I needed a custom made torsion axle for an aluminum utility trailer we use out on North Captiva Island. They made one for me the same day. I was shocked, I thought I would have to wait at least a couple weeks and we were down. Rocket Marine has excellent customer service! They went above and beyond for me and I was more than satisfied with the quality of their work. Chandra was particularly helpful from my first phone call, the emails to communicate dimensions, to when I picked up the axle. I wish I could give them 10 stars that's what they deserve. This kind of customer service has become very hard to find! If you need a trailer, trailer repair, trailer parts this is your one stop shop. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent! I needed a boat trailer to fit 1-car garage with very tight clearance. Other vendors didn't want to try, but Rocket Marine said no problem and got it exactly right. Later, when a problem developed while trailering, they took care of it immediately and put me back on the road with a good simple fix. Highly recommend Craig and his crew.

I had a problem with a unique hub and the staff was amazing in helping me solve the issue. The manager with red hair and the mechanic who helped me were both kind, knowledgeable, and world class. They have certainly earned a new customer with my company, Blastmasters Pressure Cleaning & Painting!

Had a new trailer built for my 1995 Tracker Super Guide V16. After 28 years of mostly sitting outside in Ohio weather, the crossmembers of the original Trail star trailer gave up from corrosion. After doing research and going over reviews I chose to go with Rocket which turned out to be the right choice. Everyone I spoke to there was very helpful and even asked me right off the bat if I was a veteran. I am, and this alone saved me over $600. It was completed in about 2 1\2 weeks. As I was kind of in a hurry to beat traffic, I did not inspect it until getting it home. I did discover a cross member pad was missing and also thought that there should be more wire sheathing on the trailer lighting. When I brought this to their attention, I was given the option of bringing it back in to be taken care of. I decided to do the work myself since I am located 2 hrs. away. The trailer itself is beautiful and very solidly built. I could have saved about $1000 by going with the steel model, but the aluminum is definitely worth the upgrade. Tows like a dream with or without the boat on. Totally pleased with the trailer and would buy from them again. Btw, as a nice touch, they sent me a $150 gift card for a steakhouse in Vero Beach for the very small issues I had.

I needed a trailer for two new SeaDoo FishPro Trophy editions. These skis are big. I did some research and went with Rocket and ordered the First Load. After I took deliver of my skis, I took it back to Rocket and their guys went to work dialing in that trailer to fit my skis. It would be impossible to tell you how awesome this trailer is because of it s adjustability. It took the boys a few hours in the hot sun to get it done, but the end result is awesome. They lowered the ride height of the skis, slid them closer together, and also moved them back on the trailer. The end result is amazing and I am so very happy that I purchased. It s a huge bonus that this is a family owned company that employs folks right here Southwest Florida. Two thumbs up from me.

Absolutely love my Rocket trailer! Very durable and fits my boat perfectly. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Definitely recommend If you re looking for your next PWC or custom boat trailer.

Rented trailer for $700 to tow a 21' Grady White to take down to keys for vacation for a week. When we put the boat on at the ramp one tire was low. We filled it & and by the next morning it was deflated again. Called them to tell them what was happening. Was told "it's like a rental car" & to fix it ourselves! We had to take the spare off & replace the bad tire w the spare. The tire was shot. Then was told we needed a spear for traveling, to go buy a tire at Walmart and if we didn't need to use it we could take it back to Walmart! We haven't even started our vacation and major problems with the trailer! Also the trailer is 2' too big for a 21 foot boat! Hopefully our vacation will be nothing like dealing with rocket International!

Good Morning Craig,I would have written sooner; hoped to do a launch before this email but weather and work, it won't happen for a couple more days.I have to say, WOW and thanks so much for the 'new' trailer. You really nailed it!!. The boat is 11 inches further forward on the trailer; the axle is 21 inches further forward for a better balanced tongue wt of ~ 325 lbs; I now have a comfortable and visible 10" more space in my garage which is perfect (previously 1 1/2 inches fore and aft); a longer trailer with longer bunks = more support; the stern tie-downs are now in the perfect place; a swivel jack with extra bracing near the tongue - I do not anticipate any issues launching and it tows and stores nicely.Again, my sincere appreciation for making this trailer a perfect fit for this boat in both form and function!Kind regardsLarry VanderMeulen

I have used Rocket Trailers for years. There help and part selection is impressive. A solid trailer for a good price. Their helpful staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I have purchased several trailers from them, with zero problems.

Just bought a trailer for my tri-toon, hauling it back from Florida to Chicago. Nice looking. Appears to be rock solid. Pulled great at 70mph on the upgraded tires. Price was reasonable. Customer service was excellent. Dealt with Melanie, who helped me all the way from build out to delivery. Great job.

I had a trailer that needed another crossbar to accommodate my 13' kayaks. They were able to fabricate what I needed and even had the hardware for me to mount it to my trailer. They were quick, knowledgeable, and definitely priced right. I also have to mentioned I showed up late in the day and they still treated me with a smile. When I got home every thing went on perfect. Customer service like that is what keeps me coming back. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called to get an idea if Rocket Marine could fit me in some time before the end of year to have some work done on my boat trailer. Well to my surprise I was told to bring my trailer over and they would start on it right away. Let me just say this "if you are not using Rocket Marine for all your trailer needs you are missing the boat". The staff was very knowledgeable about what I wanted done but most of all how they would go about it to make it happen. With all the work I needed to have done they were able to return my trailer to me in a week, did I mention I left the boat on the trailer and they removed it to complete some of the work. WoW WoW amazing Job. Now the most important part the price to complete the job....... Very fair, I had a $$ in mind as to what I thought the work to be done should cost they exceed my expectations. I can say from the time I was greeted when I walked in the door to the time I picked up my trailer best customer service Experience I have had in a very long time. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant to deal with, they really have customer service down. It felt like I had just walked into the Ritz Carlton. Thank you Rocket Marine!

I purchased my boat and Rocket International First Load bunk trailer exactly 4 years ago. Had a few issues starting out which were not the fault of Rocket who was just going bby the measurements give to them, but they sure stepped up and dealt with the issues. Boat loading and unloading after they made the adjustments has been fantastic for over 3 years now. I highly recommend if you buy a new boat and trailer, you take the rig back to the trailer manufacturer to have it tweaked for the boat. What a difference that made!

Needed to have a trailer fender fixed and also a new tire to replace a blowout tire. Done in just a few days for an extremely reasonable price! Excellent people to deal with and great service Thank you for a job well done. Since we are from out-of-state they could have really gouged us and they didn t. Thank you again Rocket

After getting specs and pricing for a trailer to haul the 26 tritoon we have on order from our boat dealer in NY, I decided to shop manufacturers while wintering in Florida to compare.Rocket Trailers in Fort Myers had excellent reviews, so I started there. After my experience with them, I can see why. The young lady that helped me on my initial call gave me all the information I needed to determine that I could buy a much better trailer than I d been quoted from my boat dealer at a price that made trailering it from Florida to NY make perfect sense.I love the trailer they constructed on site at the facility in Fort Myers. It was completed in a week. Craig was great about answering all my questions and didn t hesitate at all to add a center bunk after the fact to my original order, and at a very fair price. I brought it to our Florida rental home yesterday. It is beautiful. So much so that our neighbors across the street came over with a bunch of questions about it this morning and are going to order one like it from Rocket for their new tritoon they have on order.I wish they built boats! LolBest five stars I ve ever given.

Excellent Customer Service! I am purchasing a boat and trailer as a package. The trailer is a Rocket International Trailer. I called because I needed to know the width of the trailer fender to fender. I was told that they needed to go measure and call me back. With service as it is these days, I did not expect to get a call back. To my delight, I received a call within a few minutes with the answer to my question and they asked if I had any other questions they could answer. Great Job Rocket International. I look forward to working with you throughout the life of this trailer!

Absolutely the best trailer parts service available in the Nation. Called 10 different trailer and axle manufactures over a 2 week span and could not get anywhere in a timely manner. Craig help me every step. Took my order for CUSTOM galvanized torsion axles and had them built, packaged, shipped and delivered in less than 2 weeks start to finish. Even the receptionists are top notch.

The experience with Rocket International team couldn't be better. I was so impressed with their outstanding customer services that I drove more than 3 hours in order to purchase from them. "John Z" took care of my request over the phone and he went the extra mile big time to ensure I got all I need, this gentlemen deserve all the credit in the world. Very happy with their service, can t recommend Rocket enough. While on vacation with our boat, one of the rear wheel hubs blew out a bearing and the wheel essentially fell off on the driver s side. This happened early afternoon on our last day. We were set to check out and leave the next morning for our (5) hour 350 mile drive home.I called and explained the situation and even though Rocket had a fully booked schedule they agreed to look at same day. Fortunately their shop was leas than 10 miles away so we were able to make it over on one wheel (tandem wheels). After evaluating we decided best course of action was to replace both axels. This was not an upsell. Prior to the trip I had inspected the axels and hubs and realized they were going to need to be redone soon (although it appeared they had at least one season left except I didn t account for Murphy s Law).They got the boat and trailer in the shop that afternoon, which was about 2 hours before they close. They had the work completed by noon the next day and at a fair price (not cheap, but they did NOT charge extra for the rush job).Everyone was helpful, especially the tall red bearded good ole boy who wrote the estimate. We were very happy they fit us in despite being fully booked. Their lot and shop was hopping and full of boats, trailers and parts no lie that they were busy.Again, can t recommend enough.Thanks all!

I came to Fort Myers to buy a used boat and trailer. My plan was to pickup the boat and return to the east coast the same day. It turned out the lights on the trailer did not work. I called Rocket at approx 3pm and they had me on the road quickly. These guys were great. It was a Friday and when I got there they were in the process of closing down. They stopped what they were doing to help me. I really appreciated your help! Thanks.

If you need a trailer, Rocket International is the place to buy one. Craig went out of his way to obtain hard to get parts, supplied us with additional components for our custom use trailer, he is great to do business with, answers the phone, very fair pricing and keeps his word. We called several other manufactures before finding Rocket International with absolutely no call backs and/or ignored. Highly recommend Rocket Trailers!

They made a custom trailer for my 28' Grady and did a great job.Months later on my way home I stopped by there toto have them ajust to fit the boat better. It was closing time, but Craig and one of his employees stayed after work and moved the front bunks as well as moving the boat forward by lifting boat off trailer. This was a big job. They made the extra effort to make it right, so I did not have to come back all after hours.

Craig and crew were BUSY but helped me in a timely fashion to get back on the road. I had a boat and trailer broken down in Okeechobee that needed a new axle. They put one together for me. I brought my work in to have it gone over by the pros once I was back up and running. They replaced hardware, but a roller on, and replaced the tongue tube for a reasonable price. We've been fishing ever since, and I have confidence that I'm not going to be stranded again. But if I am, I know where to go! Thanks folks!

I had my trailer fixed for transport in a container to Europe. It was too wide and needed to be narrowed by several inches. Craig and his crew did it in a few days and problem solved. They are a delight to deal with. Friendly, courteous and they help You in every way. All this to a most reasonable cost.It was a delight to be a customer which I do not experience that often anymore.Thank You !
