I went to Prestige on a referral from a friend about 10 days ago. Needed a new coil on my MB having had another one replaced under warranty by MB dealer 3 years ago. The shop uses OE or OEM parts and fluids which is important for these vehicles. The best however is that the car drives flawlessly after repair and I paid a price significantly lower than the MB dealer. Don't be afraid of buying a used (and significantly depreciated) MB vehicle going forward as long as Prestige can service and repair at a fair price.

Never have I ever spent so much money to have the check engine light turned off.Two visits and $6k later I still have the same issues. But the reasons they have given me were different each time.They don t bother to remove the floor mat paper or even wash the car. It would make it hurt a little less if they cared a little more.

Kyle and his team always deliver exceptional service in a timely manner. In comparison to any Mercedes dealership, where the same services cost many times more and leave me feeling totally ripped off, Prestige Motors provides necessary, affordable repairs to my vehicle. Kyle has provided oil changes, general maintenance, tire rotations, and battery replacement to my 2015 Mercedes, keeping it in excellent condition. Other than electrical issues, which must be brought to Mercedes as per company requisite, Prestige handles all my car repair needs. Professional communication and easy payment are available via text and online once repairs are completed. I have been an Automotive Consultant for many years and still consult for many shops across the country. Of course I am particular who works on my car! This is one of the best run shops I have come across, better than many of my own clients. Kyle is an excellent mechanic, provides accurate diagnosing and repairs at a highly competitive price point. Kyle got our SLK on a last minute notice and was able to knock it out of the park and fix fast and with fine attention to detail. Outstanding customer service experience characterized by professional, competent and efficient performance. Although my vehicle is older (18) years, technical staff performed all required tasks in a timely and cost effective manner. This is THE location to bring your Mercedes Benz for maintenance.

Vinny and his team are knowledgeable, efficient and stand behind their work. While visits are not always inexpensive, you can always rest assured that it will be less than dealer pricing, and that any explanation you get will be factual and unvarnished. I have recommended Prestige Mercedes consistently since I first used them.

Great Mercedes technician, at a good mom and pop auto shop price. When I first got my Mercedes 8 years ago everyone said I am going to hate it when it comes to maintenance and repairs. A fellow Mercedes owner told me about this place and I couldn't be more happy. They usually have a whole fleet of Mercedes and other European exports in the garage so if you are driving a high-end luxury car know you are in the very best hands.

Great service, professionalism, combined with strong ethical character.I've been visiting Prestige for years as I'm trying to extract every last mile out of my 2011 GLK. Had a necessary repair this week and was overwhelmed with the honesty and integrity of Kyle and crew when my bill came in at $400 less than the estimate due to a re-evaluation of the issue and needed parts. Most would have just taken the money and run. Prestige Mercedes has my highest recommendation.

Great mechanics!! Always nice, Kyle has gone the extra mile for me, looking for parts for my old car. I think you their prices are very reasonable, if you don't think so, you shouldn't own a Mercedes!!

One of a few mechanics that I actually trust. They are both good and honest. Unfortunately, as a result they are in fairly high demand, and due to that demand their prices have started to rise quite a bit. They are still far cheaper than the dealership, but they are far less economical than they once were. I can't really fault them for that though. It's simple economics. That's what happens when you do something really well... Everyone wants you to keep doing it. I'd like to see them scale up the size of their shop a bit to handle the extra business, but that's difficult to do while maintaining quality. It takes a little while and a lot of capital too.

I was referred to these guys from another auto shop, based on their success with other customers. Its busy season here and Prestige was able to turn my car around quick, when I needed it. They offered fair service and explained the reason why they were recommending other services, in terms that real people could understand. I'd suggest you to give them a call for a consultation if you need work done on your Benz, if you want the quality of going to the dealer and the service of a quality privately owned shop. They build repeat customers for a reason.

General Mercedes "B" maintenance (20k) completed within an hour with a scheduled appointment. Car was serviced immediately. The attention to care, and honest recommendations are highly coveted in Ft Meyers as the surrounding area is saturated with over priced dealers whom are dishonest. A dollar wise, a penny foolish - Prestige is the real deal!

If you want an honest and competent evaluation of your Mercedes then you've found the right place. These guys only work on Mercedes and know them inside out. There's really only one way to treat a customer and they understand ... no BS.

Great experience, dropped off with them and they had it back next day! Fair price, didn t try to up sell me, only did what was essential, just as requested. Great personality too. Will definitely be back.

If you drive a Mercedes Benz, this is the only shop in Ft. Myers to take it to! Vinny and Chris the owners will take excellent care of you and your Mercedes. How many automotive shops do you know that charge under $90 an hour labor? Prestige does!

If I could give more stars i would have...These guys are the real deal....Honest, Helpful, very Knowledgeable on all things Mercedes. Listen, if your Mercedes is in need of service you are a fool to take it any where else. These guys are busy for a reason so make an appointment!!! I had Suspension work done here (Airmatic Shocks) they did a Phenominal job!

Do yourself a favor and visit these guys before you step foot into the dealor, very honest and efficient and will provide legit service papers. I was very impressed with them since day one and take my cars there since I met them. Stay away from fort Myers Benz dealor for anything at all cost

I've been going to them for years servicing my 3 Mercedes. They do a great job, and a lot more reasonable (price), and in my opinion, are much better than the local Mercedes Service Department !!
