Run. Don't stop here, find somewhere else.They will damage your car, lie, steal from you, then lie some more about making things right.Let me leave with 18&21 psi in two rear tires.Scratched my rims.Asked for MY tires back, they gave me someone else's trash tires that were previously patched (i never had a flat before)And just overall poor customer service.Run.

9 years later and I'm still coming here for my vehicle repairs. If I'm not using the bayshore location I use rolfes road. Never once been disappointed by the quality of care or service I received they always keep my vehicle in top working condition. This time around these awesome guys are repairing damages another shop caused not even 6 months ago. Not only am I receiving quality care but they don't charge a fortune compared to some places. Total worth the price. Word to the wise spend that little extra $ for quality because It can save you so much. Always will recommend these guys. John you got an awesome crew here. Shout out to Josh for taking care of me and getting the parts orders awesome customer service.

Awesome experience at this place. Went there to get four tires installed for less than the original estimate. They mentioned that my back brake pads still had decent life on them and that they did not need to be changed yet. I know many other shops that would have told me different. I just appreciate the honesty that this Tire Choice! Will definitely be doing business with them again soon!

A client of mine had me tow his 2020 Dodge charger in to this location. After driving his vehicle for a day. His vehicle was overheating after having his lower radiator hose changed $900 + with an oil change included as well as a charge for inspection. With hopes that the business would fix the issue considering they inspected the vehicle and fixed what was wrong. They didn't display the damaged hose they simply billed him (TRUST US) kinda thing. A large amount of his family use this tire choice. He was skeptical when they sent another bill indicating his water pump was weeping and needed changed. Which they hadn't noticed in the inspection they billed for a few days before. They also billed for this inspection as well. I took a look and determined it simply needed the thermostat changed the part $43 the water pump wasn't weeping :( the hoses were fine the old thermostat was sticking and running about ten degrees to warm while idling. The client extremely happy he drives the car everyday. Be careful guys these kinds of businesses anybody can buy. Certification doesn't make them good or honest either. Absolutely awful to see places like this making mechanics look like con artists.

The staff was awesome they explained everything in detail. Ed was particularly attentive to my cars issues and we made a plan of what to fix next. There isn t many place to offer optionsThank you

I asked for quiet tires with a reasonable mileage warranty. Was assured the tires they ordered would be quiet. Got 65k warranty. Took almost 2 hours to install with really no other vehicles there .Techs goofing off, talking nonstop. Needless to say, tires are louder than what I replaced AND they added on a maintenance warranty I didn t ask for. Was on my lunch break. No time to argue after being so late. I ll never buy new tires from them again

I made an appointment prior they were not on time for the appointment. It was more than an hour late. I just wanted an oil change. They did many other things didn t even bother to top off the other fluids because I couldn t afford the other things that they wanted to do in prior visits. They did a much better job, but this was the worst service I have ever received, and I will not return.

went in asking for a oil change, tires filled. fluids filled and a engine filter replaced. when i picked it up the oil was filled and nothing else was done that was supposed to be done. based off that i question if the oil was even changed and not filled. usually when they change it they put a sticker on the window. that wasn t there either. i said something and they filled the fluids and put air in the tires but i def won t go back.

Had a flat tire with the bolt still protruding from it. Took it to Tire Choice on Bayshore and they took me right in. Had the tire fixed in 20 minutes - never once tried to upsell new tires. Can't say that about most tire centers. They installed the repaired tire and even put the donut back in it's proper place. Highly recommend.

My pads were bad, so I replaced them. We bled the brakes, and the VDC off light/brake/traction control lights came on, and pedal went mooshy. We replaced the master cylinder and a brake booster pressure sensor bad code came on so we replaced that. Lights still on so we brought it in to get looked at. Set apt for 7:30. They pulled the car in popped the hood and looked at it for about 8 mins then went to do an alignment and patch a tire. Since my car wasn't getting any attention I decided to ask for my keys back and took it elsewhere. The mech walked up gave me my keys and said have a nice day. Never told me if they found anything or even looked. I thought the cars get done in order. I was wrong. They said it usually takes hrs to look at but when I asked the previous day they wouldn't give me a time. I thought 2 hrs was enough when you had an appointment.Probably wont return to this location. Too sketch for me.

John was amazing!!!!!!! I can t even explain how helpful and happy I m with the service and how knowledgeable all the staff is at this location! If you need help as a single woman I recommend this place they are going to make sure you are taking care of and well informed!!!! I give 10/10 thank you

Very unprofessional very unknowledgeable 1 person says you need a new tire the other person says you don't they make an appointment and you show up then they tell you they can't do it to leave your vehicle horrible horrible customer service

The manager at this place has no sales experience no customer service training they are practicing horrible work ethic. Peeling out smoking out the plaza while elderly people are crossing the street this is what we have to deal with,with this manager and if you think you re just gonna talk however you want when we bought 4 new tires an they were horrible when we came in to get a patch cause prior you did not fix it correctly you are unprofessional! We will let everybody that walks in that business know how rude and unacceptable his performance is, I own a business in the plaza and they might even be the people putting nails in peoples tires! I don t recommend this place/scammer very unprofessional And as for that Jonathan,Who is to set an example for his employees he thinks he could just talk however he wants to customers rudely.. Absolutely appalling.

Had gone in to this location on July 12th, 2023. I am constantly coming back to this tire choice because the outstanding service and how honest these people truly were . The staff had changed within the last few weeks and I had gone in for an oil change to be told i am required to get a tire alignment or else i CAN NOT get my oil change. All for an almost 150$. Super unfortunate as to this was the spot to go a few months ago. I had contacted other tire choices and was told it should be no more than 115$ and he was trying to force a 100$ coupon on me for a tire alignment and oil change. He there for got nasty and insisted I leave if i wasn t good with his price ( seems to be alot of entitlement for a front desk guy ) Don t let these new guys take advantage of you and your money.

I spoke with Ed at the front desk today about having service done on my vehicle. Ed was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to my car questions. Customer service was a 10 out 10. Hard to find that these days
