Went in for just an oil change, no appointment. They cheerfully fit me right in. I think I interrupted the tech's lunch but he jumped right in. I was given a thorough report of recommendations but no pressure. Will definitely return. Not from this area so happy to find a shop I feel I can trust! Pricing was right in line with what I've been charged in my home state.

The front portion of the bottom engine cover was loose. I stopped in to see if they could reconnect it. They reported that it was too damaged to reconnect so I instructed them to simply remove it. Their follow-up was excellent and caused me to reconsider my rating.

Had my truck towed there after close, as soon as they opened I gave them a call to let them know what was going on. They looked at it and told me they would be able to get it done within the same day. Had two sensors that seemed to become ghost but for a decent price and in amazing timely manner had my truck back by the end of the night. Great work as well as good communication.

My mistake thinking they sold engine coolant turned into a great car repair. I was quoted from Audi for over 9K for a coolant leak. The guys at NAPA not only found and addressed the leak for around 3k. They also could not find a reason for the extreme quote given by Audi.I will be going to them for any car repair issues in the future. Great service and fair pricing.

Unfortunately my jeep got an oil leak over a holiday weekend and i had to leave it and go back to the east coast of Florida. I had my jeep towed to Napa I spoke to Robert 1st thing January 2 when they reopened. I was a little uncomfortable leaving it and being on the otger sidecof the state but Robert had already seen the jeep and called me later that day with what needed to be di e for repair. He was so nice and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He went out of his way to get the jeep up and running quickly even though the part was on national back order! He also made suggestions to prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend this Napa for friendliness, honesty, knowledge snd in general going above what was expected!

Napa Auto has done a fabulous job keeping my 2005 Toyota Sequoia running. Just when I think its time for a new car, they re able to locate the required part and fix the problem.

I had my back brakes and rotors replaced at Napa a few months back. The caliper went out and ruined my pads and rotors. Napa replaced the pads and rotors the same day I took it in to have it checked ( no appointment ) at no cost. I have never had such great service anywhere. I would highly recommend them.

NAPA of SWFL is Very easy going Professionals. They are Very easy to talk to and they listen. I would recommend them. I will be back to have them work on my vehicle.

They fixed my 06 ford focus. Emergency tow on a Sunday, Monday they responded the issue and were ready for pick up. Awesome service, great fellow to deal with.

We have been coming to NAPA for years - first to the downtown Fort Myers location and now to this one. We have always been pleased with the top-notch courtesy and professionalism. They were very professional. There was a minor time delay in my repair due to an incorrect part being sent to them. They had to locate the correct part and actually drive to the location to pick it up. Even though the correct part cost more, they honored the quoted estimate price. I was kept informed during my entire wait. Pleasant surroundings. I would definitely recommend!Service: Auto glass repair

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Doug and the Napa AutoCare Center team, who not only treated me with care and respect as a customer but handled my automotive repair quickly and efficiently. My car was ready on time, and I was given a 10% discount for being a AAA member. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them as a trustworthy service provider.

Went in with a tire issue.... one kept losing air and showing low pressure. Doug was very helpful. They put my Lexus up on the rack and thoroughly checked and inflated all tires.. Could not find the exact issue, but did not charge me a penny. I will surely be back as needed, A rare find these days!!

My 2010 Hyundai's breaks suddenly failed and I had it towed in to the facility upon recommendation by AAA. From giving me a call to ensure that I had transportation myself, to allowing me time to weigh in on my options, I was treated with kindness and respect and never felt pressured. Upon giving the go ahead to have the corroded break lines replaced, the repair was done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this auto care center.Service: Brakes

Doug was very friendly and accommodating, when I scheduled my oil change last minute, in order to be able to use my Groupon. I got an appointment quickly, the service was pretty quick and the waiting room was like being in your family room at home.

Alternator change they were fast, honest, respectful, reliable and the best price in town trust me I called them all. They've followed up and stayed in contact day of and the week after. I have been to this Napa many times, my company has all their trucks serviced there and I also take my personal vehicles there for repairs. The service is excellent, friendly staff, very reasonable prices, outstanding mechanics and a waiting room that is very comfortable... like sitting in your living room .... I give 5 Stars for everything

Real, honest mechanics. I went to three mechanics and all told me my radiator needed replaced. They were all wrong! Luckily Napa found the true cause of my coolant leak, found me the right part and did an amazing job replacing it. Thank you Napa and Doug, the store manager.

Worst auto repair experience in m life. Went in for a soft brake issue and $900.00 later it was worse coming out then going in. Manager said; " It was all I can expect from an older truck". Really? Older trucks should not stop. Got it back three times and was no better. Took it to Precision Automotive and now it will stop on a dime. Forgive them Lord for they know not what they're doing.
