I would like to give a 5-star review to David at this store. I went to the store because I had a bad battery in my car. I was very anxious because the car was new, and I couldn't understand how my battery on the car could possibly be going bad after just purchasing the vehicle from Nissan, and I had gone through losing everything through the hurricane. I was not very trusty after being taken advantage of, but David put my mind at ease, spent time with me, and built trust. He tested the battery; he showed me the test; he gave me options; and he went the extra mile to tell me my options what could happen and why the battery went bad as quick as it did. Being a woman, I wouldn't understand without him explaining to me, but he didn't have to take the time to explain. He didn't try to upsell me on items I didn't need and had empathic explanations for every step of the way he was doing it; he didn't treat me like a number and try to rush me. I felt like a valued customer. Thank you, David. I will be going back to O'Reilly, as I know you're not just a customer; you care about each person that comes into the store, and you're treated with respect and valued. You gained a long-term customer, and I came back to my neighborhood to share my experience with my neighbors and will continue to share with everyone. I know you all are the best!

Was greeted by Patrick, he asked if I needed help. Told him what I needed. He directed me to the isle I needed and found it with no problems. Very helpful & courteous

I highly recommend this store. I had to stop by a couple of times while I was in Fort Myers and the customer service was always spot on. Homer, in particular, showed an outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and attention to detail.

I went into the store this morning with a low tire problem. Homer was extremely helpful, he solved the problem and I was on my way. You can tell he really enjoys helping people. Thanks Homer. The world would be a better place with more people like Homer in the world.

This location is very convenient for me and it s my go to for vehicle parts. They have reasonable prices and excellent service. Can t say enough about the service! I went there on Saturday to pick up a rear windshield wiper and the young man that helped me even walked out to my vehicle and replaced my wiper for me! They have rewards and sends coupons to your email. Thank you for the special treatment that s so hard to find these days!

Hurricane Ian: I would like to commend an employee Chris and his colleague that assist me ABOVE & BEYOND, during Hurricane Ian! These gentlemen came to my aid after I had a generator delivered my a family member who drive out of the area with a new 6000w purchased from an OReilly branch store. However, it was defective and this compassionate Employee saw that after 7 days, I still had no power & provided a solutionThere are Angels among us! Chris & his partner deserve to be commended for their dedication to Customer Service!

Good O'Reilly 's. Great service, knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very helpful. Nice, clean store. Pretty typical of other O'Reilly 's stores in that regard, but employee knowledge and disposition vary greatly in my experience-as i travel extensively for work and have lived in several different areas of the country and use many different O'Reilly 's stores. This store, so far, has exceeded my expectations in courteous associates with plenty of automotive experience. Highly recommend this store.

I wanted to thank Homer from San Carlos Blvd for terrific service. We were from Ohio to help flood victims when a nail punctured our truck tire. He not only shared his own tire pump but installed the plug as well. It was Sunday and no shop could help us.

Very appreciative of Homer. Had the battery die on my truck while on vacation and called up O'Reillys at 8:30. I was able to get a jump and make it in just before closing. He got the battery changed over quickly and had us on our way.

The price on a 3-year battery was good. It's specs were better the original battery in the car. I got a discount for being a veteran. It was not a good day for the person who sold me the battery and installed it. He dropped a retaining clip, a wrench, and a 12 mm deep well socket into my engine area. he managed to recover the first two but was unable to find the socket. when I got home I pulled the plastic shield on the bottom of the car but did not find the socket. Despite my driving like an old man the socket must have fallen out on the way. I asked him if episodes like this made him want to go back to school. He laughed and said yes. If this battery fails within 36 months, all I have to do is go back and they will give me another one at no additional charge. I'm happy with my purchase and the fact that it was installed. I will have no hesitation about going back to this store. I might, however, install the next thing I purchase.

I had an amazing experience with my visit at this O' Reilly's. I went in looking for a hose for my car and one of the employee working came out and helped me find the correct part and also made sure it fit and installed the hose for me. Thank you!!!!

My brake light went out again. I asked if I had LED replacements and they were sold to me. What they didn't tell me is that due to the difference in average draw that the brake light malfunction light would stay on unless I did a whole lot of more stuff to equalize current flow. It sounded way too complicated for me and they exchanged the bulbs that I purchased for standard ones. These have worked fine. Perhaps the young man who sold me the LEDs has been instructed as to what changing the bulb type entails. FWIW, the LEDs were three times as expensive as the standard ones.

I purchased inner and outer tie rods for my 98 corolla from this location with no problem other than the employee constantly interrupting me and arguing with me about my repair even though I was just trying to get in and get out of the store. Its very sad that my positive experience was ruined, next time ill just order online.

Dear Amanda @ the front desk eating your lunch,I have been a loyal patron of the "other" auto part store located a few buildings over from yours for the last 11 years. Recently I noticed O'riely opened and i was willing to stop in and take advantage of your price match policy. Thanks for rolling your eyes and being RUDE while questioning me! Good luck I am going back to the competitors who have been helpful on every visit.....

The folks at this store give great service and are conscious about wearing their mask to help protect everyone. There are also 6 foot markers placed on the floor around the store. There is an excellent selection of oil types and brands at O'reilly's.

This was the best auto store visit I've ever had. They all were very helpful, even bought a tool off the shelf just for me to use so I didn't have to buy something I'd only use once. I freaking love this store and I will definitely be making a return trip

I was at this part store last year and swore I would never return. Places change. Staff changes. I am glad I cooled off and stopped in. Mitch was as friendly, kind and helpful as any auto parts store person I have ever encountered. He went out of his way to get a number to a repair location that specialized in what I needed. I live two miles from this location and will be back soon!

So when I push the one star it came up and said "hated it". It's not so much that I hated it, as I never made in to review it. I got to the front door at 9:54. They close at 10, but the door was locked. The bad part is as I was pulling into the parking lot, I saw one of the male employees run to the front door and lock it. When I say run, I mean run. I knew exactly what I needed, called ahead to have it ready, and they pull that stunt. There were 3 employees hiding inside so I sat in the parking lot writing my review. They came out quick and single filed ,,straight to their cars and acted like they didn't notice me....the only vehicle parked infront of the store. Anyways I am working on my pickup truck - which needs a lot of work- your loss O'Reillys. Good news for Advance or Auto Zone.

Horrible customer service. Went in to get an alternator and Blake went to help the associate helping me. In the mean time Blake asked if it was tax exempt or not on the account and I told him it doesn t really matter because it was personal account so it was up to him and within the confusion of explaining to him he told me to take it down a notch and then walked away saying something under his breath. Horrible associate and customer service that guy needs to learn how to talk to customers. DO NOT GO SEE HIM.
