Got my check engine light code checked at a local auto parts store. Came up I need a new fuel injector. I m new to town so googled some auto places. Saw superior auto and decided to give them a try. I m glad i did! I told Scott and his team what the code was, they checked my car out and it was much easier fix. He could have just went with what the auto parts store said but he did his own digging . Very honest and Definitely recommend !

I love Superior Auto Care!!! They are honest and very trustworthy. They are reasonably priced and get the job done in a timely manner!I am saying this because I originally took my vehicle to a dealership that kept it for over a week, and never found any problems yet charged me a fortune only to have somehow put a band aide on my air conditioning that worked for 2 months. Brought my car in for a transmission problem a few weeks ago. I received a prompt diagnosis with estimated repair cost. The work was completed by the next day. I was very happy with the outstanding service provided and would recommend Scott and the guys at Superior Auto Care for all of your vehicle service needs.

Superior Auto Care is a hidden gem in the east Fort Myers area. Scott and the rest of the team are top-notch in every way: professional, honest, efficient, and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. They've helped me out multiple times with different issues when I dropped in, and they've always been able to take me right away. I can't recommend this shop enough.

Scott was great made it very easy. I liked the texting of quotes to approve or not made it very easy while I was working. Nothing hidden super easy super convenient. I will definitely be using them for future services to my car.

Went there a couple weeks ago to get a price on a resistor replaced. They said it needs a new blower motor , blower kit and resistor, just shy of 700$. It seemed off. I declined and went elsewhere. Found another shop and confirmed it only needed a resistor. 240$ all in. It s this kind of stuff that gives mechanics a bad name. Only good thing was they did get me right in.

They're local long running auto care for the east side communities. These guys are great. I bring all kinds of clients from the community here for service on they're vehicles. They get a lot of trust from the community I see. When I need a vehicle fixed I'm considering Superior Auto care. Seem to have a fully staffed facility. Which speaks volumes in itself considering how hard it is to find knowledgeable help in the automotive industry these days. It shows these kids aren't picking up wrenches anymore. So enjoy whoever will even consider fixing your vehicle instead of just telling you to get a new one one because fixing it isn't worth it! Only to someone that dont know superior auto is available on Palm Beach next to shores Bar and grille

I went to 4 other places requesting help with a tire sensor and was either turned down, flat-out lied to about the problem or quoted a price that would drain my bank account and none of them even looked at it. Superior Auto Care checked it and replaced it quickly and at a reasonable price that I could afford. Great service done quickly. A very pleasant experience.

This place was FANTASTIC. I called Wednesday needing repairs done to my breaks, and an estimate for my AC. They checked out everything for me gave me pictures, good input and told me what I absolutely should prioritize. Friday (today) morning I dropped it off and Friday afternoon got it back my problem was fixed, and they set me up and sent me off. Definitely recommend if you need a trustworthy place to take your car. Not to mention how fantastic their people are, respectful, funny, and knowledgeable.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Honestly had the hardest time trying to find someone to look at my car , the day after a holiday. Call these guys up and they were more than welcoming. Going to the office they were professional and helpful. They kept my car for some time but to ensure that it would not break down on me, which I greatly appreciated. Superior has done great work on my Silverado 2500, C4500, Camaro and Chrysler 200! Their knowledge, experience and overall customer service, truly lives up to their name they are Superior to the vast majority of repair shops I ve experienced, both near and far! These people are courteous but the prices are sky high. I went there because my 2008 Range Rover was leaking a little fluid. I paid for a diagnostic but they did not provide a written invoice of the issues. It stated that I had an overheating issue which I didn t state my vehicle had. I had my wife pick up the vehicle and they claimed they could not print the invoice stating the problems with the vehicle because I had already paid. I was able to view the malfunctions prior to payment but once I paid the total breakdown of charges disappeared. I think that is suspicious in itself. I went to this place because of the high ratings but I will not be going back unfortunately. They wanted to charge $1200 labor for a radiator change out, the part alone was listed about $300 by them. Also, the thermostat replacement labor is $500. The hoses top and bottom was about $200. The total bill was $2500. The radiator on ebay is $200. The vehicle was parked in the same exact spot as I left it the day before. I have worked in the private sector and public sector/government for 27 years and have never encountered that. Again nice people but outrageous prices.

I've taken two vehicles here, one a Ford and the other a Nissan. Both are running great after taken them to Superior. Staff are friendly and helpful. Customer service is thorough and quick to respond.

The guys at Superior Auto Care were immensely helpful after Valvoline broke my oil pan during an oil change earlier in the day. My car was back in commission within 24 hours, and it s running smoother than ever.
