Quick and efficient. They were able to check in my car and get me a ride to my job in less than 15 minutes. Since my job is only 15 minutes away it helped. After the oil change was done ,which took less than 2 hours, they notified me and scheduled a pickup for me. They were their before I even called them to pick me up after my shift was done.It helps if one calls ahead and checks when they are busy how long the service will take and when they can fit you in.

Dawn in the quicklane was very helpful! I was having trouble with my battery and she fixed it in less than an hour! She was even able to transfer my warranty from Sarasota ford. Great experience!

This Dealership is a joke. If you look on Google they now have 3 places to review for one dealership. I've personally been screwed over twice by this service department. They lie, do horrible work, and will not respond if you complain. If you're looking to have your Ford fixed, do not take it here. Even if it's under warranty. Personally I wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires.If you want great service look elsewhere.....

Great set up! I stopped in to get my first oil change after a quick call to schedule. They said come right in to the Quick Lane. I was greeted and all set up, went in opened my computer in the wonderful waiting are and it was done before I was with what I started working on. Check out was easy and painless. Well done!

I had a great recall service experience here, in no small part do to the courtesy service texts. Dawn did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of what was being done and when. Her professionalism and prompt responses made it so much easier to fit this into my hectic schedule. Thanks again Dawn!

My girlfriend and I went into quick lanes for a simple oil change for her car. Later after we left, The service technician tony called and said we needed a few other things including transmission maintenance, filters, spark plugs, and tires. Anyways, when we asked him for prices he said the spark plugs would be three sixty( I m thinking 3.60 for each plug) and that the filter would be 80. Well I was very wrong. Tony should have said three HUNDRED and sixty for having the spark plugs done, not three sixty. He was not clear at all for something that costs so much. When we got back to quick lanes to check out is when we found out about the Miss comunication and they didn t do anything to try and help. Once they realized we put poor service on the little review sheets they had their manager MIKE come over to talk to us. He wrote down all the info for why we were upset about them not being clear and said that he d bring it up in the meeting he has tomorrow and would PROMISE to at least get back to us MONDAY. It is now Friday and we have not heard back once... At least make an effort instead of hoping we d forget. Would not recommend as they don t take any ownership for what was their mistake. We could have at least came to an agreement and not had an issue. Poor service and rude reps.

This review is directed at the service department only. (Their parts guys are cool). I had a truck in here for service, for new sparks, and had them check the brakes as well.Well, Ford, your local stealership, tells me that the brakes are in dire shape, and that it would be 2 grand for new pads and rotors. In case you didn t know, that s close to Porsche prices, more than double what any reasonable person would pay for an F-150 brake pad and rotor swap. (I checked them later, rotors are fine and pads are close to 60% wear)They lie about the condition of parts, and at this point I am about to go and pull the spark plugs to see if they even replaced those.Long and short, I m sure they re fine for warranty work, but when it actually matters and comes out of your pocket, don t walk, run from this Ford stealership.

I have an old Excursion I brought in for a back seat stuck in the down position. I have never been to this dealership and didnt know what to expect. My service guy Max was so nice, humble, listened to my issue and provided an honest solution. I am so impressed with the people I met at this dealership. I would recommend Sam Galloway for service issues based on my experience

I took my vehicle in when my radiator fan decided to attack my radiator. Bill Burnett was my service writer and he kept me updated the entirety of the time my Challenger was there. From Bill to the techs who did the work, I cannot speak highly enough of them. Thank you to all parties involved in repairing my ride. I appreciate you all.

Took my car in for a synthetic oil change got conventional oil, and got recommendation to change brakes and rotors for 1200 when i declined they argued trying to urge me to do it, i did not. When i left 2 miles down the road i had NO Brakes and i took it to nearest shop and they found someone CUT THE BRAKE LINES, and sam galloway just happen to inspected the brake system. SO THERE STAFF CUT THEM either on purpose or accident

I will never come here again! I ve been coming here for a while but this was the last visit, every time I come to the quick lane I never get anyone s attention, for like 20 mins! And then today I went in for an oil change, it s fine took an hour, get my car, about maybe 30 mins later my car starts smoking! I look under the hood and found that my coolant top is not on and liquid is everywhere! And when it starts it turns back off! And now when I checked under the hood there is no oil! I have been calling since 3 ish and it just rings! There is no customer service at all,Service: Oil change

Very accommodating for children! After sitting in the waiting room for a few minutes while our oil change was being done, a receptionist directed us to our own office room and gave us crayons for our toddler. Then one of the managers gave our toddler a treat from the break room, as well as a toy truck from his office. They treated us like their own. I wish I would ve gotten each of their names!

Pretty fast but last time they never called me and sat for over an hour when my car was done. Every time I've gone they seem to have a new system or way they do things. Nice waiting area, clean and has snacks. A little high priced, but it is a dealer....so, to be expected.

It was my first experience at Sam Galloway Ford. The service advisor was efficient in gathering my needs. My vehicle was serviced, oil change and tire rotation, in the time estimated and to my satisfaction.I will return the next time my truck needs service!

Waited quite awhile for service. Normally they come right to your car for immediate service. Last visit I had to hunt an employee down even though numerous workers saw me and kept walking. Also a tail light change was $50. You can have auto zone donthis for under $5.

2015 F150 - My lug wrench doesn't fit the lugs. Service advisor says my truck has swollen lug nuts? They are elongated due to the fact that FORD techs use an impact wrench. They wanted to charge me $300 plus dollars for 24 new lug nuts. As I purchased a service plan when I took delivery only Ford Dealerships have serviced this vehicle, specifically to rotate the tires. They should have replaced them for free!!!! Shame on you Sam Galloway!!2 weeks later - I complained to customer service manager, well low and behold Sam Galloway came through. Service Manager authorizes the replacement of the lug nuts.No Charge!!! They treated me like royalty.Thanks

There s a recall on the shifter cable in my fusion that would actually start popping off my gear box when trying to shift into park. It started happening on a late Thursday evening, took it on Friday morning. Spent 4 hours at the dealership having to argue with them. They told me it was a problem they knew about and wasn t officially a recall even though letters had been sent out because they hadn t received the parts yet. They wanted me to pay for fixing it (almost $1000) and then be reimbursed as well as pay for a rental. Not to mention they wanted to also use my extended warranty as well. I shouldn t have had to argue about getting it fixed, bottom line is they knew it was an issue. Low and behold they got the parts the following Monday morning.

Collision Center added an extra $1000 to what we were quoted. I will not be highjacked. We refused the car until all parties involved are available to discuss. I will be there, in person Monday morning to meet with them . I will update this review to reflect the outcome.Why try to take advantage of existing costumers or anyone for that matter and risk receiving negative reviews and getting a bad reputation?Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Oil change

Worst place to get service ever the advisor when you pull in doesn't even know prices he has to call and when it's all said and done it was over $70 for a simple oil change that they told me would be $40 on top of that it took over 2 hrs my family has bought nearly 20 cars over the yrs and I will not be returning I can get better service at jiffy lube

Horrible got a recall notice for my ford called over a month ago was advised that the parts were on back order I would receive a second notice so I call again today at 1:30 I am still being transferred a half hour later spoke with parts, service, the secretary, and here we are very upsetting if it was not for the recall having to be done there I would not bother its more of an aggravation and hassle trying to get an answer or help to schedule an appointment there
