My awning in my RV kept making a clicking noise which was killing my battery. He came out and resolved the problem and I also had him replace my house batteries. I had a couple other questions about not getting hot water and he helped me with that too, he is very dependable very very honest and very reasonable. He told me the price of the house batteries, and when he came back with them, he said they were cheaper than I he quoted me that s how honest he is I would highly recommend him for any repairs that you have. He s dependable honest I was very very happy with him. What a great guy

Stephen was very thorough and did a great job finding a difficult problem that my dealer of course missed. When the first attempt didn't work right away, he came back, found the rest of the issue and resolved it without further charge. He is excellent and honorable. I highly recommend him.

Very professional and helpful. Fixed not only the original problem but also the poor work of another repair tech. Worked fast and got the job done! He got more work done in 2.5 hours then the other tech did all day and at a fraction of the price, Highly recommend him.

I ve worked twice with Stephen and I d strongly recommend him for RV repair. He added a second solar panel, changed the converter to adapt to my lithium batteries, changed out my stabilizers. When it turned out at first visit that I needed parts he didn t carry, we scheduled a second visit (no repeat service call fee) to finish the original job and also to install a custom lockable battery box, together designing the needed support. I ll definitely call Stephan again!

I would definitely recommend. I called him for an awning issue and he also got the a/c running without charging for the a/c. Price was below what was quoted also. Excellent price. Excellent work. Very quick. Very pleasant. Give him a call you'll be quite happy with the work.

Had a slide out that was not working. They showed up the same day, diagnosed the problem. Made a temporary repair and pointed me in the right direction for an inexpensive part that was easily replaceable by myself. Also did a complete (6) battery bank replacement at a very reasonable price. All on-site. Never had to move my RV. Can t say enough good about this company. Simply AWESOME!

Steve is one of the most competent technicians I have encountered. His mobile tool truck is quite impressive! While he was performing his assessment of our trailer, he found several issues, I had not noticed. He help me understand the problems, gave me alternatives and ultimately got our trailer running like it was brand new again. Highly highly recommend!

He was very quick to respond to me and was very patient when I asked him a million questions before deciding to use him. Once I pulled the trigger, he was very quick to get out to me. He did the work efficiently and professionally. My bedroom ac works great! He was very direct and straightforward with his pricing and was very fair (I called around and got quotes). I was having terrible problems with my Leveling jacks on my 44 Motorcoach. Codes flashing, errors, etc. Called On Site Rv Repair. Stephen came to the storage facility.Stephen worked strenuously in 100 degree temperature to fix the problem. Pinpointed, diagnosed and fixed the problem.I will be using this company in the future.THANK YOU!!

Had an electrical problem and needed help quick. They came out same day , worked quickly but extremely thorough checking everything. Turned out to be my service box and not the RV, but he showed me and explained everything. Reassured me that the RV was ok. Was very honest and reasonable on price. I highly recommend them!

Stephen responded to my form submission within hours and showed up at my site an hour later. He replaced my brakes and re-packed my bearings for $718 with tax (I had the parts). He was prompt, clean, and the workmanship looks good. I will move in a few weeks :).

Steve is a great mechanic to have in your contacts. Very reliable service! Have used him multiple times. Takes a little bit of time to schedule with him but worth it.Once again I needed service on my Class B. Steven to the rescue. Repaired my thermostat in my fridge. Replaced the door and put in a new switch.Totally worth the money! I was used to dropping my camper at another shop and just have it sitting there for weeks waiting for it to get worked on.Service: Electrical

Drove from NC to Florida (Ft Meyers/Naples area) with my 1995 american dream rv. Made it fine and let it sit for a sec and it would not start when I tried to crank her (Priscilla is her name ). Ran the generator and played with the key and finally got her started but had another issue and found an out of the way place to park her for a few days. Police tag my vehicle with a 5 day notice but on the 3rd day the lady's house I park in front of decided to haggle me about being there and how if I had just knocked on her door at 1am and told her what was going on she wouldn't have called the cops. This day and time I'm not knocking on anyone's door any time if I don't know them. We had a few words and 5 hours later the police show up (her buddies) to tell me they have to tow it and I shouldn't have been rude to her, but I wasn't I just made sense and she did not. Onsite (Steve) was on his way at this point and I could not get her to start yet again. After haggling with the cops over the situation they allow Steve to try and get it started and drive off. Steve jumped in there like a champ and had her running in 5 minutes flat. Very professional yet down to earth and helpful beyond the repair needed. All the way around great guy and his skills are unmatched in this area. Got it running and out of there to a safe location. Best price for quality of work available in Ft Meyers and the surrounding areas. Don't trust your investment to an amateur. Call Onsite RV Repairs Inc. (Steve) and get it done right the first time. It never messed up again and I made it back to NC without incident. Steve sir I thank you sincerely .

They are in demand and usually very busy, but the wait is worth it. I was so surprised to learn that my roof was not leaking. It would ve been very easy for him to lie and make $2000 by insisting I needed the awning railing replaced. I was blown away by Stephen s integrity and knowledge.He also patched up a couple of spots I hadn t seen, where potential leaks could ve started to occur. By preventing leaks today, he saved me thousands of dollars by being so good at what he does.On-site RV was honest, reasonably priced and saved me a fortune because of their honesty. I will call them always when issues arise. Thank you Stephen!

THIS IS THE COMPANY TO TRUST On a Friday, at 4:22PM, Onsite RV Repairs came out quickly and resolved the problem with my Motorhome. Don't waste your time looking for other companies. Even after I paid the bill something was not right and without charging me more money, fix the problem. ALL companies should inspire to be like Onsite RV Repairs! Called due to a hydraulic slide issue on a motorhome. Rick came to my location in Cape Coral, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in an hour. Slide relay had gone bad and he had the replacement part with him. I highly recommend On Site RV repairs!

I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Onsite RV Repairs. They recently installed a new AC unit and efficiently upgraded my electrical system from 30 amp to 50 amp. 9:27pm main breaker kept tripping. Warm night and no power. Text onsite RV repair and he text back. Walked me through several steps, stayed connected until power was back on. He didn't ask for anything. He is the best!!

We had next day service which is exceptional during a time when demand is high. Rick was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was upfront about potential cost, but charged an extremely reasonable rate. I would not hesitate to recommend On Site and we will use them again for our motorhome repairs.Four months later .Onsite visit for a different A/C issue .once again, the service was outstanding and the cost reasonable. Steven was courteous and helpful. We had a plumbing leak that he took care of by replacing the faucet and water lines. We later had to call him back for a water heater that needed replacing. He ordered the water heater and installed it promptly. He was very knowledgeable and performed his service well. I would not hesitate to call him again.Part 2.We needed Steven s help again this winter. We were concerned that we would have to replace our rear air conditioner as it was smoking and smelly. He could have told us we needed a new unit but instead he found that an inexpensive part needed to be replaced. His prices are reasonable and he is friendly and personable. We highly recommend him to everyone in need of RV services. Many of our neighbors have commented to us about their positive experiences with Steven as well.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning
