Make sure you ask for Jimmy. Every time I bring my car in for service, Jimmy absolutely makes sure I am taken care of every time. A+ service! Everyone truly is amazing and eager to help.

I recently went to the service dept and asked for Jimmy as he's the only person I trust to advise me on the service my car needs. I was told he's no longer there and that he retired. I saw him recently at Publix and learned that he did not retire, but was fired! I will not be back to this dealership and will take my car anywhere but here. I learned they will not only lie about what your car needs and charge astronomical prices, but also about the staff member that I've trusted for YEARS to take care of my car's needs. Very disappointed. What a shame! I will never be back there and will share this news with ALL of my friends.

I was very happy with Ben in service. Brought my Titan Pro 4X in for an oil change and some warranty work. Everthing was done perfect. I would recommend this dearlership if you need service.

An absolute nightmare. Don t ever have your car serviced year. They are unethical and will try to find more than you really need. I started going here because I had a Nissan and had a service agreement that could be used at any Nissan dealership. I went to this location because it s convenient. I traded that vehicle in at this location for another vehicle. That was great experience too. Everyone I ve interacted with has been professional, informative, not pushy to up-sell. You can call or go online to make an appointment. The best and fasted way is to drop your car off for an oil change. Their prices are actually cheaper than other places for high synthetic oil. And they mail out coupons if you get on their mailing list.

Rotated my tires. Not back to front but cris crossed causing the belt to separate in two of them. I had them marked. They denied it. Nothing new. Worst place to get your shoes tied. Much less car repair. General manager hides, Gerome just lies and Chris isn t qualified to clean a toilet. Don t go here! Called the service center when the drivers side exterior door handle of my 2018 Nissan armada broke off. I called the service center and they told me it was not covered under warranty. While it is not technically covered under the warranty my argument was the it was clearly a manufacture defect that frankly should not happen after 5 years, before I got this car I owned a 2002 Sequoia for 16 years and the door handle never broke off. At any rate I was told that to replace the handle it would cost somewhere in The neighborhood of $550. I looked up the part before I called part #82640N on the Nissan parts website, it s about $160 so they wanted basically $400 for labor. I ordered the handle and replaced it myself and it took less than an hour. I can imagine if you fix cars for a living this couldn t possibly take more than 30 minutes. It was 4 screws, removed the interior panel with a putty knife wrapped in painters tape so no scratches and unclipped two wires, slid the new handle in, put it back together, easy. And I know they aren t paying the price I paid for the handle. Absolutely absurd to charge that much for work that took a pencil pusher less than an hour. Take your vehicle anywhere else or take a look on YouTube and I bet there s a video on how to do it, that s what I did and saved myself $400.

So far my experience is not very good I brought my car in there a week ago Friday was hard to find a truck but I found one had a towed in the CVT transmission is gone and there was no loaner car to give me no car for me to rent at Enterprise so I rented the car at turo as of today one week later Nissan supposedly has still not made a decision on what to do put in a new transmission or rebuild the old one I don't think either is my problem I just want a transmission and it should be new as that was the recommendation from the mechanic but it's supposed to be goes in a database and they have yet to answer the request for the repair what is a person to do I sit here and wait for Nissan finally get it done on top of that they never answer their phone in the service department so I had to drive up there personally to find out what was going on I asked for somebody to call them do something I can't wait forever for a repair. So at this point in time I would give Sutherland Nissan a grade of an f not very good I've never had this experience before there all other experiences were very very good this one is an absolute disaster

Nissan and Sutherlin made me very happy when they stood behind their product, my car, and fixed the front end under warranty when they really did not have to. But they sure bought a lot of loyalty from me. Thanks to Stephanie and Tito in Service I fell in love with my car again. Thanks guys!

My sensor got damaged and the engine light came on in my 2019 Nissan Kicks from HURRICANE IAN. Debris had blown up into the sensor. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Joshua Irwin and his staff corrected my problem and did not gouge me. Joshua and his staff are very HONEST. Everyone at Sutherlin Nissan was so helpful and asked "how I was recovering from the hurricane." Some of the Sutherlin Nissan employees there had also lost homes, roofs, property, etc. from the hurricane and were working that day. I lost my own roof from Hurricane Ian. All I can say is that the residents of SWFL know how to come together and help one another recover. The employees at Sutherlin Nissan are doing just that. Treated with up most respect by all that work here., they are fast and efficient at getting my car fixed and me out on the road again fast. Nissan is a great car company and I have been a customer of them for many many years. Always took great car of my car when I brought it in to them for service.

I needed a new key for my car.It was ordered through the parts department and the service people programmed it. All very seamless. They even washed my car, it was a pleasant surprise.

With appointments 1/2 hr service turned into 2 hrs later. Two others before me complained being in the same situation. One person's car was completely forgot about and she was not a happy customer.

I just have to say that I would never go to buy a vehicle with them and I would not recommend them to anyone or to my worst enemy, they are liars, they put prices on cars and then it is something else, they cheat with the numbers and they give you a guarantee of Unauthorized car paint, that is, the customer pays for the car paint if they did it for being used, my opinion is the worst Diler that exists in FL. The Manager is an ethnic discriminator, he does not like Latinos because he does not speak Spanish and shouts it in the client's face, I only regret having gone to that Diler on 12/30/2020 they have caused me a tremendous disappointment.
