We arrived back down from Toronto for the winter...car wouldn't start. Chris at Pro Tech was true to his word... "Bring car in and we'll fix it asap". Was ready later that day. LP fuel pump and CPI were replaced. Has never run better.Chris, also told me how to clean the yellow off my headlights...use OFF Bug spray by wiping it on with a paper towel. Went to the Dollar store, bought spray, and PRESTO, they are now nice and new looking. A well organized and pleasant place to bring your car. Highly recommended.

Pro Tech Auto Service is a friendly and honest place to take your vehicle for anything as simple as an oil change to your largest automotive problems. They are fair and honest. They aren't much to look at but I believe that they keep appearance & location as it is to continue to offer some of the lowest competitive prices to customers. As difficult as it is to find a great mechanic these days, I'm happy to have landed in the experienced hands of Pro Tech!

After calling a few shops and telling me they can't repair or that i have to schedule out for 1 to 3 weeks just to even look at it...I called this place Friday needing a transfer case(I'm providing) installed on my 06 ford f250 powerstroke srw, they told me to bring it in and will be done on Monday, I had my truck towed there and t-case has been installed Monday as promised, couldn't have been more happy! Also, they found the culprit to why my t-case needed a replacement. My front drive shaft was broken and caused insane vibrations that broke my case, which i thought my t-case was just bad and exploded. I highly recommend these guys. Nice and professional!P.s. Southern wheels and tires recommended you guys!

Was told by the local Ford dealership it would cost $960.00 to diagnose a misfire on cylinder #8 on my 2002 Ford F150. Pro Tech diagnosed and fixed the problem for $276.00. Fabulous job by this business! I highly recommend! Quick service, friendly atmosphere, great job overall! I fully recommend using this company. I moved to SW florida in 2013 and needed a mechanic. A friend recommended this shop, so I brought my car here and will never go anywhere else. This place takes care of every car we own. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly, the turnaround is fast, and the prices are fair. Mark runs a great shop. He's honest with his customers and will give you your options. He once saved me over a thousand dollars by finding a better way to make a repair than what my old mechanic before I moved had wanted to do. It's simply the best repair shop I've ever used.

Chris the owner did great job on my work van and he gave me a really good price on parts and labor. I highly recommend anyone else who is seeking an honest mechanic and shop should bring their vehicle to Pro Tech Auto!

Don t let the good ratings deceive you, the business has recently changed hands. I was told tire mount and balance was 16.50 per tire but paid nearly $25 plus about $8 for disposal of old tires. Charged for FL state inspection when vehicle is registered in New Jersey to check brakes which they said were fine but my old tires were dry rotted and spitting apart which they were. Also had to pay for engine code diagnostics but charge would be dropped if the work was done there. They charged about $280 for 8-plug tune up which is above the high end average price for 04 caddy and said another more than $300 and some to fix leaky valve covers that could be fouling plugs to which I declined and would take the chance the oil leak wasn t affecting the plugs. Paid over $422 plus $98 first bill to check the brakes and read engine code mind you I bought my own tires online myself and never had the valve cover gasket done. This was the garage that saved me from being robbed by Pep Boys never charging anything for inspection three years ago but with the new ownership things have changed. As it is I m out about $200 overall. I d be much happier with the $200 in my pocket and give a good review. Awesome!!! My car is older, and another repair shop in the area couldn't fix it after having it 8 days. They fixed it in a day, gave me an honest, fair estimate and had me on my way. While waiting, i noticed that they are respectful and straight forward with all members of our palm beach blvd. community, no matter race or class. Truly, excellent service and very knowledgeable, skilled mechanics.

These guys fixed a squeeling issue that 2 different chevy dealerships could/would not diagnose in my truck. I dealt with this issue for a year before bringing it here. I have been a long term customer of this shop. With all the choices out there I only have my Buick serviced here. Friendly well knowledged ASE Certified Techs and a complete shop to handle all automotive repairs and diagnostics.Their prices are more than fair and service is impeccable. I know for my dollar where to go. They go the extra mile to ensure my vehicle stays in great running condition and they will do the same for you!

I recently brought my car in because the transmission was leaking really bad. Within a hour they called me let me know that it was a simple fix no charge. Now a lot of places could have taken advantage of the situation and I wouldn't have know any better but at pro tech they are very honest and that's why my entire family have been going here for the past 7 years and will never go any where else. Best auto shop in town hands down.

I recently relocated to Southwest Florida about 6 months ago. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had the check engine light on and my rear differentials were in need of repair. I didn't want to go to a major auto repair company because I figured they would overcharge. I reached out to M&S ProTech and Milko's was very helpful and repaired my Jeep very quickly and for a reasonable price. I was referred to Pro Tech by a neighbor, and I've had my Subaru Impreza serviced by Mark and his mechanics for over four years. When my car broke an axle and had to be towed in from the Everglades, they got it fixed fast and right. When the engine blew a spark plug out and I had to be at work right away, Mark took care of it quickly and efficiently, even though the shop was very busy. When I needed a transmission he found a good used one, rather than my having to shell out big bucks to a dealership. Pro Tech's prices are reasonable, the service is great, and they stand behind their work. I trust my auto repair work to Pro Tech and would not take my Subaru anywhere else.

I purchased a Mercedes E class diesel....The car is a nightmare...i have taking it to the dealer. They want to over charge you on the hours and wait for ever to get your vehicle done....Mark is the best....a hard working Honest man. Very rare.....what he tells you is always honest....He looks out for the customer....when he tells you the car will be done at 11 am. .it's done. Unless he found another issue with your vehicle.....i would give this business a 100 stars. When our vehicle goes down and can't trust hardly anyone around here....you can Mark......i have been using his service for 2 years.....about every other month....thank you pro tech. .and all the staff...

I have never felt more comfortable with a mechanic. They can work on anything. I have a Benz and a Chevy. I have been coming here for awhile and have never felt like I was being sold on something I didn't need. Plus they are super fast. Freaky fast...all the mechanics are older with alot of knowledge. Protech is Fort Myers best Auto Shop hands down.

I take my 2005 Toyota Sienna and my 1993 custom pick up truck to Mark for regular service and other repairs. Always done thoroughly and professionally. Has been especially helpful with the custom pick up. Would highly recommend Pro Tech!!!

Mark's shop is the ONLY one I go to to get any work done on my vehicle. Top-notch service at undeniably lower prices than the inferior competition. Would highly recommend for any auto service needs!

I give this place one star because i scheduled an appointment one week out to have my u joints on my truck replaced but I continued to keep searching at other locations. Every time I would ask locations if they had the sealed u joints that I was looking for, most of them would tell me it's a hard part to find. So the day before my appointment I call Pro Tech Service and i speak with Mark. When I began to explane the situation that I wanted to make sure that they can even find the sealed u joints, he rudely interupted me and began to ask his own questions instead of letting me finish. After a few questions he rudely asks me why I want to put sealed u joints on my truck. I had to explane to him that I was moving back into the mountains in a few months and because of what they put on the roads to help with traction, I did not want to have to grease my u joins every 2000 miles. I have aviation mechanic experience so I am familiar with stuff. Yes the sealed u joint will have to be replaced every 50,000 miles. But he dose not understand that I won't be putting many miles on vehicle so that dose not matter. After convincing him of what I know and what I am talking about he then tells me to call him back in 20 min. Most might not see eye to eye on this but for good business I think the mechanic should be calling you back after searching for the part that is needed. 10 min goes by and i received a phone call from an unknown number. I answer it. The person on the other side says a number and one word. 44 dollars... I don't have a clue who it is and why they are saying this to me so I ask what and who it is. Again he responds 44 dollars, then with the u joints are 44 dollars. I then realized who I was talking to. I then asked him is this pro tech, his response was a very sharp yes! I then canceled my appointment after finding out that mark was the owner. They might have good techs but they do not have good people skills.

I'm very leary when it comes to auto repair. Normally I'd trade my vehicle in if I expected major repairs. However I have a 2008 V8 Dodge Durango that I cldnt see myself getting rid of. Well a good friend of mine had been telling me for a while to go see Mark at Pro Tech. I finally gave in and REGRET I waited so long. My vehicle now runs like it was just driven off the car lot with the exception of the AC which Mark is still working on. I'm so excited about my car running now all under 2K including parts/labor/oil change/balance and rotation. Mark you are HEAVEN sent!!! Keep being the humble man that you are and God will continue sending blessings your way!!!
