire Choice at 15530 Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers and was greeted by Johnatan Castro, Store Manager. He was so helpful and responsive to my situation. He got the car in the bay very quickly and took care of my flat tire very quickly. Furthermore he was extremely customer-service focused and just a great guy to do business with. I was so impressed with him and how he took care of me for such a small matter (just a flat repair). I will definitely go back to them in the future when I need tires or other repairs. Thanks for the truly outstanding service!

I stopped in to get a price for tires and brakes. John gave not only gave me estimates but started at the lowest price on up to the pricier ones with mileage they would get, ect. (Hint one) He gave me prices for just brake pads and pads with grinding. And also explained it would be more if the rotors were damaged. (Hint two). I made an appointment for my next day off which was yesterday. I dropped off at 1 for my appointment and he said it would be about 3 hours because I added oil change. THREE HOURS later, he called that my car was done. When I arrived, he said only the front brakes needed to be replaced because the back and little wear and still had plenty of time (Hint 3).Kind of like the three strike rule but opposite. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive tire (although I got higher because I drive alot), was honest about what prices would be if they found something more and didn't do work that didn't really need to be done. I would have never questioned all if brakes were done because I asked for it and was prepared to pay for it. Honesty, transparency with pricing, super nice and good work....I will be a regular customer going forward!

Outstanding service !!! I brought our Tahoe here back in April to get the front end fixed and they not only got the steering the best it's ever been they found a leaking axle that I just replaced saving me from a possible accident if it would have broken. Unfortunately the Tahoe was destroyed in Ian,it actually saved our lives because we had to spend the night on the roof... I now own a different vehicle and will be bringing it here for service even though it's a drive from where I am living because they actually care about the customer and do excellent work...Don Carter

Literally just left this center and I must say they have the best customer service I have seen. From the beginning talking with Adrian on the phone and going in and speaking with him, to speaking with Jane the mechanic, and at last Jonathan (MGR I think) checking out I couldn't have ask for better service! Thank you all so much for everything and you have gained a new customer permanently!! Appreciate you guys keep up the amazing work and service!

Do Not go here for an oil change.. took them over an hour with my scheduled appointment to get my oil change done and tire rotation.. then I asked him if he greased all the fittings on my front end etc.. the worker replied yes. I get home and check the fittings to find that not one had been done.. so I called their shop to find out they DO NOT have a grease gun in the shop and do NOT grease anything ever.. really?? Don't use them!

I went to this Tire Choice with my daughter after she was cut off on I75 and had to lock up her brakes to avoid being hit. I asked the guy behind the counter to replace the worst two tires and we would be back for the other two. He said ok. We picked up the car,, and on the way home my daughter says it still rides the same. At home I see one of the tires they did not change has a lump on the inside of the tire. Luckily, I asked to keep the old tires, because one was still ok. I changed it myself. If you have a loved one you like, beware of this place.

Great service at great prices. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. I've been to this location multiple times for regular maintenance as well as my tire purchase. So far, each visit has been a great experience.

They were an hour late opening the doors, didn t care that they were late making us late for work. They tried to over charge us. Asked them to check the hubcaps that looked loose and the guy said that is how it is (even though the back tires weren t like that) and that we would need to come back for alignment check (even though that was part of our appointment)

Good overall experience. Only issue was a little added wait due to the fact that the employee contact said the on-line appointment app. "double -booked" the time slot and I was not the first person that booked.

Great staff, reasonable prices and super fast! I had brakes go out. Drove in at 6pm and was told they'd be happy to stay and finish the repairs. I didn't want them to have to stay as they have lives also. They also had to order parts. Much to my surprise the parts arrived before we even finished the paperwork. So i left the car and Paul got me a ride home at no cost! I'm a recent NY transplant. Paul and his crew could not have been more courteous and professional. It's tough to find an honest, reliable repair shop.Found one!

From the moment I walked into the store, I felt comfortable and knew that I would be treated fairly and honestly . There was a new store manager, lucky for me, whose name is Ernest. He genuinely cared about my situation and was very thorough in following up with me. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs a mechanic or just an oil change.Thank you Mr. Johnson for hiring good people who have integrity and for staying true to your faith.
