I went to this shop for a tire puncture repair and the next day driving heard a clicking noise in that wheel. They had broken the tpms sensor and duct tapped it back in place!

i use to come here all the time and get 35 dollars a piece. this time got three tires charged me 55 a piece. every time its always a different price. they also tale too long should be more experienced putting tires on had four people on one tire. mind you it s not even that stretched . don t recommend coming here unless you wanna get ripped off:)

If you live in Cape Coral then you know that you will get a nail in your tire monthly. Since all the home builders don't like to clean the street after they erect. Reyes tire charges $20 to pull and patch. I've been there 10 times. Thanks to the careless builders and their discarded nails

If you need a new tire(s) come on down to Reyes&Assoc. As there is usually a short wait time for such good service.I got two roofing nails in my tire from our neighbor's roof that was ripped off during Ian and landed in front of our carport.Just met my wonderful new neighbor who saw my flat tire and offer to put on the donut tire on my car. Then I went down to their shop on Beacon and 41. No line of cars, and the whole process took about 20 minutes. While waiting I had a great Cuban sandwich at the food truck right next to Reyes shop. I'm from Miami and love Cuban food. I digress, please give Reyes & Assoc. a call. They are pleasant and return your phone calls! Ask for Ishmael and tell him Cathy sent you to him. They have a group of good mechanics that do good work. You won't be disappointed.

Soon as I pulled in I was getting service though I was not the only person there getting repair. They got my parts in pretty quickly and didn't charge much for labor

They ve been my source for used tires since I moved here in 2017! Their used tires are basically new and last me years in between. And they re so affordable. I recommend them to anyone when they ask me where I get my tires from!

I had to go back to this place at least 5 different times (with my 9 month old) trying to get them to fix the the tires they put on, which were the wrong size to start with. Had an issue with the back tires initially and got two used tires. A week passes and suddenly I have an issue with the front tire also. Then I bought their used front tires, but one of these new front tires kept draining air although they said there was no leak. Eventually I had to go and buy another whole set of correctly sized tires (because they said they called around and couldn't find any themselves) and brought them to these guys to put on. Which they charged installation for also! They also scratched up all 4 wheels in the process of putting on my new tires. There's scratches all around the cap that screws my wheel on.So to recap, I bought 8 tires. Got my rims scratched up and went to this place countless times. Initially I recommended this place to someone since they seemed decent and it was cheap. I would NEVER take my car here again and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Worst car experience I've ever had.

I needed an oil change. I walked in and walked out half an hour later job complete! I'm very impressed with their work. They're very nice with a nice waiting room. I'm very happy with their services and will go back again.

I had work done there and they did take care of me on cost but it seemed like more and more issues kept arising.After getting a tune up that consisted of new fuel injectors, spark plugs, wires , distributor cap and rotor my 2000 GMC YUKON was getting 8.5 miles to gallon. Before tune up it was getting 13 mpg.I went back after 3 fuel refills on to make sure of mpg. I went back and asked if the everything with tune up was good and they said yes.Well, less than a month after tune up my truck just shut off while driving.I had it towed to their shop. I would periodically call to see if it was checked on and they said don't worry we will let you know when we find something, well almost 7 weeks later they finally checked it and said they couldn't diagnose it because they didn't have the proper computers to check it. I took it to another place where they had the computers and the engine was blown. I would never ever recommend these people to anyone or go back to them.

Very disappointed with this place. Called ahead and waited for 30 minutes to get a tire put on a rim. While waiting another customer pulled up and received service almost immediately. When I asked for some help the employee muttered something in Sanish. Disafortunadamente yo entiendo espa�ol. Was blown away at the callous and indifferent attitude of the employee. Only thing I recommend about this place is the food cart adjacent to it.

Went there on a Saturday and by Tuesday I had issues with the tire I bought. It went flat and was not able to be patched. Granted, it was a used tire so I get what I paid for. However I told them I would prefer a new tire. They mist not have had one my size. The issue is that the tire wasnt flat due to an object; it went flat because the sidewall of the tire was worn down. Maybe I should have checked it before leaving, but my baby was cranky and I had other errands.2 stars instead of 1 because they were super quick despite being busy.

Worst shop ever I just went for a regular oil change and a tire change... I come home I park my car and the car won't start now is that a coincidence? Plus I got there at 8:30 in the morning in the car wasn't done till hours later. Should I say scam? So I called the owner and he tells me to bring the car back... How am I going to bring the car car back if it doesn't start. Really? New battery new engine I have... yet when I was there they were telling me that I needed all those pairs that I know they were unnecessary so please people don't come to the shop

They were very nice and helpful to me. I had a flat tire which they fixed and then checked and added air to all the tires to be sure everything else was fine. Great Service. Thank you.

The staff at this garage have always been honest with me. Most trusted garage I've ever seen. Small one location garage who don't try to take advantage. Helps if you know Spanish.

All I needed was air in a tire that came off my other vehicle and they didn't charge me and I didn't even have to take the tire out of the back of my truck. Thanks Reyes Tires for making that task easy
