Super nice staff! I spoke with Jeff (if I remember correctly) and he was so helpful. He was sure to explain everything in detail and didn't try to sell me anything extra. They were awesome and very quick to help us out!

This business did a great job installing the exhaust tips on my 1972 Dodge Demon. They took their time to make sure the exposure was straight and equal on both sides of the back end. I recommend them for my pride and joy.

Overall I had a great experience at this shop. Friendly honest staff that gets the job done quick. I called later in the day on a Friday about needing exhaust work doubtful I d get my truck in the same day and they said to bring it by after I got off work and they d see what they can do. Got there around 4:30 they had it inspected and lance was up front on what they could do. gave me a quote in a short time period and had me on my way within an hour and a half I ll be back again

I ve been doing business with the Meineke shop located on Fowler street fort myers fl for the past few years! What initially brought me to them was I wanted a second opinion on my 2015 dodge pick up with 80,000 miles ! (Low) yes! Which is why another garage told me that the tick I was hearing was going to require an entire rebuild of the upper motor! Then I met Don the mgr at Meineke and he said he was fairly common problem with dodge rams . The repair was completed in one day and for dollars instead of $3000! I have been back a few times since and was quite satisfied! Which is what prompted me to drop off my scion xb ! As it needed a valve cover gasket replacement! During the time my vehicle was being repaired, I had the unfortunate news That my 30-year-old son passed away! It just so happens that Mike, the mechanic had Been friends with my son in the past! Upon realizing that he was working on my son s Fathers vehicle, he was devastated by the tragic news! Upon picking up my vehicle, Mike had gotten together with Dan and the rest of the guys and when I came in! They simply handed me the keys and said no charge!! It was one of the Most sincere gestures I have Ever had Bestowed upon me! Every mechanic came into the office To show their respect! That s who Don The manager is ! And that s who his guys are!! What else do you need to know about where you want to take your car for service next time? Well done, and God bless gentlemen!!

Lance was very respectful and honest. Was able to get my car inspected with no charge. Also was helpful with giving me printed estimates about what my car could need. They were time efficient with fixing my car and was nice to see that it came with a lifetime warranty! Can t say enough about the service. I am pleased.

The Service they provided was impecable! They are willing to go above and beyond than any other Car Care Center I've seen in years! They are friendly, professional, and fast. They were even able to correct other people's mistakes from previous Car Service Centers. You ever in a jam in Southwest Florida, call Meineke in Lee County Florida, I know they will figure out your situation to get you back on the road!

One of the best experiences I've had with a vehicle repair. Issue was found and problem was solved in just over a hour. Only wish I can get service like this wherever I go. MEINEKE CAR CARE CENTER IS #1 IN MY BOOK.

Don and his technical team had my old car diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Once muffler sealed I could hardly hear the motor turn over. Highly recommend his service for all your vehicle needs, does not upsell and explains what vehicle needed and with a good price.

Thank goodness Lance found the problem as to why my car was running so rough and brakes were grabbing and noisy. Since I just did 4 rotors and 4 pads in 2022 at Meineke, I was hoping not to do this again so soon. Although repair was more costly than doing another brake job; car is now running smooth with new bushings and control arms. Thank you, Lance! A job well done!

I have a hectic work schedule, and most places require an appointment. Meineke was able to see me without an appointment, and they took care of me. Prices are fair too! I came in for new brakes and I got them. The only thing I would add is that they forgot to replace my windshield fluid.

Made an appointment to get a muffler delete and they took me in asap. Fast but high quality work with a one year warranty. Very friendly and genuine staff. Would definitely recommend bringing your car in for any type of service.

They explain to me the process for fixing my exhaust system. Which I totally understood. They had my truck for over three and a half hours and did absolutely nothing in regards to making it run better or finding out what my problem was. And then to add insult to injury they charged me $170 and did absolutely nothing. I am a seasoned Master mechanic with over 25 years experience . I would not recommend this shop or this company to any relatives or friends . It seems the shops nowadays are just out to take your money. Very unprofessional!!.Service: Exhaust

The Staff Is Very Helpful & Cooperative! Since I ve Been Taking My Car To Them For Maintenance I Haven t Had Any Issues. I Recommend This Shop Over Any Other Shop. Dawn Is The BEST!

Everyone there was courteous and pleasant. They handled my flat tire quickly and professionally. They tried to give me the cheapest and quickest option, but when that didn't work they explained why and what needed to be done. With all that, it was still completed within 2 hours. Great and friendly guys inside & out. Every Time im in & out no waiting, fast and amazing service. I will definitely recommend this place! You guys have my business in the future Good job Meineke car care!! I was scheduled to have my interlock device removed I was required to drop it off and it was supposed to take four plus hours to be removed and they were super friendly and because I had to wait there for it to get done they got right on it and it was removed immediately and instead of 4 plus hours I waited just about an hour and I was on my way this place is excellent quality Care day care about the customers and I will definitely come here in the future great job Dan and the crew

I made an appointment for 8am. My exhaust was loud and rattling. I was expecting the worst. I was in and out in a half hour. They saw it was just a minor issue and they fixed it without any attempt to upsell. I was thrilled! I think this is my new car care place.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I m formerly a brake mechanic. My catalytic converter went bad. Had replacement but did not had other tools necessary to replace it. Through a colleague that owns a shop recommended me to Mien-eke. They replaced it in an hour. Don and the staff did a great job. That was the problem and my 2015 Kia is back on the road.

Great place! Reasonable price compared to others in the area. I called several places and they were the only ones to explain to me how they do the A/C service and how the A/C works. They definitely know what they are talking about. I will recommend them and take my car there again if I need to repair something on it.

Had an outstanding experience here. Called with an exhaust issue and Angel recommended I stop by for a free inspection. They identified the problem within minutes and completed the repair within an hour while I waited.Would highly recommend Angel and the rest of the team over there. (Added bonus? They have the best coffee on Fowler!)Thanks guys!Tom S
