I am very particular about my cars and like to keep them for years. As a result, I often look to refresh paint and restore damaged wheels to keep my cars looking new. I found the perfect match in Prime Paint & Repair. They restored my 2013 Lexus ES300 to showroom condition. I was impressed with their craftsmanship, communication, and cost transparency. Sean and Mike were both terrific to work with and called with updates each day my car was in the shop. I highly recommend Prime Paint & Repair, professional, reliable, with a team you can trust!

Had them paint my 2016 Mustangs new roush front bumper. I installed it after my old stock bumper was ruined. They did a great job and it color matched the car perfectly! Will totally bring them other projects for paint work!

I Brought my Mercedes in for accident repair. I was told a date. I used them since the company I am familiar with was too busy and a month out! The date got moved back due to parts, Understandable. After getting my car back. I had to bring back twice due to paint issues and computer issues. The paint issue was fixed but did consume my time. The computer issue has not been fixed. Too many issue to even list. After the third time my husband and I decided not to bring the car back. Mercedes has had it twice now. They are still working on it. They have made a comment about who did the repairs for the accident. I wish I went to who was referred by Mercedes.

Went in for minor damage to my front bumper, hit a piece of rebar and made a small hole in my front lower fender and dislodged a piece of plastic that was hanging down. Went for an estimate and he secure the plastic with a clip he had. The plastic was secured and you can hardly see the minor damage to the lower bumper. All in all was great not having spend any money. If you're looking for a trustworthy and great place for auto body, this is the place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called to simply get a quote on painting the hood of my car spoke to a guy on the phone that barely spoke English hard to understand having to go back and forth in the conversation to find out simple info he wants me to drive to the location in order to get a quote I tell him that's inconvenient I'm over an hour away can you give me a quote over the phone like every other place in town he then asks for my VIN number and for me to take pictures of the hood just for an estimate. I've called a dozen other places did not require anything like that for an estimate pretty ridiculous to ask me for that kind of information just for a quote when I described exactly what I wanted in great detail simply strip the existing paint off the hood then paint it gloss black that's it ! I gave the make model in year of my vehicle that should be good enough if you have some incompetent policy where you need to gather all this information from somebody just to give them a quote. I suggest you go about things a different way or start losing customers and money.

WOW! What a great job! Not only did he offer a fair price for the repair & paint, he was able to get it done quickly! Most places were a minimum 4 month wait . He came in at a fair price, great timing & kept us up to date on any timeline changes in a timely and professional manner. Don t think twice come here!

I just picked up my BMW from Prime Paint & Repair and not only did they do a fantastic job restoring my front bumper(it seriously looks brand new) BUT the staff and facility I couldn t get over! The staff got the job done so quickly and Kevin the owner is the nicest most honest guy, I highly recommend their services, 5 star!

I meant to post this review earlier but I got busy with other things.I bought my Lexus in for paint damage on the rear passenger door. Kevin quoted a very fair price to re- paint and clear coat the door. He did a beautiful job, the paint matched perfectly and you would never know it was not original paint. This place is top notch!!

This is my 3rd time going to Prime Paint & Repair. Every time I went to them the paint job was immaculate. I am very particular about my Mustang and Kevin always takes great care of it. This past time was just to repaint my front bumper because of rock chips. Looks like new again! Super friendly staff and Kevin is a really nice guy. Best automotive painter in SouthWest Florida.

Excellent communication, dealing directly with the owner. Kevin would offer to paint the bumper cover first and assemble everything else later, so we did not have to rent a car. Great quality work. I am very impressed. Highly recommend! Thank you!.

Didn't event do any business with Kevin but he seems to be the only person in the industry with customer service skills and was able to point me in the right direction. Very helpful and I will go to him with any auto needs in the future!

I highly recommend Prime Paint & Repair. Kevin painted the roof of my Honda Pilot for a fair price and even went above and beyond by offering additional services that I wasn t expecting. My car was done even quicker than what he told me and it turned out flawless. The paint matches perfectly. Keep up the good work Kevin.

Awesome paint shop, Kevin is super friendly and gets his work done fast! Dropped off a fender and bumper for paint and was able to pick them up the next day! The paint matches perfectly to my factory coat, would be happy to do business with them again.

I seriously don t know how you could not give Kevin at Prime 5 stars. I ve never had better customer service, communication and response since I moved to Florida 7 years ago. The 20 year old Jeep looks amazing! Prime Paint & Repair is the real deal if you need bodywork done. Highly recommended!

What can I say other than AMAZING! Honestly, going to body shops scares me. I never know what I'm in for and I feel intimidated. But Prime Paint & Repair was so different. The owner is amazing -- kind and very forthright. Price was less than any other body shop I checked out, too. AND the final product? Immaculate! If you need a body shop, go to Prime Paint & Repair. You will not be sorry.

The owner was great. He gave us a great deal to fix the damage to the paint on my car. He also finished the car when he said. You can also tell he takes pride in his work. Everyone should use this place for their car paint needs. I will be back if I need any more paint work done.

Had some light bumper work done for my vehicle. Heard about this place by word of mouth. So glad I came here. Kevin took care of my vehicle and the care he took shows that he knows what he's doing. Can't even tell my bumper was scratched up. Will definitely recommend to others.

An excellent body and paint shop. Very high quality smooth deep paint. No orange peel, no skin no hair no dust. Matching, blending is superb.Reasonable pricing. Very happy with Kevin.

Kevin restored my car beyond my expectations,my car was involved in an accident. Kevin was also very professional he went above and beyond to resolve issues with the insurance as well as to always kept me updated of what was going on.
