Brought new tires to get installed and the next day one tire was flat. I went back clueless to why I had a flat tire. I was explained it was a valve and charge was $20. I paid $25/tire installed the day before and $15/lock nut which required 2 to be removed for a total of $130 without a problem as it s what was quoted for my 2018 Honda fit. Mind you my old used tires will get resale!because I didn t buy the tires from them it was $20 but if I had bought the tires from them the valve would have been $10 explained allegedly by the owner who was very unprofessional and telling me to leave and not to pay anything because I asked about the pricing and how come it was $20 when I was not offered to replace the valve the day of the tire installation and how come the valve went bad from a day to the next. How do I know the valve was not damage while the new tire installation?Employees who helped me the day prior with the tire installation provided good service and maybe because of their tip which they earned. The owner was not at the establishment on tire installation which I explained but the owners attitude and customer service is the worst.I will not be going to this establishment anymore even though I had been here a couple of times. Not again, plenty of tire shops around in the same street.

Here in this building you'll find a guy that will change your tires with care he patched instead of plug, he greased the lugs and bead, he made sure I approved of the used tires he chose for us. He was the shop foreman at another shop further east on palm beach beside Tropical fence. So we do have history. However I've noticed the same care and due diligence with the vehicles that came before mine. This guy's is great considering the problems I've had with other tire care centers. I don't know the gentlemen's name I do recognize him. He is a clean cut cut friendly smiling gentleman in the bay to the left. He's a tire mechanic professional on sedans

Very fast at changing tires. But they like to steal the caps off your tire. Where you put air in it. So be aware. And one man told me a used tire was $45 but when it was time for me to pay he said $55. Then stated that they charging me $4 extra for using a card. So i ended up paying $59. Not honest

Very disappointed & dissatisfied, they supposedly fixed something and broke another thing then charging me what they broke. Confronted them of what they did, which they did not deny what they did but they still had to charge for the part these rip offs. They are not honest people especially the owner who thinks he is all that and leaves to not have to deal with any issues and just tell his employees to charge them and hides. He is so lucky I am not a violent or crazy person, I just paid them another $100 for something they broke on top of the $447 paid for the job they screwed up. My advice is to avoid them if possible they are not honest and don t care, they just want to rip you off. They are not responsable for their own actions, they just ruin your vehicle more.They need to be sued, seriously! Thinking to look into actions against them.

We were so happy we found this tire shop. We were leaving the next morning to Michigan and got a screw in one of the tires. All the shops we called said we would have to wait 2,3 days before being able to get us in. This place said they could accommodate us right away, they were super friendly, professional and fast. They saved us from a very stressful trip.

Let's just be honest here. I went in for an oil change I provided for my own oil which they did use. They charged me their price for an oil change ok great.The problem I had was I know how much oil they used for my car. my car uses 4quarts. The guy told me that he used all 5 quarts for the filter and that my car took up 4.5 since he specialized in Toyotas. Ok, I took his word. Later on, I was scolded by my personal mechanic because whoever did my oil change went way over and had oil all over my spark plugs which broke the motor gasket. Great now more money to spend. I advise everyone to be careful. These shops in palm beach are great but not with everything.

Little pricey but very courteous employee, parking is little difficult and in and out way is also little tricky, you can always negotiates the price they offer

They were awesome..and the guy that helped me was all smiles kept me smilimg...checked my tire and right away he told me my problem and fixed..4sure will be back

Awesome!! We stopped on a whim to see if we could get 2 tires. Gave us a deal and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. With 2 brand new tires including warranty. Great service, they were very polite as well. Will be returning!!

Best place in Fort Myers for tires Stopped by to have tires checked before a road trip to Texas. I expected the price to be so much more. Henry(Cuba) was very honest, and all I needed was a patch for one tire. Most places would charge you for tires you dont need. I was really amazed with the honesty and service of this place. I highly recommend them. Cuba I give you 10 stars! God Bless!

Amazing experience. Excellent price, wasn t a crazy wait time like the usual auto shop.. and got done efficiently WHILE taking care of ALL the problems i was having with my vehicle. Definitely 10/10 and i will be coming back here for all my vehicle problems. Oscar was excellent for me.

I Loved coming here , it was always a good price and owner was a good person .. so I thought after coming here for the third tire realized the tires they gave us was always bad and went out quickly , need my brakes to be changed and they couldn t get my rotors of started beating on my car with a hammer and still NOTHING ! Wanted to charge me 900 for new rotors and wheel bearing when I declined and said I ll take my service else where they wanted 85 dollars for labor but all they did was hit my rotors with a hammer and said they couldn t get it off and called it labor . Bad service , greedy people stay clear of this shop !

Glen was such a swertheart...very kind to help me with both my tires as well as educate me on what I needed and why. Followed up additionally on pricing in less than an hour. As a fellow business partner in the community am grateful and will most certainly return!!

I spent the better part of a day calling and driving to different tire shops in Cape Coral and Fort Myers due to a cracked rim. Each place sent me on to the next, on a spare that was going to blow any minute. I finally reached this shop and these guys pulled out the caliper and searched for a rim (which I don't believe they generally sell manufactured rims here). They knew I was in a tight spot and still gave me a great price. That's a true sign of integrity. I recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable wheels from a reputable shop.

Quick process. Has alot of nails and metal in the parking lot picked up a roofing nail and threw it in the trash while I was waiting for a tire change. Told me 120 for 1 tire and 115 each for 2. Ended up charging me 120 each at the counter

Always do as requested and I have NEVER had to return with same complications. The owner is EXTREMELY FAIR WITH COST.I intend to continue using this shop .

Best service I ve ever received at a tire shop. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly and prices were awesome. They carry more sizes than your other shops and service any make,model, or size.

They replaced my power steering pump and I purchased a new tire for less than Napa quoted me for just the power steering pump. They didn't waste my time, they listened to my questions and concerns, provided fast and friendly service. My car didn't come out with more problems than what it went in for!!!

Shifty tires, blind employees!! Took over 5 tines to correct a mistake. An they will try in give u a faulty tire if u don't watch

Needed some tires for my truck. They had them in stock at a good price. Install was fast and good. Asked for new valves kept the price the same as the original quote.

Told $20 over the phone for tire. After install they say it was $25 plus $2 fee for debit? Never again.
