I was very impressed by the level of integrity and professionalism I experienced with respect to the Service Department at Sam Galloway. They were able to access my Lincoln Way app data when I began to receive errors on my car. This allowed an easy and.seamless diagnosis leading to a complete resolution of the issue. I am very grateful!

My lincoln mkz had some issues going on and I took it into Sam galloway lincoln to see if my extended warranty would cover some of the price of the repairs. Dawn was professional and kind while she listened to all the issues I had. After some notes, I was provided a rental car and dawne said she would handle the extended warranty claims. I recieved my vehicle and a few days later needed another inspection. Another issue was found and i was given a rental for the day and my vehicle was repaired all under warranty. All has been well, and I recommend the lincoln service center, and Dawn in particular to anyone in need of their lincoln being serviced.Service: Auto maintenance

Exceptional service and very nice amenities and atmosphere. Nice comfortable waiting area while waiting for service on my automobile. Randy, (My service rep.) was knowledgeable and kept me informed while my car was being serviced.

Phone number listed on Google calls a dealership in Indiana. This has been this way for a year. No seems to care to get it changed.
