Paul is a very honest and fair mechanic !! He replaced my engine in my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 5.9l. I had some loose and missing bolts that I didn't know about. He tightened them and put new ones in that had came out. He went above and beyond what no other mechanic would. He replaced a few things, and didn't charge me a dime !! Sent me pics of the old motor when he took it out. Pics of the new motor before he put it in my truck. Kept me posted every step of the way. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I wish I could give him 10 stars, cuz that's what he deserves !!! I won't go anywhere else !! I've referred everyone I know that needs Ac work, engine work or tires. Thanks Paul. Customer For Life !!!!

Josh was Honest and told me what needed to be done BEFORE he did it. Diagnostic was 45hr and if it was going to take any longer he calls to get your ok. I will Never go anywhere else. He fixed my car Very quickly Thank you Josh

Honest, to the point that unless it's absolutely no other option, they will only inform you of the situation and much longer you could get away with said part before you'll definitely have to replace it.For example, with me 8 hrs to Ft Myers from TX after stopping for gas I hear a grinding sound when I break. With no time to stop for repairs I'll proceed to head on down to Fort Worth instead with then brake pads. By the time I was able to get into the shop at Fort Worth I told the gentleman that I will be needing both voters and the pads replaced in which they informed me that you may not have to replace them motor sometimes if it's just a little rare we can hold off on it. Which I found very appreciative that they were willing to not upsell me. However, I knew things to two brothers a dad and a boyfriend taught me well on cars there is no saving those rotors. So mechanic came back in looks at the other mechanic in the office and says do you think they're soluble He's like oh yeah no there's no hope. In addition to them trying to spare me buying parts I wouldn't have needed to buy I felt there final price for labor and parts was exceptionally reasonable especially after calling around. I'd like to thank Josh and the owner or loan me to ignore them with my jibber jabber and many questions I get two or three-year-old but wouldn't just stop. I appreciate the work you've done you guys are good and I will be referring you to anybody who is seeking Auto repair Thank you again

Been going here for a couple of years now. Great, honest work. Until now, dropped off my vehicle a week and a half ago, they still haven't even looked at it. To busy to take on more work. To bad , I'll miss them.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

My fianc� had a tire plugged months ago and it started leaking , she went back to have it repaired and after waiting until after 9am for someone to show up to work when they should open at 8:30 the guy tells her he can t fix it and can t air the tire because they don t have the air compressor built upThanks Pal you useless POSDon t go to this place

Just moved to the neighborhood. I called ahead and asked if I could stop by and have nail removed from my tire while I waited. The owner said yes. I drove in and a young man greeted me, dropped what he was doing and plugged my tire. I was in and out in 15 minutes. He asked for $15. I gave him $20 and told him to keep the change. Will be back here. 7-25-22 UPDATE: I have had Proline help me a half dozen times and have always been happy with the results.

Excellent service in a timely fashion. We appreciated our tire repair being completed so quickly while we waited. Highly recommend.

Second stop that morning to try and get a tire plugged. The first shop said it would be over an hour wait. Proline dropped what they were doing and repaired it immediately.

Tire leak repair. Dropped what they were doing and plugged it immediately. Awesome customer service.

I wont go there again i been. There 3 times take my money and nothing done .. make app to come to my house9 to 10 oclok to check my lawn mower never show up & never call .i went there. His answer was he was to busy not responsible and crooked

Just do yourself a favor and dont even bother with this shop. its like pulling teeth to get them do do a job right. literally go anywhere else
