Unfortunate experience. We had them fix our vehicle after it was hit, and the paint match wasn t close. I suppose this shop doesn t have the scanners others do to mix paint that is color matched to your vehicle. They said it was the best they could do. After some heated arguing they did agree to respray and blend it. It came out better, but the lift gate is still darker. Jennifer at the front desk was very nice, the other woman that works there, not so much. Maybe others will have better luck than we did.

This company did a great job in repairing 2 of our vehicles after they were both involved in minor accidents. They also do a fabulous detail once the cars are repaired. Our cars looked brand new when we picked them up.

When many other autobody shops were booked until June, Mike s auto body took me on within days of calling. I got in a small fender bender, with some minor damage to the front driver side of my car. They worked with my insurance company to ensure that this fix was made quickly. They communicated well with me and gave me estimates of when they thought my car would be ready. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I would definitely use their services again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a minor fender bender that was processed through our insurance company. I visited 2 shops prior for quotes, but was treated like 2nd class citizen. Found Mike s Auto Body online and selected them based on reviews. From the minute I called them(spoke with Hilary) I was treated with awesome customer service. When I dropped off my truck the office staff was fanstastic. They explain exactly how it was going to go, and executed as they said. Workmanship was excellent and delivered my trucked washed & detailed. I d give them a 10 if google allowed it, a family owned business that does it right!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Mike s. The side of my car was dented in by a construction vehicle, and my husband checked out the Google reviews before we called. The office staff were friendly and responsive. They worked with the insurance company and the process went very smoothly from start to finish. The repaired section looks brand new! Very pleased with the quality of repairs made to my vehicle. Looks good as new. In and out in a couple of days. Cost was more reasonable when compared to other body shops. Highly recommend.

After getting into an auto accident my 2002 Jeep Cherokee was taken care of here at Mikes. Hillary was constantly updating me and was always giving my the time to explain what was the process. Super grateful that this was the easiest part of getting into an accident. Highly recommend as the customer service was excellent and the job completed was clean!

I got into a fender bender and they took me in quickly to get repairs started, they communicated with my insurance, kept me updated throughout the process and even worked with me to get my car back a day earlier which was awesome. We love the folks at Mike s Auto Body and Paint! They take pride in their work. They also stand by their work, which is hard to find! We had a minor issue with a repair and they immediately took care of it for us! Unfortunately, we ve had several cars need some work and Mike s Auto Body and Paint is our go to shop. Purchased several pre-painted parts for my car and every part did not match. I would caution against it. I ordered a new hood for my car and had Mark and his crew paint and piece together my car. Everything ended up coming out better than I expected. They took great care of my car and had it back in a reasonable time. They also gave me quotes that were half the price of the competition. Great group of people and very dedicated in doing the job correctly.

Service writer gives ridiculous, erroneous quote, says 15k is their minimum cost for basic paint job on 20 year old vehicle.She was rude and unprofessional.Downright unfriendly.I would not recommend going to this business.

Mike's did a great job on repairing my 2021 Mustang damaged during crash and dent season. Hilary was amazing, communicating with me on the status and answering any questions I had. I used Mike s to repair damage to my car because of their reputation and their warranty. Unfortunately, now that they are under new ownership, they no longer seem to care about honoring their warranty. After visiting them today i went to two other body shops and both disagreed with Mike s representative (Hilary).Based on today s experience I would not use Mike s. If I could give infinite stars, I would! Wish I could make this review short and sweet, but how can I when there's so many wonderful things to say about this place? Love, love, love the staff, the crew, and the workmanship.I got rear-ended back in October, called around to several repair shops, and Mike's Auto Body was the only place that would do my repairs. They were very forthcoming and honest about the damages and what they could do (fortunately the damages weren't severe and they were completely repaired by their awesome crew, and man the paint job was spectacular!).Though, the girl who hit me, she has got the WORST auto insurance in the state of Florida. The agent from there who was working my case was ignoring all of my phone calls and Laurel's (one of the workers here), I never spoke with a person there that honestly wanted to help me, and then they wouldn't pay for the repairs! I had to pay out of pocket.This process took about 3-4 months, and during the month that my car was being repaired, Laurel, Mark, Mike, they were all so supportive and understanding. Laurel really went above and beyond to help me battle it out with that insurance company and did everything she could to help me get my car back fairly. And I did!I am recommending this place to everybody I know, if you need repairs or a paint job, this is the place to go! Just please, have decent insurance, don't put this wonderful crew through what I did!

I wish I could give it infinite Stars also the entire staff at Mike's is not only professional but courteous as well. After making an appointment for an estimate and arriving on time I was handled promptly and reassured the work would be done as specified.Again this was an out-of-pocket repair as my car was in the parking lot and it was hit and I had no witnesses. I did not want to go through insurance but the crew at Mike's made sure the repairs were done promptly and I could not tell the difference between the factory finish and the repairs that were made on my vehicle.I want to thank the crew and the owner of Mike's for helping me repair my vehicle and working with me on being able to afford the repair work. Again I cannot thank you enough for the quality of workmanship in the compassion and professionalism I experience while at your establishment.Anything automobile body repair related you cannot do better than Mike's and I've had my fair share of dealings with body shops this is by far the bestService: Body & Trim

Mike's was referred to me by my real estate team leader Tammy and her husband Chris. I dropped off my Lexus ES350 on a Monday, due to body damage from Hurricane Ian.Enterprise on Metro Parkway came by and picked me up. Awesome service.Mike's emailed me exactly a week later like they said telling me my Lexus is ready. Oh my, the car looked better than new and Enterprise came down to pick up my rental vehicle. Everything about this entire ordeal was picture perfect!!!If you need auto body work by proven professionals, just call Mike's. I'm telling everyone I know!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They wrote with green marker on my truck in a few different places.Didn't notice till I got it home. Had to go out of my way, taking more time off work as I was not able to get it off myself. They buffed it out and here is the outcome.

Mike s Auto Body is an amazing operation. The office staff helpful and thorough. The job they did replacing my trunk, a palm frond fell on it, was perfect. My car looks brand new. In addition, they bought me new floor mats when I had thought I had mats. I didn t . I offered to pay for them and they declined my offer. Talk about five star service. I have to say it is a very pleasant surprise to deal with Mark and his staff. So very hard to have great customer service these days and they just excel at it. Clear on what they where going to fix and how much it will cost. He worked with our insurance to make sure it was done correctly. Just well done sir. I will recommend everyone I know to Mike's Auto Body.

If anyone is looking for a locally owned shop to work on their auto body, you need to have Mikes Auto Body and Paint at the top of your list.Being a native of the SWFL area, I always go local for anything to do with my car. I had a slight issue with my 2013 Camaro's front bumper sticking out after I ran over a parking bump. I called up asking if I could be seen and they asked me to bring it in. The staff was very helpful, able to get me a quote and an appointment to fix my bumper. They took me in the next week and I was out in no time at all. My bumper looks brand new, like there wasn't anything wrong with it at all. The women in the office were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Mark, your mechanics do fantastic work that deserves the highest praise I can give. Honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship of the highest caliber plus a fair price!Great job, I will be sure to go here from now on and will recommend anyone I know to go here as well.

Mark has been a lifesaver! A friend wrecked my truck and we thought it may be a total out. He was able to put my truck back together for a fair price and make sure that the vehicle was in good working order. Some items came needed after my initial quote and he did not charge me. ( I had to cover the cost of repair without insurance, due to friend being at fault) The Truck belonged to my dad and has sentimental value. The truck looks fantastic and is working like a champ! I also had been told that the truck needed new brakes after Mark repaired everything, I mentioned it and he took a look. The brakes were fine, and he saved me from throwing money into repairs that did not need done. I am a single lady and get swindled often, I feel this place is a highly trustworthy business.

So, with living in Florida you have to weary of who you take your car to. With this being the first time that I had to use a body shop in Florida, I felt a little stressed trying to choose a shop that I felt was respectable and would take care of me. Mike's Auto Body & Paint took that stress away.From the very first time I spoke with Karen Williams to just now when I paid, the level of service was phenomenal. I had a rather unique issue that took longer to resolve, solely due on my end, but nonetheless, took longer than it really should have. Karen, Mark, and the rest of their team at the shop understood and worked with me the entire time. Their kindness and understanding from the team at Mike's of my situation made the stress of MY situation easier to deal with knowing that their team was working with me. With that being said, the time that it took to fix my car blew me away...I had some major damage to the front the car, but it took no time at all for them to fix it.Their shop is top notch, clean and professional. They take pride in their work and it showed on my car that they fixed. I appreciate it, and would recommend Mike's Auto Body & Paint to anyone needing car repair or other amendments to their vehicles, you will not be disappointed!!
