If I could give any place less than one star, this would be it. I took my car here after being rear ended and despite the fact that my bumper has been replaced THREE times, it keeps having the same issue. Today, it flew off on the HIGHWAY. Not only does this pose a huge safety threat to the drivers around me, it s ridiculous that I have to bring my car back over and over and over (despite it being three hours away from where I live). Find somewhere else to fix your car.

Fantastic service! They worked with us understanding how important our vehicle is to our day to day business operations. They performed an initial assessment to order parts and we were able to use the vehicle while waiting for parts to arrive. We eye told we would have the vehicle back on the road by the end of the week and they did just that! Customer service is important to us in our line of work and it was a pleasure to work with another company that does their best to insure Customer satisfaction. Definitely 5 STARS!

Brought my vehicle in for Ian repairs last year. When I initially picked it up I was pretty happy with the work. After a couple months though I noticed a spot on the door right where a dent was used to be. It looked like rust which wasn't there when I originally took it in. After telling me the warranty doesn't cover rust they agreed to repair it because it was obvious it was from the repair. I asked when I took it in for them to look at how long it would take to fix it and they told me one day. I asked again when I dropped it off on Wed and they again said one day. I needed the car by Friday noon so I figured that would be good to allow an extra day for them to finish the repairs just in case it took longer. I called Thursday afternoon to check on the status to be told they didn't know when it would be done. I called again Friday morning now in a panic that I still didn't have a car and they said they would be done end of day Friday. Nobody notified me ahead of time that it would be longer than expected. I had to find alternative transportation because they wouldn't provide me a rental car. My initial satisfaction quickly dwindled after that.

My car was in there on November 27th of 2023 for a fender bender and messed up suspension . My car did not get finished until February 1 of 2024. These people pushed back the dates more than 8 times, no communication until my insurance adjuster went down physically after them having my car for 4 months. Everyone in the office is rude, the ladies in the front office are not even qualified for the position ( they can t even call back when being asked a simple question and have major attitude problems) but the real problem is the men in the back. Everyone in this office sucks, no one should take there car there if you value your car. When I finally picked my car up, everything was horrible, my door was touched and it s now almost hard to open cause it s so heavy, and my breaks make a noise, and the paint job on the inside sucked. Bubbles everywhere. They stained my tan seat with paint and some brown substance. In other words I would never do business with anyone that s works at a service king. The worst experience of my life, not sure how these people are still even open.

Hurricane Ian damaged my Blue Chevy Silverado.I am pleased. Aside from the A++ teamwork, Juan is a good manager and helped me with my insurance company. Very pleasant and easy to get along with. I recommend this location. Thank you, Crash Champions Team and Juan, as well.Joseph

This place quoted me and scheduled me for the repairs. My scheduled drop off day was Monday. Had my rental car brought to me when I dropped off my car. Friday I received a call saying that they could not do the repairs. Even though they estimated my repairs, had it all approved through my insurance company, and had my car the entire week. My insurance company informed me that it was covered and to take it somewhere else. What a waste of resources, money and most importantly time.

They were suppose to do an inspection of the car and letting me know how much it would be to fix it, instead they took parts off of my car and then claiming it was total damage. I drive my car to work, and everywhere else until the shop got it. I personally think it was a scam between the insurance and the shop.Pictures before and afterService: Painting

Overall a good experience. They took care of everything along with setting up the rental car. My only complaint is the vehicle was leaking coolant due to the accident and once delivered it leaked again. Service King had me bring the vehicle back and inspected the leak. The new radiator was leaking. Once again they setup a loaner and are repairing but they are paying for the rental now. They stand behind their work so hopefully I'll have my vehicle back as soon as they replace the radiator again.

This place is an absolute joke. They initially had our car for over a month after quoting us it would be done in about a week. Kept giving us the run around. It s going into paint , it s coming out of paint , we need a part , it s going into paint (2 weeks after it came out of paint). We finally get the car back and immediately upon leaving it s making noise when driving. We bring it back, they have it for another month and never call us. We call them to find out what s going on and they tell us oh, nobody told you? We knew like the next day what was going on. It must ve been in another accident, there s damage going all the way down underneath the drivers side to the back of the car. Did you take it off road? This was impossible. There was no other accident. Here are the photos of the undercarriage I took when we were told this. Where s this damage that goes all underneath the drivers side? I see none. They claimed that the muffler, all the skid plates etc. we re scratched up and damaged. They are NOT damaged. I would hate to have literally anybody else use this second rate shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Have not got my car back yet but this based on my drop off and estimate of repair. Dealt with Juan , and a young girl in the front with glasses , dark hair she is the glue that holds this place together . Juan was also very nice and made things seem less stressful. Allstate wasn t sending the correct paperwork and since the accident wasn t my fault ,it was up to me and Juan to get this figured out. I was just texted with a due date and I dropped the car off yesterday.I have also used the location on Lehigh , and it is also very good. So far so good.Service: Body & Trim

At first I was upset because the repairs on my vehicle took much longer than expected. 2-3 weeks turned into 6 weeks and the communication wasn t there. But, when I picked it up, they did do what they could to make up for it, even handling some extra little things on/in my car that needed addressed. Shout out to Juan, he stepped in and was sympathetic and apologetic for the situation. And my car really does look beautiful.They did a good job.Service: Body & Trim

This place has been a joke, my wife has had her car brought here after an accident due to it being the only State Farm accepted shop, first they extended the finish date twice and gave no heads up. This car has 40k miles and besides the body work had no issues before going into this shop, now the alignment is more off than it s ever been, the a.c was not working until we brought it back just for them to keep it all day, refill the ac system and tell us that they touched nothing on the front end, which is a blatant lie, it states right on the receipt they removed parts. Don t trust anything they say to you about your vehicle.

They did an excellent job. I appreciated the constant communication by text and when I had to call the service department and front desk they were very accommodating. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected. I also had to rent a car and the rental place was waiting for me when I dropped my car off and I left the rental when I picked my car up. The entire experience from making an appointment to picking up our vehicle after the repairs were completed was outstanding. Very professional and friendly. Provided frequent updates regarding progress of the repair. Very thorough and explained all that was done with the vehicle. The car was cleaned both inside and out. Exceptional service. Still using them actually, picked by insurance with Progressive which is whole other nightmare. They have had our truck for 2 months don't return phone calls and give you bs reasons why your truck is not done. If it wasn't taken apart I would take it somewhere else. Don't use this place, they say they are so busy!

Fantastic job repairing bumper and back panel! Great attention to detail and my car was sooooo nice and clean when I picked it up. Special thanks to Mike and Amanda for keeping me appraised and helping me understand just how much a good repair takes. Great staff, very reasonable pricing. Would recommend. Just know that excellent collision repair takes time, so be patient , chill , and breathe

After an accident on February i went to service king for repairs recommended by my insurance . never again took over a month and still not done waiting on an exhaust part , the body panel replacement was good the paint was horrible runs and poor finish , tail gate handle fell out , runs in paint , they broke a tailgate protector and have not been paid back for my out of pocket to replace the damage they did to it . Was promised by the general manager he would pay that and take truck back to finish exhaust work when part was in, fix the paint , tailgate latch and rear brake light turn single was sticking out . they did pay for rental this time around . they did nothing to fix the paint but a little polish which did not fix the finish . i can see on the lower panel they did nothing but polish because it had dirt and some road tar still on it , HOPEFULLY WILL NEVER NEED A BODY SHOP AGAIN BUT IF I DO IT WON'T BE SERVICE KING . They gave me a first estimate that was 1/3 the real costs as i'm sure some people just take the money instead of fixing their auto so this will mean you get only 1/3 of what it would really take to repair . since i had a new truck i wanted it fixed right and by people that care . this is not the place for that . look else where and don't listen to the other reviews because with my experience they can't be real.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff were all friendly and went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion. I unfortunately had a minor accident, but the staff fixed my car within a week...making it look brand new. Nicole kept me updated with each step. Extremely satisfied and I highly recommend!

I took my car into Service King for a front bumper repair. From the moment I walked in the door , I was greeted by an employee eager to help me. She gave me an estimate and was willing to take my car on my availability. I left the car late that afternoon and said she would call me as soon as it was fixed the following day. She kept her word and even had the service crew go above and beyond by having my car washed. The office people were very friendly and hospitable. The repair looks great and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend Service King for any body repair for wonderful and quality service.

I was told my car was ready and when I showed up there was a missing front vent, it has been almost a month and I still don't have my vent part. I dropped my car off with a quarter size paint chip on it and they returned my car with two large size paint chips. The manager cheaply painted over the peeling paint and it looks horrible, i told them i wasn't happy with it and they offered me a $150 gift card, cause you can get your car painted for $150?!?! Even a car wash was smart enough to put a piece of tape over the paint chip before washing it. Very unprofessional and lazy. ALSO, I was told by multiple people at ServiceKing that my leaking exhaust was not a result of my rear end accident, which was ridiculous, it wasn't puttering before my accident. My insurance company had me take my car to Lee Transmissions and have PROFESSIONALS look at my exhaust and they said that my exhaust leak was clearly from the accident and even showed me where the pipes were bent and how they pushed the entire exhaust forward, the person who works on behalf of Progressive at Service King needs a new job he clearly has no idea what he's talking about. When I arrived to pick up my car, ServiceKing had me sign paperwork stating that they replaced the entire exhaust system and come to find out all they did was round out the tips on the end of the exhaust. Very poor service and very rude, unknowledgeable employees. My car was worse when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Beware of inside the building because there are moldy ceiling tiles in the lobby where they have their customers wait. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service King recently performed repairs on my 2018 vehicle. The sedan had been involved in a low speed parking lot collision. Service King did a great job repairing my vehicle and returned it to me in better than new condition. Throughout the process, the Service King representatives were very professional. They kept me informed as to the status of my repair and turned a negative situation into a positive experience. Service King worked directly with a local Enterprise office to provide me with a rental vehicle during the time my car was being repaired. Everything went smoothly and I appreciate the professionalism of both Service King and Enterprise. I would certainly recommend their services for any collision repair work.

A lot of work was done to my car after an accident. Robert was very professional, kept me updated as best as he could and took great care of my situation overall. Robert even came to my job to adjust something with one of my rear view mirrors since we were going into a long weekend and I was unable to make it to the shop. That s above and beyond customer service, and was greatly appreciated.Would gladly have my car taken back to service king in the future because of the experience! Would have been a better review if they hadn t told me that my truck was going to be ready 3 times and it wasn t. Then when I got it back, the bed was still jacked up on the corner and the bumper line is crooked and you can clearly see where the dents were in the side. Not to mention they didn t do a very good job blending the clear coat to match. They should have just replaced the bed and painted it to match. It would have looked much better and I would have recommended them.

I took my vehicle for it to get repairs that generated from an auto accident. The service I received was excellent - my car looks brand new. Thank you Ed and Kevin for such great professional service, Ed thanks again for staying after hours waiting on me - not everyone puts their customer first. I most definitely would recommend service King to anyone.

I just had my Ford F-150 repaired at Jacks Collision on Metro Parkway. They managed to get the truck completed by the time estimated. They also dropped me off and delivered my truck to me at no charge. I mean who does that? Totally cool. The restoration work was outstanding. They used all Ford parts as I requested and the paint job and color match was better than the original factory finish. I did have to go back to have my fog lamps readjusted but that was no big deal. I would have done it myself, but my recent leg injury prevented me from doing so. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Overall my expierence was outstanding. I was informed on all aspects of the restoration via email and telephone almost on a daily basis. The staff was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Jacks to anyone who needs a quality restoration.
