5/5, called and left a message, Andrew called me back within 10 minutes, told me to send him a few pictures, he was able to diagnose my issue with my 2014 6.7 power-stroke within seconds of looking at the pictures. He told me exactly what I needed to do, I thought I had a coolant leak from my overflow hose but ended up being a cracked inner cooler pipe that was throwing oil all over the place. I was able to replace it myself but I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a power-stroke. Any further issue that i have I will definitely be taking it to them if I can t do it myself!

Neil and Andrew are awesome! Our truck was towed in on Monday afternoon. They diagnosed within an hour...bad fuel throughout. 10 k fix. They had it finished by Thurs ! Ruby is running like a charm!!

I stopped in to ask about issue I was having with my F250 6.7.They were extremely helpful to let me know they didn t want to deal with my extended warranty company, so reluctantly I returned to Sam Galloway Ford where the outcome was not pleasant.I have called Powerstroke Perf 3 times now and they have provided valuable information to me all 3 times.I now have an appointment scheduled for a tranamission service and to install an S&S Disaster prevention kit for my CP4.I am confident they will do a stellar job.Brad

Excellent garage specializing in servicing Ford Diesel Powerstroke. Both owners are extremely competent so are all the mecanos. Exceptional customer service. I brought my truck in the morning for a major DEF job and by 3 Pm the same day, it was ready. The prices are reasonable. If you have mechanical problems or maintenance to perform on your Ford diesel truck and you are in the Southwest Florida, this is the place to go..

Great shop to go to for your powerstroke. They went above and beyond on making sure everything was right when I received the truck back. I would absolutely recommend them for any job in the future. Neil was very helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and was able to update me and provide me with very detailed updates and pictures along the way.

I had taken my truck to them after my high pressure fuel pump had pretty much bit the dust, feeling confident they could do the job after they diagnosed it so quickly I had them fix it, OH BOY WHAT A MISTAKE! They fixed the problem but added more problems that they refused to fix! Giving poor excuses on why the couldn't fix the problems THEY caused they pulled my cab and ripped my camera wire, and shorted out my trans silanoid when they put the cab back on and told me to my face they don't do electrical. If I would of caught on quickly they would not have got payed the money that they did, do yourself a favor and really look around at other shops! Just because this one says power stroke performance doesn't mean they know what they are doing! Ill even tell you this they want as far as too pull fuses on some of the systems that were not working me being some what smart check the fuse box and seen that the fuses have been n pulled. If you get work done here I hope and pray for you

Had them do some work on my 03 F 250. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Just purchased the truck and they went through it top to bottom, and let me know what needed to be done right away and what I have to look forward to. Lol. Great people

These guy's are the best, When you go there and see how many Ford trucks are there for service you will be amazed the reason their so busy is their good and honest.I am from Michigan and I stop by there almost every winter and Andrew answers all my questions they are really Good Guy'sAndrew and his brother are the owners.

We were in town on vacation, and had an exhaust pipe to the turbo crack on way down. Walked in to the shop dreading what nonsense and outrageous price I was about to hear buy Neal was extremely knowledgeable and quoted me a fair price for the repair. Then squeezed us in and had it repaired in less than 18hrs to get us back on the road. These guys are legit and the goto for the area for power strokes.Thanks againService: Exhaust

These Guys came in clutch today for me. Called them needing a small part to fix my truck. Without any hesitation, he said come on in and pick it up. Great honest people. Another great experience with this business.

The guys know their stuff! I took my 2005 6.0 in to get the oil cooler changed out and a few other odds & ends before a long drive. I left their shop and hit the road. Excellent work, no problems on the trip. Thank you!

Had my wife drop my 2014 F250 off to have the cab bushing replaced on Thursday about 11:30 they said I would have it back Friday by the end of the day a few hours later they called and told me it was ready for pickup And I couldn t be happier with the ride of the truck now. Great service from Powerstroke Performance on my F350 Diesel Super Duty. The owners Andrew and Neal are fantastic to work with and I will be using them for all service on my truck. Had them do an in frame fuel tank replacement upgrade as well as installing Bilstein shocks upgrade. They explained all the work and pricing up front and was completed when promised. I snow bird in Fort Myers from PA and wish I could find a great shop like theses guys up here.

These people are the absolute worst. The guy that is supposed to answer the phone but never does and ends up calling back is an absolute a hole. I called in the past to get a quote on putting a 6.0 engine together for me and he wanted to charge me literally $4,000 exact more than what other shops quoted me. So since overpaying was definitely out of the question for me, I got the work done else where. Now I called back hoping to get a quick simple question answered or at least a tip on an issue i am having unrelated to the previous work i needed done. And the same a hole who "answers" the phone recognized who i was and just hung up on my face and never picked up my calls. These people aren't worth the time, money and effort, hell i wasn't even referred to them by anybody, i just did a google searched and found this worthless shop.

l hated taking my truck to the shop until I met Andrew and Neil at power stroke performance. They diagnosed the problem on my 2001 F-250 on the first try and fixed it. l look forward to a long relationship with their shop taking care of my truck.

This is the place to take your Powerstroke. They were recommended by too other repair shops. And they were spot on. They had my truck back to me within a week. And runs great. I would highly recommend them.

Neil and Andrew are extremely top notch when it comes down to getting a truck back on the road a huge shout out to there diesel tech Damon for getting my truck running like a champ I came in with a catastrophic issue with my truck they had gave me all the possible scenarios it could come down to at the end of the day my truck needed a new engine they had ordered the engine had it put in my truck and back on the road in less than a week that is insane timing if you have a power stroke look nowhere else just take it to Powerstoke performance You will not be disappointed and I have been around the diesel industry for many years and I have never seen such smooth honest and efficient work till I came here hands-down!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change
