John at Napa Auto Care Center is fantastic! He helped me with Mustang GT. He was honest and actually cared about my situation with my car. I am happy to say that I have found my go-to mechanic from here on. CHECKOUT "SINRAZE" THE HOTTEST BAND IN FLORIDA!

Napa was responsive to my call, got me an appointment as soon as I needed it. They were clear about everything they found, explained the difference between work that was required vs work that should be done but could be delayed. The work on my car was completed when expected at the price I was quoted. They were professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again when needed.

The guys at Napa were great. I thought I needed front breaks. I was also on a tight time line. I filled out an apt request online on a Sunday, Anthony called me Monday morning to confirm the apt. They did and inspection and told me my breaks were good. I appreciated their honesty. Saved me a ton of money. They provided great customer service with every interaction. 10/10 would go back.Service: Auto brake replacement

I recently dropped off my vehicle here and felt the staff and management was extremely unhelpful. I recommend using another location or taking your vehicle somewhere else. All around poor service and charged me a diagnostic fee without giving me a reason for my car troubles. Definitely felt like these guys were giving me the runaround and wouldn t trust them with any vehicle repair

Knowledgeable, Friendly Professionals, and Reasonable Rates to name a few qualities: able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. Their prices are reasonable and the repairs are effective, I ve never needed a follow-up. I especially like the way they follow up with a text to me. I also get reminders for checkups.They do the work I ask of them and nothing more, unless they see something serious, and then I get a call first, unlike other auto service companies I have reviewed. (See Pep Boys on Yelp 01/24/2020)On 09/28/2022 Hurricane Ian, a severe cat #4+ storm, hit Fort Myers and a short week later NAPA Auto was up and running, servicing their many customers as best they could. I called late in the morning, 10/5/2022, to ask if they were even able to be open yet due to the devastation everywhere. My car wasn t running right and I had a flat tire, (what many people may not realize is that a hurricane can cause tires to go flat). They told me I could bring it in, but couldn t promise when I d get it back (I understood). I dropped my car off about lunch time and by 4pm it was done Amazing! These people have always done a great job for me! And they accept my AAA Auto Club for discounts.Service: Oil change

Stopped in for a car repair referred by another business. They weren't able to fit me in, so I can't rate the service provided. They let a sale walk out the door, which is why I can't give it five or even four stars.

Greg and his team are the best in the industry. I have been a repeat customer for over 15 years and I will not go anywhere else. 12/02/21 Once again excellent service from Greg and his team. I would not take my car anywhere else for service. I have 2010 Altima with 171,000 miles and it runs great thanks to Greg and his team.Greg and his team are simply the best. I have been going there for years, and I always receive excellent service. Update 02/01/20. I bought 4 new tires in Dec 2019. My tire light was coming on. I brought it down to Napa this morning. I had a nail in a place that is difficult to fix but they fixed it. I also noticed some oil in my garage where I park my car. They found that it was a bolt that was broke. They fixed that as well. When I went to pay the bill, the service guy Jay said, "No charge". What? That is rare. I have been going to this Napa for 8 years. My car has 165,000 and runs great and one of the reasons, I only let this Napa service and fix my car. I want to thank Jay and the Mechanic. My only regret is I should have brought those 2 guys lunch. Next time. They are the Best!!!!!Update -07/24/21 brought my car in last week and yesterday and my previous review stands, they are the absolute best auto shop. I did not appreciate Napa,being a AAA member,they did NOT help me,by refusing to repair a new tire that was damaged,and that Firestone rpaired for a much lower price.

Good place to have work done in your car. Customer service is on point, they don't cut corners. The prices are reasonable. This is becoming one of my favorite car repair shop.

Went to Napa to get work done on my truck. From calling in to picking up my truck, they were SUPER CONVENIENT. All I had to do was drop off my truck after explaining my situation. Each step of the way they notified me with an update. Greg was the guy I had helped me and was more the amazing. After Hyudai of FM couldn't get me an oil change appt for 2 weeks , I called NAPA on Metro for appt. They got me in when I originally wanted. Went to store, they took my car in and service was completed within an hour. Service advisors extremely competent and friendly. Also, very busy.Can't speak enough good re them .Thank you. Will take my business thereReturned June 15, 2022. Had appt.Oil change and AC fluids replacement.Vehicle's service completed 45 min before estimate.Pricing excellent, esp if AAA member. Waiting area clean and service managers very congenial.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

They repaired my radiator and coolant fluid leak. Have been using NAPA since 2007 and they have always fixed my van with the correct diagnosis and repairs. I went to this place on November 25, 2017 to make an appointment to have my car service. This place was recommended to me by a patriot who is a regular customer and who also is a AAA member. I spoke with Ken and made my appointment a week in advance on the slowest day and early in the morning on December 2, 2017. On the day of my appointment I get a call from John who stated one of his Techn. call in and he had a load of work and had to canceled on me and hour before my appointment. I asked doesn t he have other techn who could attend me and he said no that they re very busy. I ask if he could give me another AAA facility that I can go to since I need my car service due to the long drive I took from New York to Florida. He didn t recommended any other facilities I could go to except if I want to make my appointment for Monday. I told him I have a several appointments on that day and I was leaving to New York and this is the reason I made my appointment head of time with them. Still he couldn t help me. I interpret they re actions for not serving me is that they have they re regular customers who they attend to and cancelled me out because I was new. I will never go to them again. They could of had a regular customer with me. If this is how they treat new comers, I wouldn t recommend them to anybody. I m definitely reporting them to AAA Auto of the South and let them know what occur, since they were the one who recommended me to them. Very disappointed.

I take my car to Napa for all repairs and service and they do a great job! Tony and crew are very knowlegable and extremely trustworthy, very important qualities in a repair shop! They are efficient and affordable and communicate well. I highly recommend them!

ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST PLACE!!!! Never take your vehicle here. Especially if you want it back in the condition you took it in. They repeatedly told me for the past 3 weeks I would get my car back on that Friday or the next Monday...mind you it's been a month. Small, minor damages nothing to take that long to fix. The front desk Ala ; most fake person I have had to deal with, ruined my key with a sensor inside so I'm looking at $350 if not more to get a new key because it looks like a dog chewed the bottom apart. Personally I don't have a dog and on top of that the car was brand new. Just got it two days prior to my off road experience when someone abruptly stopped in front of me and my insurance company mentioned NAPA on Metro because it was convenient and they would cover it.Unfortunately like I mentioned getting the car only two days prior i didn't put 200 miles on the vehicle. I might of put 60-100 but how did all those extra miles get out on?? I was highly upset over this but the front desk could care less about my experience or fess up to what they did to me and my vehicle keys.Hopefully this will stop anyone else from giving them any type of business!!! I will be fighting this as much as I can because it's just not right how they walked all over me.Best of luck to anyone that does go there hope your experience is better than mine was.

I worked here as a advisor. I can honestly say that these are not trust worthy people whom only have their best interest in mind. I watched them over charge customers, talk bad about them the minute they walked out the door. I used to think that taking your car to a dealership was a rip off and independent shops were the way to go but after working for both i now see the truth in the saying you pay for the service and expertise you get at a dealership. At least at the dealership the can't make up their pricing. I would never work or take my car here if they were the last place on earth. I was so unhappy there working with snakes that will say anything to get what they want and treat employees as well as customers like they were nothing. Leaving autonation for these bad people was a huge mistake. Glad i am not there and back in a dealership.

I had the best experience when I took my Acura in for service. Ken was very customer oriented, knowledgeable and explained the repairs I needed to keep my car running like new. There is no way I'll take my vehicles anywhere else. NAPA is a true neighborhood gem!

Always very happy with them.Very honest and upfront about what's going on with my car. Ken and Greg are top notch when it comes to what usually is a very painful experience. They even offered me a ride to my house! Thanks again guys!!!
