Brought my vehicle in, the staff is polite and professional. Had some long wait times but they only have one guy in the back with multiple vehicles to take on at once so I completely understand. They apologized several times for the wait but hey, there s only so much a couple of guys can do. Prices are better than most in the area and their work is solid, would definitely recommend but maybe consider dropping your car off instead.

I made an online appointment for my truck to get tires. I made the appointment online on 4/5/24 and Scheduled the work to be done the next day, which was Saturday 4/6/24 I dropped my truck off after hours and left the keys in the night box in the envelope, explaining what needed to be done. They had the tires in stock, which was good. My appointment was for 9 AM. I get a phone call about 1:30 From the manager, Bob Saying, would you like to reschedule? I said, why would I reschedule when my truck has been there since last night. He said oh, I was scratching my head because I was wondering whose truck that was. I said I made an appointment online and The keys were in the box. Doesn t anyone check those things when they come in. He said I apologize and I will Get the work started and you will have your truck Back today. Meanwhile, I m a little annoyed because I thought the first phone call at 1:30 Was for me to pick it up. So around 5 o clock I decided to drive over there even I didn t hear from them. I get there and my truck is on the lift with the same old tires . I said to myself what did they do from 1:30 until now. They screwed up and you would think they would make my truck the first priority since I had an appointment at 9 am!! I told him I m going to take my truck home the way it is I m going to get tires somewhere else. As a manager , employee etc How do you not know Who s vehicle that is out front? You don t check your online appointments and check the box for keys?? There s no excuse for that. I used to go to Pep Boys years ago and now it seems like they went down hill. I will never go back to a Pep Boys again. I m glad I Purchased tires somewhere else. Maybe you should screen your workers to see if they really want to work at your establishment

I took my car here because I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. They took my car in immediately and they had it done within a couple of hours. It was a very low price and my car is running perfectly now! Definitely will be coming here again

Last Saturday, I was on the way to pick my niece up at the airport with her car and had a seriously low/flat tire. I happened to see this Pep Boys store and pulled in, explained my situation to the staff and without hesitation they assisted me with air for the tire and saved my day. Thankfully, I was able to get the car back to the residence and grab another vehicle. Thank you so much for your professionalism and thoughtfulness!!

James and John were very professional and work was performed promptly. They also fixed a couple of sensors that had been driving me crazy for a year. Then James helped me sign up for a credit card program which should save me $200. Great experience.

I was very satisfied with the service. The desk I think it was Bob was wonderful kind, professional and reassured me that I would be done on time. I had a time constraint (caring for my spouse with dementia and my help was due to leave. This was not a scheduled appointment but kind of an emergency with my battery. All went well and I would highly recommend Pep Boys. This is not my first visit they are wonderful!

STILL OPEN for car service!Just had oil change and tire rotation. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They send me coupons too!I love Pep boys. They have everything you need to keep your car clean and organized. The employees are so nice and knowledgeable. I always find something I need. Prices are good. I went to Pep Boys to replace all my car safety equipment used during hurricane Irma evacuation. Pep Boys had everything on my list, and the nice saleslady helped me find it all! Very satisfied. Update 2/16/20, my car battery died. Got a jump start and came to Pep boys!!! Fabulous service! Super friendly staff. $20 mail order rebate! Great experience. I will be coming here for my oil changes etc from now on.

Nice people here. Costco refused me, some other companies refused me, the reason was they cannot program the tpms sensors i got at aftermarket , but pep boys gave me a chance and they solved me issue with the pressure sensors !!! They programed them with no problem . Pep boy are professional !!!

Went in for 2 rear tire replacement and a front passenger flat tire repair. Said it would take 2 hours (expected) and wouldn't you know it took 2 hours. Gentleman working showed me the large nail I had in the flat tire and said it had to be replaced. Actually brought me into the shop area momentarily to show me. They were honest and didn't take longer than they said they would

BOB is awsome. Great, fast, Never had a issue with there service. They know what thire doing. That's so hard to find these days. I wish they were a full mechanic shop.

Great place to get your tires done. Found the tires I was looking for significantly cheaper than anywhere else around and they arrived quickly.I wanted to come back and add to this review. The next week I received another car notification about tire pressure and thought I had the worst of luck. I took my car back in and luckily it was a false alarm. The reason I'm writing this is that even though they were busy I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great service! If I could give them a second 5-stars I would!

Not sure why all the hate on Pep Boys, Ft Myers? I made a same day appointment for a tire check and rotation, they took my car in early, performed the work I requested and called me with some maintenance recommendations.....which all places do, they are a business. My car was ready when promised and they no charged me for the check and rotation. How can you do a better job than that helping out your customer?

Had to replace a tire a year ago and was floored at the worst customer service and rudest people I ve ever encountered. James was all smiles with the men ahead of me but the second I step up to him he becomes wildly annoyed at my presence alone. Tells me they only do appointment and they can t help me before I even open my mouth to tell him I DO have one. He sighed and begrudgingly went into their system then tells me he can t find anything, I reassure him I have the appointment and he looks again then prints out sheets with my car model. He slid me the papers and asked if either was mine and to check the name of the client and color of the car. After telling him no this guy had the audacity to say are you SURE? finally looking at me in the most condescending tone possible as if I ve never known my name and have never seen the color of my car. He then immediately tries to get me out the door with no solution so I call my husband and shocker, this man COMPLETELY 180s.He is suddenly so polite and nice, offering every solution, calling warehouses, even going as far as saying he s sorry for the inconvenience. My jaw drops at how this man immediately put his tail between his legs hearing a man. He says he will call some place after I leave. I walk out after magically having a solution and my husband returned later that same day (civilly) to tell him in person how disrespectful he is and that -I- am the paying customer not my husband, and in the same fashion as cowering at the phone call he then calls the place he said he was going to call earlier (it was very clear he wasn t going to.) and lo and behold they pick up. This man then offers to expedite my tire and my husband leaves. When I actually had the service scheduled I HAD to come with my husband who had to leave work early just so we knew the car was going to be serviced and this misogynist guy wasn t going to make bogus claims again and shove me out the door. And even then they messed up my sensors twice.Needing to get my brakes replaced this week, and I d rather be caught dead than anywhere near that boy again.

Terrible customer service. James was the individual that was assisting me but the man could not be bothered to answer my questions without showing his disdain for me. He was annoyed and irritated with me, and at one point told me to sit down and that my car would be done when it was done. I was in the shop for nearly six hours, and all I needed were rear brakes to be replaced. The mechanic was super nice, and very helpful and friendly. James was a complete jerk. I hope he s no longer working at your facility because his demeanor has put me off of ever going back to Pep Boys ever again. By the way reader, Firestone will do your brakes much cheaper and quicker too. Pep Boys does everything for MORE. Go somewhere else.

Scheduled for a 2pm oil change. I get here an hour early and the car gets taken back 1:45. Waited a good hour and nothing. I check in and ask, and the guy proceeds to tell me that they didn't actually have an oil filter for me. He told me it would be "here in an hour." It's now 4:00pm. No filter.Ridiculous that this basic part wasn't in Stock for a SCHEDULED service.Even worse the zero communication regarding the issue that has now caused me to miss work.Update. 4:40pm and I'm just now getting out.

The service write up and overall experience was excellent. They gave me a fair and honest estimate for brake service and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I recommend this Pep Boys location and I will be back for my future auto needs

Went in because my brakes were making a rubbing sound and I thought I needed new ones. With pep boys the offer s free brake inspection.... And come to find out my brakes were fine. They were quick, professional, and very friendly. Thanks pep boys y'all rock!!!!

Excellent service and pricing, had tires, wipers and new air filter installed, exceeded my expectations all around! Will return for future service and ditch the dealership who failed to address any of these standard inspection items on the same exact day...

the managers and mechanics here are very kind and welcoming! i went in for an oil change and they updated me constantly during my waiting time. even though the wait was a little longer than expected, it s the holiday season and the whole world is still understaffed so i brought a book and waited patiently! I think they appreciated the patience and chose to pay it forward during the holiday season, by comping my oil change! (thank you!!!!) i even chatted with the manager about books and he offered coffee as well, so sweet! great experience overall and would recommend this shop to friends! i ll definitely be a repeat customer. thank you guys again, this made my holiday season, you have no idea!

FANTASTIC JOB! I found the tires I wanted on their website so I made an appointment online for the tires and an alignment. I came in with my VW Jetta in the morning, took a Lyft ride to work and my car was done even quicker than expected. Car rides awesome now!!!!!!!! Roger was my technician, and the guys working the front were very helpful and nice! I was even able to apply for financing on their website and got six months interest free! I bought Michelin cross climate 2 tires, they are PERFECT!, as I drive a lot through heavy rain on the highways. I couldn t be more pleased with the work that was done at this Fort Meyers (Cleveland Ave) Pep Boys location. Thanks!!!

From the time I entered the building I was treated professionally and efficiently. The time spent on my vehicle seems reasonable and the diagnosis logical. The Service Advisor was helpful and I would return to this location in the future.
