My service representative Mike was very helpful and informative as always. The staff at this location understand the meaning of customer service. I have been to this dealership several times over the past few years and they remain consistently excellent. I am always greeted pleasantly and given accurate information about my vehicles needs. The men and women who work in the repair division are efficient and thorough. Usually they get my maintenance completed while I wait in their comfortable lobby where complimentary refreshments are available. They are always professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone in need of repair for their mini cooper. (Plus, you get to check out the latest models and gear on display in their beautiful showroom!!)

I had to take my mini for repair on the back windshield and I am very happy I was able to do it with them. Mike was my advisor and he was great from the start. Initially called to get information and he was very knowledgeable and professional, he gave me different scenarios that could happen but eventually told me to come in for him to see what could be done. Once I was there the environment was very professional and customer oriented. This could have been a nightmare as my car was just purchased and it had to be handle by the warranty company but thankfully with Mikes knowledge and willingness to go thru the process all was fixed and all I had to pay was the deductible. I recommend using them for purchases and any maintenance as everyone I had contact with was very pleasant and informative. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be coming back.

An Ohio resident in FL for winter and the brake light came on. The dealership was awesome about getting my car serviced timely. They advised me of additional service needs and were very professional. Very pleased with my whole transaction today. Didn t feel as though being an out of state resident or female that I was treated poorly. Highly recommend!!!

I had an alignment completed here. I had issues getting my steering wheel aligned straight but we ended up getting it fixed when I went back my second time. Service department took care of the task. Appreciate the service! I ll be back when I need another alignment.

Arrived at mini of ft Myers and was greeted immediately. My assigned adviser Michael was the best. He kept my updated on the progress of my vehicle. I am very impressed with his service and attitude. by the way, this was my first visit to this dealership and I left was served. Keep it up guys.

Dropped off our clubman mini Cooper for brake pads. They inspected the vehicle since it hasn't been in service for a long time and discovered I needed a few more items repaired. They mentioned it to me if I wanted it done.They did not push it or tried to sell it to me. That was unexpected. Very glad I had great service.

Mini Cooper of Ft Myers was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we've ever had. Our salesperson, Beth, was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the car. She patiently answered all our questions. Our experience with the finance manager was equally seamless. Bob made paper signing as pleasant as possible and we had some laughs too. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in a Mini Cooper.

I was early and they started right away, suggested places to eat within walking distance since it was lunchtime and washed my car. They sent me a text when everything was done as I finished eating. The service manager and assistant are very polite.

I had have my Mini dropped off for Service, because I have been ill and unable to drive. Nick was very helpful and getting the car diagnosed and serviced and back to me as quickly as possible. Very happy with the service I have received here.

Michael the service advisor is awesome. He s 100% honest and trustworthy. Upfront with what needs to be done and what can be done at a later date but will need to serviced in the near future. The mechanics that get the job done the first time. I highly recommend getting your Mini serviced here.

Definitely would recommend both Mini Coopers and Mini Cooper of Fort Myers for both quality of service and reliability of the brand. The members of the service department and mechanic staff are always friendly and polite, as well as show passion for their brand. Many of the staff I've worked with over the years own a Mini themselves, or are a car enthusiast in general. I especially like their attention to detail when working with my vehicle. They will share videos of the process, and of the parts/issues that are recommendations made on invoices. This definitely goes a long way with anyone who values transparency during the process. If you own a Mini, I wouldn't even bother comparing other shops, they always have the best or most competitive prices and you'll be getting oem Mini parts installed by a Mini specialist. It is worth it. Owned my Mini JCW beyond 100k miles now and with the regular maintenance I feel confident I'll have it another 100k miles or more. They want to see you in your Mini out motoring as much as you want to be driving it. Mini's are one of the last unique types cars on the road paying homage to their roots. Mini of Fort Myers lives up to reputation set by the brand.

Review on our 2022 Mini Coop S 4-door.Upon arriving at the dealership we were quickly greeted by service dept. We settled in nearby in comfortable chairs/sofa.Our service rep explained the scope of the work they d be doing and off he went!In our case, we had some errands to run and our rep very efficiently brought up a loaner Mini we used while the service was performed. After our lunch our rep called to tell us the work was complete and to take our time-no hurry to return to dealership. Once back he efficiently settled up with us and off we went, back to Boca Grande.Yes, it s a bit of a drive to FTM for service but these folks are the BEST caring for our Mini Coop!

I had an issue with a car I just purchased and called for help . I was treated with respect and understanding . They made sure the car will be taken care of. Alex, my sales person did everything to make sure I had a car for the week until mine is repaired. Truly a great group to deal with.

I have had my Mini Cooper serviced by Mini dealerships for the 15 years I have had her. When I got a warning light and got her into the dealership last month, they diagnosed an oil leak issue and an issue with control units communicating. $1700 later, all fixed. As I left the dealership, I stopped at the store and upon my return to the car, the exact same light was on again. I called, got the car in for service, (45 minutes drive each way from my home) and was told it would be $1215 to replace the DSC sensor (which was the original sensor light that came on). The light now comes on randomly and the car seems to run with no issue. Why was this not fixed to begin with? It was the original issue why I brought the car to the dealership. I don't plan to be back.

Always a pleasure to work with Michael when I come for work on my Mini. Mike is THE BEST!!! He is always there to help me out with Any Mini repairs and all the work done has been excellent and always with Michael. I would never think to take my Mini to any other service center...EVER!!! You always look out for us and always have our Best Interest at heart and... most ALWAYS, Treat us like Family...Consistently at the top of the list!!! Thank You Mike - Really Great to work with YOU and your Service Team! It is so wonderful to have a clean, washed car back to me after the service is complete...Kudos to all the people that take care of my car - Just love that extra touch! Needed a oil and filter and a few more things. The experience was efficient and friendly. The service agent even went so far as to wash the car himself to make sure we were able to leave as soon as possible.

I'm in SWFL seasonally and my schedule while in town can be tight prior to heading back north. Recently my Mini Cooper was having some issues and the dependability of the car was in question and needed to be addressed asap. I used the online service system and booked an appointment out about a week or so. The car got worse and I needed Transporation so I reached out to my service coordinator Mike Braun directly. He patiently listened to issue and said bring it in, get it here and we'll fit you in somehow. After a few new parts and some labor I was on the road again. Couldn't be happier. I have used this service department a number of times now and the care I have received from Mike, Nick and the others I have worked with has been exceptional. I can't say enough about this dedicated group of people.
