I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of honest, and adequate service. The service tech is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to trouble shoot and solve your mechanical issues. One of the guys named Jason, took time just to answer all my questions and help me understand exactly what my cars issue was. Their work is very reliable and worth making an appointment to have service done there. If you're looking for quality work and to be treated fairly, this is the shop you need to have your repairs done at

What a great find!200 miles from home, on business, and Ford F-150 won t start. Asked around and was directed to Superior Auto Care. Jason worked me into the schedule. Ian, the technician, was able to quickly ascertain a tricky electrical issue and provide a solution.Out of town, great service, fair price What more could you ask for? If I lived in Ft. Myers, they would be my go-to.

This place is a complete fraud do not go to this place and I mean it do not go to this place. I took my wife vehicle there for a diagnosis on her SUV I left the car in the morning and the guy at the desk told us that we were next after the car that was their prior to us that was at 8AM at 12pm we decided to go back just to check on the car and the work that was being done to it when we get there the car wasn t even been looked up by no body they didn t even put the hood up to check it at all but the guy that works their telling us that it has to be the coolant tank the one that is leaking I told him ok give me a price for that diagnosis he was talking about a $1000 dollars plus just to change the Coolant Tank I m like ummm this doesn t make sense to me the leak is not coming from the coolant tank is coming from the water pump I told my wife let s go and take the car somewhere else this is not sitting right with my spirit nor the diagnosis or the price so I took the car somewhere else and they told me immediately that it was the water pump I told my wife you see I told you I called my buddy at Perfect Timing Auto Repair LLC and he is Mobile and he charged me $500 flat parts and labor included big difference compared to a $1000 plus dollars for a so called coolant tank from this fraud of a place. My recommendation do not go to this place they are out to get people.

Thats the best car repair in town.Prices is very good,they are very fast and they take care of you same day...I have issue with my control arm i hear some noice and they found problem fast.Best in town!!! Thank you a lot

Took my car here for the first time. They diagnosed the problem, called me with a solution and didn t try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff I didn t need. Fixed it quickly and for a fair price. Great job !!! Way better than a dealer who sent e in circle for issues I ve had. Only thing keeping me from a 5 was my cabin air filter cover pets were not put back they were placed on the floor. No huge deal but a little unprofessional. These guys know their stuff, and they are super easy and understanding to work with. Will be coming back for future issues!! I am very impressed with this business. I had to get my car towed here through AAA, and was recommended this place by the tow truck driver. They had my car ready in less than 2 days which was estimated to take a few days by my regular place. They send a link to see everything in the inspection with details, pictures, and arrows pointing to what they are talking about. They categorize it into things that passed the inspection, need immediate action or need future action. As someone who knows very little about cars, this is super helpful! The employees are extremely kind and passionate about their work, maintain good communication with their customers, and answer any questions with pleasure. This is the first service experience where I felt fully comfortable and pleased. I won t take my car anywhere else from now on! I went in for the first time to have engine work done. I found the staff to be kind and knowledgeable. I was pleased with how the car was running when I left. I came to a red light and noticed the battery light was on. When I reached my destination, around the corner, I contacted Superior Auto Care. They sent two employees out to me. From the diagnostics, it was determined that the alternator was not charging the battery. They drove the car back to their shop and it stopped running in their parking lot! They changed out the alternator the next day and I am back driving the car. It runs great. They were great. I will definitely be back, for routine maintenance! Manny was extremely interested and made sure he knew all the things that needed to be done to my truck. Repaired all those things and let me know of problems that were discovered during trouble shooting. He made sure I wanted those items repaired and provided a fair price. Maintenance was excellent! The service was phenomenal from beginning to the end. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. The repair was suppose to take up to three days, but they had it done the next day. The job wasn't overpriced and the it has a 24/24 month warranty. Overall the customer service and the job done were superb. The BEST in SWFL!!!! Manny is an awesome person. He was courteous and very attentive of my vehicle needs. I went in for a check engine light and vibration on my vehicle. They were able to detect my problem the same day and repaired and delivered vehicle to me within just a couple of hours. The prices are the best in town. They just won a customer for life. Everything you ve read about Manny and the Superior team is correct, from experience- & the name Superior is fitting! I made calls around town in search of a trustworthy shop for my F-150 and Manny was my last call. Upon summarizing everything I d tell him and connecting it to my input, I concluded that he was focused on finding and fixing the issue as opposed to deeming it worst-case-scenario for a higher ($) charge. Didn t have to search another second.Once I took it to the shop, my expectations were exceeded. They quickly found everything that had to be fixed, rendered a couple of issues I thought the truck had nonexistent (saving me the headache), and even sent an extremely detailed report about the vehicle inspection. Once I drove my truck again, there was a huge difference in performance and it was already in great condition. The team here is priceless. When you choose Superior, not only is your vehicle in great hands but you can rest assured that they will work to keep your stress to a minimum- which is the most invaluable thing you could ever be gifted by a mechanic.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Their professionalism and honesty saved me time and money. When a dash light came on my local auto parts shop had connected the diagnostic instrument and told me I had problems with the ABS brakes and an open circuit to a stop light. Superior's mechanic was able to explain that those were old messages and the light on my dash simply needed resetting as it hadn't been reset with a recent oil change at a different facility. They reset the light and sent me on my way no charge. Although I don't look forward to my next automotive issue at least I know I will be in good hands with Superior!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I can't say enough about the level of customer service and work ethics of the staff. Manny was so patient to listen to our story of how another station had my car for ONE MONTH .... charged us $$$$ and it still wasn't repaired.Manny was attentive and so accommodating. In less than a day they had assessed the issue ...They will be out full service station going forward. These are folks you can TRUST!
