My first experience with Micky Franklin's was the purchase of my first car 25 years ago. They were honest then, so when I needed a recent repair, no second thoughts. I returned to Micky Franklin's and again they exceeded expectations with their honesty and kind professionalism.

I love this shop! Some of the best in the biz right here. My whole family uses Mickey Franks. They always produce great work and I trust them. The prices are also some of the best around.

Went into this place cold, after getting a nail in my Continental DWS06+ 285/35/ZR18 tires. They ordered the tires and told me it would be three days. They called me in one day to say they were in. And two hours later my benz was back on the road with new sneakers.Pricing was quite fair also. A dear friend of mine runs a tire shop in RI, and while i didnt get THAT discount, my friend told me it was quite fair.Thanks guys. Ill be back

Fantastic team here! Super friendly and straight to the point! Fairly priced compared to lots of other shops around here and they don't give you a hard time about getting work done under your warranty!

I just want to leave a review about this place. I went this past week for an oil change and because the shifting from 1-2 gear was a little rough. I also asked them to check my driver's window because the glass came down and I wanted to know how much it was going to be to fix it.Ron came back to me after 1 hour and said that to fix the window of my 13 year old minivan would have cost me $630.00 so I thought about it and said that I was gonna pass.Okay he said no problem we will only do oil change and add an additive to help the transmission the total was going to be around $200.When it was all said and done he said that they were going to charge me labor ($200 an hour) for having checked the window situation . I was told about that charge only at the end. Wouldn't you let a customer know before hand that their labor rate is $200 per hour regardless of whether you decide to go ahead or not?So at the end oil change half synthetic, transmission additive and to check the window was $421.68.You can check the reviews and you will notice that although they might do a good job there is a recurring complaint with this business and is that they LIKE to rip people off.I've made my decision moving forward regarding this business you make yoursHave a good day .

I had a time consuming job that several shops refused to do. Ron said bring it in and we can help you. 3 hours later I received a message that my tires were ready for pick up. They were for a classic truck and they did a fantastic job. Will gladly use them from now on. Glad I found them.

They did great but I think that Brody guy might be a little light in the loafers,because he was eye balling me like he was looking g for a new boyfriend! But other that them playing boy George over the speakers in there , it was great ! They even put 4 rubbers on for me ! What a great buch of guys !!!!!!

As a woman, i trust this shop. This shop has been around a long time and its switched hands but the employees do great work. The waiting area is outdated but comfortable and open with a tv. The bathroom is big and somewhat clean. The front desk guy is sweet and explain problems to me. They dont make appointments but if you show up early the wait isnt very long. This place is my go to for tires and rims and very recently my oil.

I m a new customer and have had a few excellent experiences at a Micky Franklins recently.First, I brought my mother-in-law s car in for a noise problem. They found the source and told us to take it to the dealer because it should be under warranty. Guess what! We did and it was covered under warranty! They could have taken advantage of an elderly woman but they didn t! Such a relief to find an honest mechanic.Next, I decided to bring my own vehicle in. I rely on my van as a self-employed entrepreneur and can t be without it for long. They did an amazing job communicating with me, ordering my tires and coordinating when would be a good time to bring my vehicle in for installation and an alignment. Found out during the alignment that I also needed work on the drag link. And let me just say, I ve had shaking in this van and a little float feeling since I bought it used 3 years ago.I ve taken it to 3 other shops before bringing it to Micky Franklin s. None of them could find the source of the shaking and wrote the float off to my all-terrain tires.But these guys found the source of both problems!! It rides like a new van now and I m so thankful they fixed it. Such a relief.Highly Recommend- 5 stars for sure!Thank you Micky Franklin s for being honest, knowledgeable and for providing such excellent customer service.We now have 3 family members that have used their services!

They went above and beyond what I asked for. I asked them to fix my breaks. Not only did they fix my breaks, but they did a full inspection of my vehicle and showed me several more problems that I had. They didn't just tell me about it they actually offered to physically show me. Although I declined, I trusted they knew what they were doing and were honest with me. It goes a long way when you offer to show people the problem versus just telling them their is a problem.

Warning do not bring your car here the owner is making a living from taking advantage of local customers. I live right down the street I called on January 31 and was quoted $160 for 1 hour of labor to use their press for wheel bearing replacement on a knuckle already removed from my vehicle. I did it myself in 10 minutes instead using a bearing puller I rented from autozone for free

Ron at Mickey Franklins found a replacement tire for my wife s car, had the tire replaced just when he said they would. They have a new lockbox for keys for after hours pick up that is very slick.

Well, we have to defer our anticipated repairs for a bit (and fortunately they re not critical), but always appreciate the feedback and support we have received from our mechanics at Mickey Franklins over the past several (10-12?) years We ll be back.

These guys do good work but definitely expensive, will nickle and dime you for labor.440 dollars to balance and mount two front tires (I ALREADY HAD THE TIRES) on a 1999 corvette.I went and got the rears done for 100 bucks at the tire kingdom right next door.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I can't say enough. I called and got in same day. The price wasn't cheap, but fair and I appreciate the good work they did on my vehicle. They were nice to work with and did a good job explaining costs before doing all work. We have found our new spot.

Micky Franklin's Tire & Auto will now be my go-to shop for any auto service or product that I need! I stopped in on a Friday to get pricing on new tires and they had them in and installed before noon the following Monday. Their pricing is exceptionally fair and transparent. I forgot to get the name of the gentleman working at the service desk, but he was super professional, friendly and helpful!Great experience, highly recommend!Service: Tires
