I ve been coming to Subaru for years now and I m never disappointed! I worked with Coby as my salesman. Coby was a pleasure to work with he went above and beyond to make sure i found a car I loved within my budget. I would definitely recommend requesting him to help you with finding a new vehicle. The transaction was smooth and timed efficiently. Tee helped me at the end with signing the paperwork and made sure I got out of there as soon as I could so I could go on with my day. Overall a great experience!

I hate buying cars because of obnoxious super aggressive sales people in the past, but Arley was a very nice guy and very knowledgeable.In fact everybody at the dealership was nice. While they were obviously anxious to make a sale, they were very willing to negotiate, which is the SOLE reason why I ended up buying a vehicle. My original intention was to just sit in the car & see if it was a good possibility for me. I hadn t decided to purchase yet, but had already done research on Subaru and felt like the Forester would be the car I d eventually purchase at some future point. The Wilderness version has more stuff than I ll ever need or likely use, but the price was okay, so that s what I ended up with.I did buy the additional 10 year tech warranty because this car has electronics out the wazoo. I thought the warranty was very expensive, but any tech repairs would be pricey too and a good friend s son (who works as a car mechanic in TX) recommended getting it.So now I have a brand new car and I m pleased with it. My only difficulty will be getting used to all this new stuff, but Arley went over things with me before I left and even connected my cell phone. Just for fun, I used the map feature to tell me how to go home. They arrange for someone to help you review all the tech stuff a week later. That s definitely a plus!

We were greeted at the door and our salesman brought the car we were interested in for a test drive and we were sold!The financial advisor was very knowledgeable & they took care of switching our insurance and everything while we were there. We left with a new Forester ready for the road! The store manager Dave even introduced himself and gave us his cell number.It was a very good experience.

I couldn t be happier with my experience at Subaru of Fort Myers. This was my first new car experience since I owned my first 2001 Subaru forester for 12 years, so it was a big deal for me. We were greeted and helped by Daniel who was amazing through the entire process! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made us feel comfortable from the moment we got there. Matthew who went through all the warranty and financing paperwork was also amazing! It can be a stressful and confusing process but we felt very informed & comfortable with everything and never felt rushed through any part of the process. Thank you guys so much! I love my new cascade green Forester!

My service advisor was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I asked questions about my car and new models. Jason was able to answer all my questions and did it with a smile. Other service advisors also piped in with answers and were friendly. The area for people waiting for their cars to be serviced is comfortable and has refreshments available! I had my car serviced for the 30,000 mile service. My car drives like it is brand new again! Thanks for the great service.

We were vacationing in Fort Myers when all the lights came on our dashboard. This was bad timing as were were leaving the next morning. We found the nearest dealership 5 min. before closing and set up a time to come back early the next morning. The service manager, Jason, was exceptional. He got us right in and patiently explained what the issue was. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for better service. He was able to provide us with a loaner car as we had to wait for 7 hours for our car to be serviced. Our departure was delayed until late afternoon, but we were confident our car was fixed! We highly recommend Fort Myers Subaru.Thanks Jason for the hiking recommendation- it was a great hike!

I made an appointment for an oil change and the car was taken on time and serviced in a relatively timely manner. Service rep (Dan from PA) was awesome - very friendly and knowledgeable guy.The mechanics in the garage lose one start because they took out my engine air filter to show me how nasty it is. When I replaced it a day later it looked like they didn t even shake or tap off some of the loose superficial debris before putting it back in. They just put the whole air filter back in with all that crap. They didn t do the courteous and easy thing.

5 STARS - OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Was looking for reasonably priced and slightly used Range Rover Envoque for my daughter, who just graduated college and has started teaching. After spending about 2 weeks researching SUVs, we landed on a low mileage vehicle at Subaru of Ft. Myers. Since this was my 3rd vehicle purchase in less than a year I was dreading going in and not having everything finalized with a drive-off offer. The last two car purchases (2 different dealers in Naples) were a nightmare after being aggressively pushed to buy every add-on under the sun. They just wore me out! Needless to say I was expecting the same aggravation on purchasing this vehicle for my eldest daughter. I was angry just walking into the building knowing it was going to be the same ordeal. Boy was I wrong. Immediately, our sales rep Coby could see that I really didn t want to be there and told me right off the bat to come sit down and air out my concerns. I did and he actually listened,,, and was patient. We test drove the Range Rover and he knew my daughter wasn t comfortable driving it even though this was her dream car. He made a few suggestions based on her feedback. When we pulled back in the dealership he looked in his computer and found 2 vehicles he wanted her to try.Both beautiful cars that were slightly bigger, low mileage, same price as the Range Rover. After trying both it was instantly apparent by the smile on her face that she loved this Mercedes GLC 300, a car that wasn t even on our radar, The vehicle was pristine inside and out. After securing the financing with Matt W. who understood what I had been through in my last 2 car buying experiences was incredible! Even though I denied all extended warranty coverage, I will be going back to him in the next month or so to get the warranty and later to refinance vehicle. All because these two gentlemen actually listened to me and were patient!!! I told them right then and there that I would be buying my next vehicle from them. I have no idea why so many car salesmen are shortsighted when selling you a car and trying to maximize their commission when they could gain a lifelong customer that will be repeat buyers and will tell friends/family to shop there. These two gentlemen understand business! I never write reviews but I had to write this one! Thank you Colby and Matt!

What a great experience we had choosing which Subaru was the right one! After meeting with Gordo & test driving the Outback and Forester we decided on the 2024 Forester Gordo answered all of our questions while giving us all the details in regards to what driving a Subaru & becoming part of an awesome community brings! We also met with Scott, who s math is on point - Michael, Subaru Tech genius, Matt in finance - go Cubbies! And Jabdin, insurance pro! & Bonus! Mike W, great meeting you as well!! As soon as I walked in the door I stood in front of a service advisor and a mechanic having a conversation which was fine until I realized they were completely ignoring me while I was standing directly in front of them for at least a minute. Ms. Karla Ospina said good morning and invited me over to take care of my vehicle. She kept me informed while I waited and was very professional.

The dealership is very nice. All the service people are friendly and helpful. My one critic is that I made an appointment a week in advance for 4 Tires, an alignment and an oil change. I was told that it would be approximately 2 hours. I arrived on time for my appointment. However the job took 5 hours! That, to me was excessive. It shouldn t have taken any longer that 2 1/2 hours tops! Especially when you say you are waiting for the vehicle. Our serviceman did give us a loaner, but we came back too soon. thinking the car should have been done. Timing it early in the day, didn t make a difference because, by the time we left, we were caught up in traffic on 75. Just keep in mind that the quoted job time, may not be what the reality is to complete the job.

Last week, I bought a 2023 Outback from Ed Bridges at Subaru of Fort Myers, Florida. I ve always dreaded buying a new car, and I m a retiree on a fixed income, but Ed and his team made the experience really easy, affordable, and pleasant, and it was clear to me that he s a guy who loves his job. He made that extra effort to provide me with the best possible deal and service and is one of the nicest sales persons I ve ever dealt with. He is also supported by a great team of people who are excellent at handling the details. I walked out of there confident that I had made the perfect choice. I will not hesitate to recommend him, and Subaru of Fort Myers, to anyone.

Great experience purchasing a used vehicle at Ft Myers Subaru. Kim Green was very professional and helpful in finding us the perfect vehicle. She went above and beyond and even followed up to see how we were doing and if we were satisfied with the purchase. Tommy in finance was also great and extremely professional. I just love my car. It was extremely clean when I did the test drive. There was an issue with the motor that moved the driver's seat. I was promised it would be fixed when the part was ordered and delivered to the dealership.Doug, the service department manager, was very helpful and so professional. He reached out to the sales manager when the "we owe" from was not filled out by the salesman , and she no longer wanted at the dealership. He did fix the problem even without the form. He called me to let me know the problem was resolved and when the part arrived. Doug allowed me to come in at my convenience.All of the staff were friendly, willing to answer any questions and professional. It was a pleasure to work with a great dealership every step of the process of buying a car. This was the best dealership I visited.

We purchased a new Subaru for out of state registration. The process began over email, and the follow up was first rate! Not pushy, no endless emails badgering us. The check in process was seamless, the staff very pleasant, the waiting area very nice, the service completed promptly, and the pricing for the service competitive. My only complaint is that the tech left my display on the maintenance screen. I had to drive back to the dealership to have the screen returned to the default settings. On my previous visits to my Subaru dealership the vehicle has always been returned with the proper display. Could I have pulled out my owners manual and reset the screen myself -sure. Why did I not leave a perfect review? My previous visits were flawless which is something I now expect as the norm. This visit fell short of perfection.

Highly recommend Subaru of Fort Myers for your car services and needs. Staff is accommodating, friendly, diligent, and extremely knowledgeable about their work. I d like to personally commend staff member Christopher who not only demonstrated patience with us in the process of choosing and buying the car but worked hard to answer all our requests, big and small. We bought a new Outback at this dealership. The service dept and especially Dan who we dealt with were amazing. We bought our car from Daniel and he was great to work with, he made it stress free and he actually answers his phone and messages. We love the car .but the finance person we had wasn t completely up front on things so that part was a huge disappointment this person is no longer there which is good but that doesn t help us much now.I would still recommend this dealership despite this as overall I feel it is a good place to buy and service a car.

The second time I ve been there for maintenance and I can t describe how much service has improved there! Nick explained everything that needed done and told me what to expect at next maintenance appointment. Waiting area was clean and comfortable and the coffee was great! I thought the price was fair too.

Enjoyed the process as much as one can buying a car. Our salesman Cody Wells was low key but excellent to deal with and you could tell he also loved Subaru as an automobile. In basically one day completed the transaction and drove home with a new Forester. Everyone else involved in the transaction was friendly, low key and helpful. I very seldom write reviews but thought this time it was well deserved.

We had a blowout on I-75. We called and they were able to take us in right away and installed a new tire. It saved the day. Pleasant waiting room and courteous service team.
