Just used the Mobile oil change service for the first time on my Explorer. So convenient and the service technician Jesus was excellent. Knowledgeable, polite, and professional. No more sitting waiting for hours at the dealership for me! Thanks Sam Galloway for offering this service at no extra charge!

I would like to say thank you to Robert. I contacted them about a mercedes s550 on a Friday. They did say it was available, and they sent me some pictures. I told them i was interested, but I live 3 hours away and that I would need to see a lot more before I come. Saturday, robert sent me a bunch of photos. I told them I would like to come look at it, but I don't want to drive far and then to be sold. He talked to the manager, and they put a do not sell on car. I took the drive and looked at the vehicle. I had a price that I wanted to stay under, took a few hours, but came to an agreement. Nick, one of the managers, is also a cool guy, which also helped with the negotiation. There were a few issues with the vehicle, but they kept their word on fixing it. Definitely would recommend it to anyone. Go see ROBERT, and he'll get you taken care of.

This was my first purchase at Sam Galloway Ford. We were met by the sales associate Zak when we arrived. We explained that we were looking for a Bronco, the color and preferred features. Ironically enough, they just received the vehicle that met all our wants. I started asking some really detailed questions on the vehicle and Zak was honest that he couldn t answer a couple of the questions, so he called in an associate to assist. I really appreciated his honesty. Going into negotiations, I had a price point in mind. Their numbers were over mine and when I explained my price target, Zak presented me with a close amount and said if I can get this approved will you take the offer? I agreed and about 10 minutes later, he came back with a final price a few dollars below what we agreed. I ve bought several cars in the past and it seems to take forever. From the time we arrived, drove the vehicle, debated if we wanted to make the purchase, negotiated the fee, and had the vehicle detailed and gassed up, it was less than 3 hours. That s much faster than my previous experiences. One other note, while signing the sales documents, they presented info on ad-ons and extended lease and provided a great explanation of all the options. I decided to decline and surprisingly, that was the end of the conversation. They didn t try to convince me otherwise. Overall, I gave Zak and Sam Galloway Ford a 5 star rating because they earned it.

Sam Galloway service department has been worse and worse since Covid. You can call and they keep you waiting for hours, nobody answers or gives an update, it s so stressful. They gave me an appointment and didn t even assign anyone to my car for 3 days. The first day they explained it would be dealt with probably the same day or the next day, because it was a simple AC problem, and here I am 4 days later and still no car.

Our experience can easily be expressed with a positive overall impression of the very professional group of people in the sales department. Specifically, I want to comment on the services of Todd Pickens. Despite a few glitches of our own doing, Todd was very reassuring and positive. We want to thank him for his patience and his professional and personal attentiveness. He not only answered all of our questions, he explained the car in detail and walked us through the purchasing process. Because of timing issues again at our own doing , Todd cleared out our turn in, going well beyond our expectations.

We bought a used car from Sam Galloway 11/24. After 50 miles we brought it in saying there was a burning smell. The could not find the issue. 3000 miles later the entire transmission drops out. Sales won t lift a finger to help us and the service shop says it s not their problem (they were the ones that told us no issues). What Sam Galloway knows but didn t tell us is they could file a warranty claim with the blue advantage to support an out of warranty claim on a pre existing condition, the never even offered it. I have to handle the entire claim with blue advantage myself, the rep asked why the dealership wouldn t help and I responded that they don t stand behind their product or service.

As a widow, buying my first car on my own, I dreaded the process. But the staff at Sam Galloway made the process easier than I thought possible! The salesman (Scott), I worked with was awesome! He answered all my questions and was very patient with me! He took his time to understand what I wanted and did a great job matching me up with the right car. The manager (Anthony), was a straight shooter from the beginning and made a much better offer (on the vehicle I chose, and on my trade in) than I had received other places. Todd was great getting me through the paperwork!! They were all very transparent and I didn't feel like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. Just trying to get me in the right vehicle and make me a happy, satisfied customer!

Went for an oil change which was fine. They had me in and out in a reasonable time. I asked them to look into the warranty on a Ford Tonneau cover they installed on my truck a little over a year ago and they gathered some info from me and said they would contact the manufacturer and see what they could do since the top layer is peeling off already. That was on 10/16. I have emailed and been told they were waiting on somebody in Parts to make a phone call and nobody got back with me. I tried calling my service advisor who was helping and she was unavailable and did not return my call. Doesn t seem like this something they care too much about assisting with once you leave especially since they won t receive any money for it. Disappointed in this aspect of the service.

Joe Sansonetti in service did a fantastic job for me recently rotating the six wheels on my RV and also installing a piece of trim that I'd ordered from the parts department. From the day I met him on the lot until a few days later when I came back for service he was uncommonly helpful and really wanted to get things right for me. As an out-of-stater passing through, I had low expectations for being so well taken care of. Joe stands out as the kind of guy any dealership is fortunate to have on staff, and that comes from an ex-car salesman who isn't known for being terribly easy to deal with all the time. Thank you Joe.

Responded well to email request to talk to someone about a truck. Set appointment for test drive without issue. Couldn t be any happier with my experience at Sam Galloway Ford. From accommodating communication and introductions before even coming in, to making sure that I understood everything without feeling rushed or pressured my team was amazing. Nick and Zak made sure that even under my very tight financial constraints and anxieties that I walked out of there with a beautiful car under terms I was happy with. I was not just a number to them and they truly did care . It goes to show there are still people left that truly value their clients and making sure they are well taken care of. Would never go anywhere else!

I took my Ford Expedition in for a transmission issue. I had made an appointment for a Monday three weeks earlier. They had my truck for three weeks!! When it was repaired, by the warranty, I came to get my truck and it had 400 miles on it!!! Communication was terrible, the appointment was just to park my truck in the lot because it was not looked at for four day, and I wasn t given a rental car for 7 days. I will never be back.

Todd was very helpful and was not pushy with the sale. He answered all my questions and took his time with me. Having been a previous Lincoln MKX owner, I was familiar with the ride of the vehicle but wanted more explanation on the features and especially the technology. The technology was greatly improved and updated since my last purchase so I was happy to continue being a Lincoln customer.

I dropped off my F150 off on a Saturday morning without an appointment. Brian G was very welcoming and helpful. For just a little more than the cost of an oil change, which by the way was less than the amount that oil change businesses charge, I also got an inspection and tire rotation. I was pleasantly suprised that there were no attempts to upsell me for additional services. Everything was done in less than 2 hours. I will definitely go back.

Just bought a 2015 Ford Edge from a dealership in Naples (I live in Fort Myers) and it needed its first service - a simple oil change and tire rotation. I decided to bring it somewhere close and I chose Sam Galloway. What a GREAT CHOICE this was. In the era where dealerships get a bad rap, this is NOT the case here. From beginning to end I was well cared for, informed, and treated fairly with the total cost. And my advisor JOE SANSONETTI was so great in getting me set up in the system and getting me thru from start to finish. I will go back there again because of him. Thanks for helping me find a service home for my "new" SUV. So happy that you guys are so accessible.

This was my first experience with SGF. Scheduling service as easy and convenient. Service advisor greeted me upon arrival, explained the overall process, had my vehicle taken to the service area, then escorted me to the waiting area. The waiting area is impressive - large and comfortable, with friendly and accommodating staff. There is a separate area offering a quiet environment suitable to those needing to work and/or handle business calls while waiting. My service advisor notified me when service was completed, reviewed the entire invoice and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Overall customer service was excellent. I highly recommend SGF for any service related needs.

I found a vehicle matching my qualifications on the internet at Sam Galloway Lincoln in Ft Myers and made contact with Tami Yost for to for an appointment to see the vehicle. She was very professional and helpful in explaining the warranty and concerns about the vehicle. The dealership facilities were nice but the location caused me to be 45 minutes late because of traffic and I had to pick someone up from the airport after visiting Sam Galloway Lincoln. She was very helpful and understanding of my limited time. She took photos of my purposed trade in, and we agreed that she would send me pricing the following morning and did so promptly. She indicated that she would be off work the next day, which was Friday and I shared that I had commitments on Saturday would be available on Monday and this was all fine with me. In reviewing the proposal she submitted, I did some further research the vehicle and submitted a counter proposal and conditions for consideration the evening she forwarded hers to me that morning anticipating further communication from her on Saturday. All of a sudden somebody named Anthony jumped in and from my perspective, ignored some of the conditions I had indicated, and this deal started going South. I don't who he is and really could care less. Upon Tami's return Saturday we were able to restructure the prior relationship and conclude a satisfactory transaction. She was very through in reviewing the vehicle with me and was professional in closing the deal. My 4 stars vs. 5 star rating is generated from my experience with the insertion of someone I have never met, who left a negative impact on my response.

Walked into Sam Galloway looking for an F250. Mark Kaynes showed me a large selection of super duty trucks. He was very helpful with all the aspects of purchasing a new truck. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the super duty trucks and explained the pros and cons of gas vs deisel to me.Mark is exactly why I have returned to Sam Galloway for my 3rd vehicle, and why I will be back in the future.

Neil Blalock was very helpful from the start! Buying my vehicle was very easy and smooth with no surprises. However, when test driving the vehicle there was an excessive amount of water on the floor of the vehicle on both sides. Apparently, from my salesman's description, the detail department just hosed out the truck! Literally! Which would be fine if you're sure to vacuum out the excess water. Well, he ddidn't and by the time I picked the truck up the next day it stunk like mildew. I've rectified the situation by removing the padding beneath the vinyl floor that was completely soaked.Aside from that, the vehicle is exactly what I needed and exactly the price I needed it at. I would buy another vehicle there.

Great and fast process using Ford Motor Credit for financing. Jeff Rexford was my sales rep and he helped make the process easy. He had my truck pulled up to the front we test drove my New F150 returned back to the dealership and had financing completed within the hour and I took my baby home!

This was the absolute worst dealership experience I have had to date. I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They damaged 3 of my truck rims while completing the tire rotation. They tried to cover up the damage and not tell me about it. Then strung me along for weeks as I tried to get the rims repaired or replaced. I had to drive the 1 hour each way to the dealership multiple times before they would attempt anything. After multiple calls and visits to the dealership they did try to polish the rims which somewhat helped with 1 but still left 2 with gouges so I now have 3 rims that were damaged by Ford dealerships (1 at another Ford dealer) on a 2 yr old truck. I gave them almost 2 months warning that I would be leaving the area for the season and they waited to the very last minute to act and as such replacement parts did not arrive before I had to leave.Galloway finally agreed to replace 1 of the 2 rims they damaged but don't care about the 2nd one they damaged. If you have a super duty truck, beware.

Would not recommend this Service Center to anyone. We dropped off my boyfriend's diesel truck last Tuesday night for a Wednesday appointment. By Wednesday afternoon, we heard nothing so called for an update. The receptionist could not get a hold of the service tech and had us leave a voicemail to him. We did not receive a call back until after 5:30pm only to advise that they did not look at the truck that day and that they are closed tomorrow for a charity event (there was no communication that they would be closed the next day prior to the VM after they closed for the evening). Friday comes and goes with no word again - at 4pm we call, they still did not see our truck. Saturday, we call at 1pm, they say of we still haven't seen it but I'll talk to my manager and we will call you back in a few minutes for an update. NO CALL BACK. It is now Monday late morning, Ford has had our truck for 5 days, we have not heard a single word on when they will see our truck or what is wrong with it - this is all after we booked a Wednesday appointment. We are extremely disappointed in the service and communication coming from this center and will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone else.Edit: after three weeks of barely any communication, almost 9k later, we pick up the truck. 15 minutes down the road, the check engine light comes back on. This place is horrible! Do not waste your time or money!
