Amazing customer service and learns of new place for auto repairs and vehicles for sale they get new ones in every Friday. Very friendly knowledgeable compassionate staff. Will be looking to use them in the future for maintenance needs and potentially looking at a car from them in the very near future. Customer service and quality creates loyalty! Patty and her staff are amazing! I am very glad that I had the opportunity to meet them just wish it were under better circumstances.

Garbage service is an understatement. You will get the ok he will be there 30-45 min. You call asking where the tow is she says he s on another tow. She will check. Not call you back and the ignore the rest of your calls. Family owned and operated scam. If your business uses them you are getting defrauded. Over 4 times this has happened.

STRONGLY suggest you read up on Florida towing laws for vehicles towed without consent BEFORE contacting them to pick up a towed vehicle. And definitely record any phone call with them. They will try to mislead you about the law for their convenience/profit. We were ignorant about towing laws and they made us wait TWO days to pick up a towed vehicle when by LAW they MUST release your vehicle at ANY TIME (24/7, even after business hours). We were also made to pay DOUBLE the fee for this, when we requested to pick up the vehicle the same day it was towed and were told We are open tomorrow, by appointment only LIES!!Proceed with caution and know your rights.

Reds fixed an oil leak in my 21 year old diesel truck. We had a couple issues and they stood behind their work! They were a pleasure to deal with and have earned my business. Thanks!

This company is very unethical. They took an arrowboard with our company logos on it, from the county right-of-way, near a construction site we had been working on and then tried to sell it. When we confronted them, they refused to relinquish our equipment until we paid them their asking price. It is hard enough to survive as a small business in todays environment without having unprofessional companies like this out there stealing your equipment.

This place is absolutely amazing! Awesome customer service professional friendly compassionate and understanding! Had a major accident on Friday the 9th my car was totaled and they were extremely helpful and all of the above mentioned and helping to make the process easy and smooth. Also learned of the different Services they have and new vehicles they have for sale every Friday I will be visiting and utilizing their services again in the future for things other than an auto accident and getting my belongings out of my car. They are Top Knots and I give them more than five stars if possible! Thank you very much Patty and everyone else there as a good business takes a good team!

I called and talked to management (Mike) he is very kind and pleasant to talk to he handled all my issues and concerns.. I ve never been towed by reds ok and I have never done business with them but I give them a 5 star review because of there customer service over the phone ps.just don t park where you don t belong and you will be on their good side

Towed vehicle and told us it was $125.00. We tried to pick it up in the morning because we needed it for work. Guy said he had to go to hospital so come back later. We came back to pick it up and they charged $166.00! Dishonest company!!!

Reds was referred to me to work on our class A motor home that we just purchased.First they did service work on it which turned out great.Then we developed a motor knock. Jr let me bring one of his mechanics too our house to listen and look.I thought it was a Rod knock. Jr said prob not. We had it towed there with me assuming new engine. They said to letvtjem diagnose the prob. They could of just sold me a 18000.00 engine job and been done with it. They did not, they checked over found a prob. Gave me est and fixed it. Very trust worthy and honest. I am a customer for good. I was a mechanic and build super late model race cars. They were very theral with what they were going too do.

They will try to deny you taking your personal belongings from your vehicle before paying them, once you inform them that's illegal they will open for you with a bad attitude

These guys are crooks. They tow your car from a legal parking spot and make you pay to get it back. Pure evil!!

We would highly recommend Reds. We had 2 blow outs on our RV on New Years afternoon. Our AAA RV couldn t find anyone for us. We called JR at Reds and he gave us several different tow and tire services to try and no one was available. So at 7pm he came and supplied 2 tires and changed the tires. He got us back on the road. He then ordered us tires and wheels and came to our RV site to do the repairs. He went above and beyond to take care of us.

This place is not for the faint at heart. It s quite muddy when it rains and is a bit confusing as to which building you go to once you cross the gate. I forewarn you it could be difficult to find depending on which GPS you use. As far as the work they do I can t advise. I ve only had to go there because they like to tow cars from The Robert apartments among others.

Verbal estimate will be vague from Becky who is not very friendly or a nice person if you are dropping almost 7K in their shop!! Ask for a estimate and you get it s what he told you it was I think for 7K you need a response eh??!?? If you are looking for customer service then receiving vague responses that it might be this much but then again it might be this much. That s the estimate they provide. Ohh and we will call you with the estimate and then Becky says it s what he told you it could be. That s your estimate folks!! Then being talked to like a POS by Becky is what you will receive. One day after picking up my truck everyone in the service dept goes on vacation after my airbags were not connected on the back of my truck and I start driving and here thuds when I stop I see the back airbags are deflated they DID NOT connect the cables!!! Yes folks you guessed it all for 7K, vague estimates and vague responses and ohhh I get to pay more money to have it fixed correctly. Will definitely be going to court on this one. If you are independent better look else where or you will be bent over!!

Really amazing genuine people. I know having your car towed from somewhere shouldn't be is always a crazy experience. However usually it's generally not the tow companys fault. Really nice people especially if you go in there being kind and nice. Was in a jam and They were willing to work and help me out. It's amazing what can happen when people can help people. My suggestion is if you have to deal with Reds ok auto repair Go in with a smile and some honey.

I m not sure where to begin. I ll start with the fact that the vehicle I own was towed unlawfully and out of a guest spot from my mother s community I m visiting. As a guest . The violation on the vehicle said warning only and the box that said tow warning was clearly not marked. In less than 24 hours it was towed. These people are rude, ignorant, and I would argue they have about as many teeth as they do brain cells. The unprofessionalism is top notch! If you want to use the worst towing company in fort Myers you found it!!! Congrats Reds you are first in one thing.

Becky has been an incredible help in getting my Chevy Malibu back in it's best shape; the whole team has been more than fair and very gracious with my mechanical situation. I highly-recommend them for any and all car & truck repairs.

If i could leave negative stars, I would. I am a home health nurse, and was working and seeing patients in East Ft Myers. The tower admitted she saw I was not parking in the correct spot, circled the block, waited for me to get inside my patient s home, then towed me. The neighbors report this is their regular practice. The signs on the building do NOT say anything about parking on the side of the street. And the parking spots all have apartment numbers on them... and no guest spots, so either way anyone visiting that building will get towed. The tow truck driver admitted she saw me parking incorrectly, admitted she knew I was a nurse, and waited for me to be inside to tow me. I am working, in my scrubs, with my stethoscope and nursing bag in arm! This is what I get for taking care of people? These SCUMBAGS prey on anyone and everyone. She easily could have said, hey no parking.. but no... the $100 was more important to her than me seeing patients and taking care of people for the afternoon. There is a special place in hell for these people. What s next, Red s? Gonna start robbing nuns??

Vehicle was towed at night early April 2nd by mistake by Reds OK via a Gated community security guard who didn t know all residents have overnight parking access after April 1st. Community leasing office apologized for Guard s mistake and paid for the towing immediately. Upon picking up the vehicle, several issues were apparent, such as the steering alignment being 30 degrees off center to the right, and the automatic gear shifter doesn t seed into the drive position. Reds OK denies any wrong doing and states that their towing of the vehicle couldn t have caused the damages. Further action is currently being taken to rectify the situation.Having spoken with 3 or 4 of their employees during the ordeal, I wouldn t recommend any of their services. Staff was very unprofessional and all the poor reviews the business has garnished online is justified from my experience. Avoid at all cost if you can.

never go here to get work done. this place does not have the experience that needed to fix cars. they are all kids. an the worst part about it all. when push came to shove and they could not fix my car they stated they will not work on my car no more and kept my money. that's bad business. there came really close before i put fox on them and public media. i will get my money back and if it turns into a problem i will have them broadcast-ed all over the news. wink for actions is waiting on my call. just waiting to see if i get my money back

Worse experience of my life in this country. Staff treated me like a dog! The lady was extremely rude. Towed my car from right in front of my house with no prior advice! Tho they said there was a sticker on the windshield days before licking it up... this place, cervice and staff is a fiasco!

Working in the security field I (and my employees) call Red's for tow services on a daily basis. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you on whatever your issue is. They are typically fast in response time (truck gets to you in about 20-40 minutes on average provided they aren't swamped with callers -- which is to be expected if you are the 10th person in line) and their driver's and dispatcher have great communication skills and professional job performance -- often calling updating you on their scenario if they are forced to have you wait. I have gone through several towing companies out here on our sites by Fort Myers Beach. Red's is the ONLY one so far to show up EVERY time we have called. In summary, Red's Towing is by far one of the best tow companies in the region.

They accept cash only, in violation of both county and city ordinance. They also don't secure the vehicle or obtain the proper signatures for a private property tow before towing it, instead sneaking it away it to the clubhouse where they secure it and get signatures. Don't get involved with these guys. They are a liability to your community or business.Yes, I got caught. Yes, I'm bitter. But I wouldn't have even written this if they obeyed the law. I would have just paid and walked away.

This company can't even provide the most basic of information regarding local statues/ordinances in regards to the 'business' they are running. The receptionist was beyond unprofessional and my basic questions regarding the towing of my vehicle were met with complete nonsense - "take our word for it, we are legit...I promise". I understand the towing industry is a tough and gritty business, and money has to be made. However, a Walmart employee could provide you with better information than Red's Auto.BBB needs to get on this mess of an operation . I am extremely disappointed in my HOA for contracting Red's Auto to provide towing services for my community.

Old lady that works inside is a unprofessional dirty b word. She needs to learn some manners and how to brush that hair. Won t even let you finish a sentence without interrupting you with some rude comment. Zero customer service skills and will repeatedly hang the phone up on you when she feels like the conversation is over. I was nothing but nice to her and she just spews venom. Hateful hateful.

Called today because my best friend/sister was broke down very close to her home. Anthony was very kind and considerate and took very good care of her especially with all that's going on after hurricane Irma. Thank you very much for your time today as I know it's hectic out there. Best rate I found and was referred by a naples driver.

Jr. Was very friendly and helped me out. I got in a accident and my tailgate fell off the truck, he strapped that and my spare in my bed very well the it turns out my oil filter broke from the accident so he gave me oil and a filter so I could drive the truck home. Most important to me is he recommended me a good lawyer of whom I really like.

We are headed for the Keys with our boat. The hub on the trailer broke. Could not take the trailer to a service site so called Reds. Amazing service. Had the parts and they sent out Don who knew what he was doing. In about an hour we were on our way. Day saved and our fishing trip!!
