With so many good reviews I am kind of disappointed with the service I received!I do appreciate the free water bottle I was offered at the beginning of the check in however that doesn't make up for the lack of service my vehicle actually received!Yes, I did request that they didn't do the additional services like cabin air filter, windshield wipers replacement and coolant exchange. They were additional costs and they don't have them priced anywhere!The service check has all the items that are supposed to be checked or done...These items on my list were not checked or done Washer fluid... Filled - (close but not filled)Windshield... Cleaned - (definitely not)Tires... Checked - (nope they weren't)Maybe for those additional services you need to put client declined.I think the only thing I do appreciate is that when you bring your own oil and filter the service is practically half priced!

Definitely recommend to anyone!!! It was my first time going to this location and hands down the staff is amazing at what they do. Thanks again guys appreciate all your work and especially the gentleman that took his time to get into my cabin filter lol. So sorry I forgot his name but if anyone has an older Honda this is the place and that is your guy. Very knowledgeable and relentless to get the job done! Awesome place and staff! Ty

Excellent service. We stopped in at 445pm on a Sunday when they close at 5 and they got us in and out within 15 minutes. Love that they check all fluids, tire pressure, filters, and wipe down our windshield while doing the oil change. Everyone is always friendly too.

The guys were great. I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and a friendly attitude by the tech. Each guy made sure they took care of everything I asked about. The up-sale was great. I would always return and recommend this spot to friends and family.

I ve been coming here for a long time when I have a little business and I with my personal vehicle. Never had an issue on 1/3/2024 I came in for an oil change on my SUV, which is my third oil change on this vehicle never had any issues till now. So I left. I have some oil change and two days later on 1/5/24 there s a huge puddle of oil underneath my vehicle. so I called and spoke to Jesse and a couple other guys they told me to come in that they would fix the issue. So I get there and whoever did my oil change on 1/3/24 didn t tighten down my oil filter or the nut for the oil pan. They try to say that my nut that goes in the oil pan was stripped. If there was a problem with it being stripped, why would you let me leave? Fast forward to 1/29/24 driving home from running some errands and my engine starts knocking. So I called and spoke to someone at take five oil change and they sent someone out yesterday morning to techs. To see what was wrong the one tech Luis which was under my vehicle stated that there was no oil coming out of the plug. So they refilled my oil. Make sure everything was taken down. I started my vehicle and it was still knocking. Pure negligence of them. I can t today to speak to the manager Matt. Matt tried to say that it s my fault that it s a high mileage vehicle 172,000 miles is not a High mileage vehicle for mercury mariner 2009. I spoke to four mechanics and they said I could put at least another 300,000 miles on a vehicle before it has some issues. These guys are some scam artist and I can t wait for the attorney to see all the evidence. And why if there was a problem with anything that I do with the filter or the nut for the oil pan why would they keep coming out to fix it or have me come in? Now I m out a vehicle because the negligence of this place.

Great service! And in such a short amount of time (which is so precious these days). Jesse was the point man who took such great care with professionalism, helpfulness, and a smile on his face. The whole team was a terrific asset. I ll be back when it s time for that next oil change! Thank you!

Good and fast service nice staff the only thing is that the car in front of me had the windshield clean and I was expecting the same. But I am grateful, Thank you guys! God bless.

I love coming to this place because they always service me very quickly within a few minutes of pulling up. I was greeted kindly by the staff and offered water. That was especially nice! I get things done at Take 5 because they are honest with me about what I need done while also teaching me more about my car so I can better understand the functions and how to repair. I am very grateful for this franchise!

I never wrote reviews but these boys deserve every bit of credit they can get. I always bring my car here to get oil changes and they never miss a beat. Since I bought my car 3 years ago, there was a weird body odor smell that blasted me every time I turned my ac on & the car only had 30,000 miles on it so it wasn t used & abused. A few days ago, the manager, who has been the only person able to locate & remove my cabin filter, pulled that thing out & changed it & the funk is magical gone!! Lmao. These boys are ALWAUS on their game with every service they provide in my experience

Our oil light came on and we pulled in to have them top it off as it wasn t time for a change. We had it changed a couple of months ago at a Take 5in another state. They immediately checked to see if there was any issues we weren t aware of. Topped off the oil at NO charge for the service as it had not been more than 90 days since our change.So professional and we will be back!

Very fast service, did not have to wait in line on a Thursday afternoon. Customer service is amazing. And the staff is very knowledgeable. Great deals. They give newcomers a $10 off coupon it which is very helpful.I love coming here and I would recommend to anyone who wants fast drive up service without having to worry about appointments or over priced!

Everything is great about this place, quick easy efficient, my only thing is they re expensive considering I have to go back every 4k miles because of my job. I just wish it was a little more affordable getting my Gladiator serviced.

This is my favorite place to get an oil change. Everyone is courteous and professional. I don't have to wait that long at all, and for a busy person like myself, I love the convenience. And may I add, they to your oil off at no cost if you are running low.

The day after Christmas I got there about 8:40am. 3 full bays,me and one other waiting. Looked like the activity was on 1 bay,I expected to wait. Around 8:55 I noticed several employees arriving. Things moved along good after then. The rep was knew his products and very friendly. Was out in about 12 minutes. Good job. One note...after 40 years in public customer service work as u probably know...all hands on deck at the opening bell. That was the only problem I saw.

Was a regular customer here for quite a few years but then took my Kia Sorrento to get serviced and had multiple add-ons including air filter and wipers. I took the car in it had a sound coming from my vehicle I thought maybe I just needed an oil change But after my oil change the sound didn t go away. The next day come to find out there was a hole in my engine. Though it was not their fault, They stated to me that they clearly saw the hole in my engine and still proceeded to do the oil change anyway without talking to me first. I paid for a new oil change and all these add-ons when I could ve avoided being charged over $100. Of course I had to get rid of the car because the hole in my engine but they still charge me all of this knowing that my engine was going to blow and I never got reimbursed I won t go back there again

Everytime I have gotten an oil change it has been an experience. The whole team at this Take 5 gives knowledge, kindness and GREAT service. The 2 gentleman took their time explaining what my oil should look like where it should be and they let me know I can come back anytime to get other things checked if need be!! They re just great workers In general!!

First off Jordan was a computer. She knew everything about my vehicle. Lewis was awesome on the phone told me to come in. It was fast. They gave me the veteran special and all the employees said. Thank you for my service on Veterans Day with the 25% discount.. This place has a new customer for life.

Super helpful guys, I came in for an oil change but they helped me clip my front bumper in as well and then my battery died right after the oil change (lol) so they helped me jump my car! 100% recommend! Not all heroes wear capes.

I ve gone here twice for an oil change and have had amazing experiences both times. They hand me a water bottle right when I get there and are so friendly while they re doing my oil change. They are so helpful when I have questions too, and not in the salesman upcharging kind of way either which is awesome! I ll be back when my oil light comes back on!

I went in the afternoon about 30 minutes before closing, and it wasn't very busy. The service was extremely fast and friendly! I let the serviceman know that I was taking a long road trip the next morning, and he went above and beyond checking my tires fluids and everything I'd need to feel safe. I've gone to take 5 in several cities and this is one of the best. Will be going back if I'm in the area!!

The two guys who were there were super kind and helpful, and one of them even replaced my windshield wiper free of charge because mine was so old and I didn t have the funds to replace it. They truly care about making sure that you get an oil change and out safely!

Just got service at this location. I can't believe how professional knowledgeable and friendly this place was Matt and his crew are outstanding. I've been to many oil change places I've never had such a positive experience I don't write reviews. I've written like three reviews ever in my life. I'm writing one now because it was just that awesome thanks Matt and thanks for your crew working So hard even on a Saturday. Chad, Damion,Dom,Jordan. Thanks guys. Incredible experience, they even helped me locate coupons to save some money, I stayed in the car it was done quickly there were five people working on it at the same time and they were a happy bunch of people highly recommend going there highly highly it's my third time in and out in 20 minutes or less and I can even go back if my fluids get low or my tires Get Low in between now and the next time I get my oil changed which by the way only cost $45 for a Fiat which has a special filter to it

1/14/24Another GREAT experience today.Jordan and her team were very informatuve in regards to my questions about my filters.They are so well trained here and customer service is always on point !!!Great experience! Kam was very professional and very knowledgeable. Grateful to have come after a bad experience at valvoline.Also the prices were better overall.

Efficient, Friendly service by entire staff; they made suggestions regarding vehicle that no other company even mentioned and thankfully my filters were a absolute health hazard! Awesome service!
