Brought my car in for coolant hose repair picked it up an hr later and it s making a funny sound it wasn t making before. Naturally I asked about it and the owner starts talking Spanish to the other employees , laughing and then says don t worry about it like it s no big deal but it sounds horrible now. Not very trustworthy in my opinion and I think they messed with my car

They fixed the transmission but gave me my car back to me with a leak and refused to fix it after just paying $1500. I literally drove down the street to get food came back to car and all the coolant was on the floor. He blamed it on one of the other workers and still wouldn t fix it. I had to buy my own reservoir and fix myself. They fixed my compressor previously and patched it without letting me know. Will never return.Services: Transmission, A/C installation & repair

Very cool guy and knowledgeable. I m a mechanic but getting too old to do certain things anymore and I trust prestige because they are honest! Even though I m a mechanic, I never let any shop know! I can spot a crook or an incompetent employee.

This is a really great shop. I've been dealing with this mechanic shop for about 5 years. He's worked on 3 of my vehicles and I've never had to bring any of them back for the same problem. He's very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. His wife is very kind and friendly. There price is fair and for cheaper than any other shop. It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, but I trust him with any of my vehicles.

Had my 2004 ford expedition with a bad transmission, Mr pedro had my truck running the next morning, great job ,no one beat his price,I'm super happy my truck is running like a new expedition. $1,700 only.

I thought it was a lot worse and was expecting to brake my wallet, but Pedro fixed only what needed to be fixed and gave me a simple solution for my problem. He could have easily replaced a bunch of stuff and charged me an arm and a leg but instead gave me a discount on an already low price. 1000000% would recommend this shop to anyone! As long as I live in this area that s where I m going for any car problems. I m actually going back this week with my other carService: Steering & suspension repair

Outstanding! Pedro greeted us with a big smile and had our car up on the lift within 10 mins! He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time, who does that? The price was more than reasonable.We found a new garage for the future of our car.

Everytime I go to prestige auto This guy Daniel takes forever to check my car out he told me to come early and I did I get there and say can you please check my car I told him what was going on and he said I think it's this or I think it's that, he didn't even check then he said I'm busy I'm busy but 2 cars came after me and he checked there cars out this is not right he only wants cash because hes dodging the irs. Not a good place if your not spending alot of money or not paying cash

Very affordable place. Staff quite knowledgeable of services offered. Honest and upfront. Very friendly staff and always greeting customers. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!!!
