In August 2022 we purchased a 30 foot airstream international from North Trail RV. I have always wanted an airstream it s something that I ve dreamed of since I was a little boy. I thought they were the coolest looking trailer out there.We traveled with the Air Stream throughout Florida,And portions of the southern United States.We brought the Air Stream in for service to North Trail RV while it was there, and upon pick up, we discovered that there were stains from underneath the kitchen table that were trailing up the hallway toward the sink. I called it to the attention of the management at North Trail RV. Our service rep Daniel, carefully examined the floor with the cleaning crew and discovered that possibly the floor might be defective or there was a leak somewhere in the Air Stream as the stain didn t look like a water stain didn t appear to be on top of the vinyl but underneath it.We left the Air Stream at North Trail, RV for three weeks while they water tested it and discovered that the windows in the kitchen area were leaking going down the back of the walls and traveling underneath the vinyl flooring and the moisture was coming up through the vinyl.The situation was totally baffling as the bottom of the airstream is completely sealed in aluminum and the windows and walls are riveted. How could it be that high-quality product like Air Stream hand manufactured could leak like this was totally beyond us with the help of North Trail, RV, and many calls on behalf of Daniel to Air Stream and calls from myself, Air Stream finally agreed to replace the flooring and cover it under their warranty. This was not an easy process.The work of replacing the floor would be too empty out the Air Stream of all of the goods stored inside of it transported to North Trail, RV and North RV would have to remove all of the tree and flooring out of Air Stream . Daniel led the team in practically rebuilding the entire airstream, which took up to 10 weeks of very difficult work and water testing the entire Air Stream for any type of leak.Today the Air Stream was finally done and was shown the work and craftsmanship of reassembling the entire Air Stream with a brand new Tommy Bahama floor of which I agreed to pay the $200 difference of getting an upgraded floor and getting rid of the old brown vinyl flooring.I m writing this because I had 100% cooperation from North Trail, RV and RV and their management. Not for the persistence of Daniel with Air Stream . I would ve been stuck with a leaky moldy trailer. I will go back to North Trail for all my service. Owning an airstream is not easy you need professional assistance and input from a dealer and to be honest with you North Trail stood behind me and made my trailer like brand new.For anyone out there who is purchasing an airstream or a 40 foot RV North Trail and their management and their service tax are fully armed to handle just about any situation This situation was absolutely the weirdest and most difficult I ve ever been through. I invested a lot of money in this Air Stream is something I ve always wanted and I m very very grateful to have it, but I was brokenhearted when I saw the craftsmanship that Air Stream stands for so poorly done. This should not have happened and North Trail made this experience as easy as possible, and did excellent work.Thank you Daniel Ibarra, for your sponsorship and oversight on this very difficult situation we would have been lost without your help.Gerry SorgeNaples Florida.

Well, we had a small collision with a stop sign. It happens! Anyway we got with our insurance company and filed the paperwork. We bought our coach at North Trail RV in Ft. Myers, FL. We ve had excellent service from them weather it was under warranty or having something done to the coach. We drove down after we got home from our trip and had the estimate done and scheduled the work. There were a couple of issues with scheduling but we got the work performed and also had warranty work done after they were done with the body shop. I must say you can not tell where the repair was done. They made a basement door and installed a new rear fender. Danny Iberra took very good care of us from the collision center and Mike Phillips took extremely good care of us in the maintenance/warranty department. We are very pleased with North Trail.

Danny and the folks at North Trail RV Collision Center were amazing! The repairs made our Airstream look brand new! The service and care were even better. If only all business were as responsive, concerned and thorough as Danny and his team. Highly recommend!!

Horrible place, don't bring your business here. I purchased my RV from north trail RV this is my second unit. figuring they would be the best place to bring my RV after being in an accident that damaged the RV from the forces of the impact. the insurance declined my claim because they asked hunter the kid in charge of your super expensive rig to get fixed how it could of happened and he basically said he could not explain it. after I took the time to explain how the damage happened him in details and almost arguing with him cause he was giving me friction. I called his supervisor and he basically said we didn't bother writing an estimate because we knew the claim would be declined. then said it would cost me $150 to get a retail estimate. I think sometimes people forget they have a job because people like us choose to buy their product. and take it back to where you bought it.it is sad to see such lack of regard for your costumers. I asked him ok so the claim was denied do I ball up the trailer and throw it in the dumpster? and he said it would cost me $150 what a shame.do better! needless to say I will be taking all my future business to anywhere else but this pathetic people. I guess they work for the insurance not the costumers that chose them. wasted 4 months of my life.Tampa Airstream is getting me all set up! shout out Tampa AIRSTREAM!

We recently needed a repair to our motorhome requiring some fiberglass work and repainting. Unfortunately we discovered the damage two weeks before a planned trip. We took the RV to North Trail Collision Center to request the necessary repairs. Danny Ibarra, estimator and manager, was very honest with us regarding our short timeline and said he would do the best he could to assist us in trying to meet that timeline. He stayed in constant communication with us regarding the progress on the repairs and understood that we may have needed to cancel a portion of our trip. To our surprise the collision center was able to effect the needed repairs and painting a couple days before our scheduled departure. The quality of the work done by the technicians assigned to our unit was exceptional and in our opinion perfect. Danny Ibarra demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout our interactions. He represents your company extremely well and we would highly recommend North Trail RV Collision Center to anyone seeking repairs to their motorhomes.

I had a window broken when someone hit my rv while parked. I cleaned up any broken glass and covered area prior to bringing to collision center. The work took a long time due to the window being on back order.. ok I understand things happen. But when I went to pick up my rig I never expected to have them leave broken pieces of glass in my rig! My son cut his foot when he went to sit at dinette table near where window that was replaced. We went to sweep under the table to see if there was any other pieces of glass. To our surprise it was everywhere. I called my service contact Daniel to let him know what happened. His reply was we aren t paid to detail your rig . I said excuse me, I never expected you to detail my rig but you were paid by my insurance to repair my rig to how it was before the accident. This job included replacing a broken window. The least they could do is clean up the pieces of glass that fell when they replaced the glass. Very disappointed. I am a professional and I deal with professionals daily. This collision center is NOT professional!

NORTH TRAIL RV COLLISION CENTER did a great job on repairing my 2017 MB Sprinter 3500 RV that had major damage on the back and side of the RV. It looks as good as new. They even repaired and fixed areas that would not be seen unless you opened a side compartment door. I would use them in the future without question.

Only use them if you can leave your unit indefinitely. I worked with Hunter who told us 4-6 weeks and the repair would be 2-4 weeks. Then the service manager told us he had 40 some units on the lot and could not tell us if he could get it done in a months time, even if we scheduled 3 months in advance. So who would you believe? We are full time so we cannot tolerate this kind of uncertainty.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. And anyone dealing with RVs knows that that is quite a compliment. Our new Mark coach had exterior damage from hurricane Inn, and we made an appointment with north trails. Upon delivering our coach to them we met with a young man named Hunter, who I give, kudos to for his professionalism and follow through. North trails handled our entire insurance claim with progressive And even had the adjuster look at the unit on site. All the repairs were done to our full satisfaction.

Shout out to North trails RV, collision center.We have been over nine months, not being able to go camping because of damage from hurricane EN and repairs that we ve been making. We were so excited to finally pack up our Newmar go camping. But, to our dismay, realized that one of the air conditioners was not operating. It s 95 and high humidity!We made a call over to Treg at North trails, and he, to our amazement, had a unit available for us and told us we could bring the coach in the next morning. We took the coach in today- the new unit is installed and we picked it up this afternoon. Everything is working beautifully. WOWIt s been a long time since I have received. Such amazing customer service.Thank you, thank you Treg, North trails, and thank you Hunter for the amazing job you do.

My experience in having body repair at North Trail Collision Center was the bright spot in an otherwise gruesome insurance claim! Hunter Reppert was sensitive to the fact that I was a full-timer so housing was an issue during repairs. He patiently worked with both insurance companies and with me. The quality of the work was exceptional and they really cared about doing the best job. I chose them because they were the only body repair that had a separate & exclusive center separate from regular maintenance. If I need body work again, they will be my choice!

Great work from the technical people that repaired our AS but the service I received was one of the worst experience in my life. Condescending attitude towards me, treated me as if I was a stupid customer. They wont try to help you in any way, everything is your responsibility. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Our Tiffin Allegro was hit by Ian and had the canopy removed. We called North Trail RV Collision center the next day and left a voice mail, after a few days Traig from the center gave us a called and set us up with an appointment within a week. He was very professional and accommodating. He handled the paperwork with the insurance and had the parts ordered in 2 days. He said it could be 4 to 5 weeks depending on the parts. It was painted and repaired and we had it back in 3 weeks. The entire staffed was great and we will recommend North Trail to our friends.

We recently had our 2021 Montana 5th wheel repaired at North Trail after a tree jumped out into the road. We are full-timers so quick turn around and great communication were needed for this to be successful. Working with Daniel Ibarra was excellent. His coordination with our insurance company was great. Once the required repairs were agreed upon, North Trail ordered all of the parts in advance and scheduled us so that all repairs were completed simultaneously. We were kept in the loop on progress the entire time and the rig was ready for pick-up as originally promised. A few weeks later we had some minor issues with the repair and once again they scheduled us immediately and got us back on the road within 24 hrs. Our rig looks brand new again and we have had a very good experience working with North Trail.

Extremely satisfied with the service and work performed by North Trail RV Collision Center on our Newmar Coach. From my first contact through the repair process, Hunter Reppert and the team at North Trail kept me informed via phone and email (with pictures). Any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. Their coordination with the insurance company was great. Repairs on the coach, two bay doors and wheel well fiberglass, were completed ahead of schedule and the quality of the work was outstanding. Paint matched perfectly and the coach looks like new. I highly recommend North Trail RV Collision Center.

In a world where it sometimes seems like a good service is hard to find, Northtrail Rv Collision Center is the best of the best in every way. The service, the welcoming environment, as well as a very detailed explanation of the work being done and it is very high-quality work, from my experience. Had a small warranty issue from a job they did for me earlier in 2021 and they stood behind their word every step of the way, making it right and taking the corrective action needed. Daniel was my contact there and he is absolutely A+ in my book.
