Great experience with Mazda of Ft. Myers! It was a true team effort by a group of passionate people pleasers. We were greeted right away and wound up in the very capable hands of Victoria Munoz. She really knew the features of the vehicles, had a very positive and pleasant demeanor, and demonstrated a true desire to ensure we left happy and satisfied. And that we did! The GM introduced me to a color combination I fell in love with and brought my spouse pizza because we hadn t eaten all day while Rodrigo worked a deal that we were quite pleased with. The finance manager explained the entire process to us and made us feel very comfortable. If you re in the market for a great new car, give a Mazda a try and don t go anywhere else but Mazda of Ft. Myers!

Everyone was so helpful! All my questions were answered and the whole process was very smooth. I felt heard and everyone seemed happy to help. Shane did most of the heavy lifting of the whole process and I left only a few hours later with a new car.

Victoria and Rodrigo were both awesome! This is the second vehicle Ive gotten from this dealership and both times were smooth and stress-free. After looking on line for a new car, I went to the dealership and met Tiffany, who had sent me an email about my interests. I was shown and tried a variety of suvs to help me figure out what I wanted. Lots of information was presented without lots of pressure.Negotiations for my trade in were done and ii felt I was given a good and reasonable deal.There was a bit of a wait for the finance manager due to some computer issues, but once we were in our cash deal was quick and smooth.The car was detailed and ready when we were and a short course on some of its features was given.This was a smooth and enjoyable transaction and I would highly recommend Mazda of Ft Myers and Tiffany in particular.

Steven went above and beyond to make the deal happen for me. Tanner was especially customer focused and courteous in getting to know me, showing me features that I did not know were there, and making me feel comfortable. Greeted outside with courtesy, directed inside for service. service writer was polite and efficient. Auto technician did a Great job with a Video in which he checked all parts/areas of the car. He recommended one thing to be done and since this dealership was so great, I decide to go ahead with getting it done t this time. This was my first time to this dealership and I was truly impressed.

Winston in the service department is awesome! He made the service process so smooth and went out of his way to assist me with all of my queries, big and small. The nicest and most professional guy in Mazda services although the service department is all good. The sales team however could learn a lot from the professionalism and honesty of the service department. I would highly recommend Winston !!

I just want to take my hat off to Winston. He is amazing every time I go into Mazda I m taken care of professionally, effectively & in a timely manner..Winston always make sure I get a early appointment so that I have the rest of the day to go to work and get whatever else it is I have to do on my schedule done.. Winston is very friendly and knowledgeable and gives each and every client his undivided attention and his customer service is a 10 out of 10 every time! I had an outstanding experience at Mazda of Fort Myers! Cristian, the sales representative, went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were met and helped me find the perfect car. Mr. Connor's guidance throughout the process was invaluable, and the dealership manager, Rodrigo, provided excellent care. Mazda of Fort Myers truly makes you feel like part of the Mazda family. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and my new car. Highly recommend this dealership!

Very disappointed in this dealership. I went to buy a car on Easter hoping for Easter sales cause one would think your only open on Easter for the good sales .,when I asked they said no we don t have any. There was that ., and I really felt like I wasn t being helped. I gave him a price I wanted to stay between and basically gave me maybe 2 options and said that s it ., I was completely willing to go over my price but he wasn t trying to help and at least say hey well help me help you ., can you do a bigger down payment ., nothing I ended up going to a different dealership and went over my price by a few hundred because I liked the options. Was disappointed in the salesperson.

Had some random Infotainment issues on drive South to Ft. Meyers. Called into the dealership and was set up with a next day appointment. A patch was identified and uploaded, had oil change and tire rotation done since the dealer offered these at competitive rates. 2 hours start to finish for service and all still good one week and 1800 miles later.

Adrian was very pleasant, enthusiastic and did an amazing job showing us all the features of my new CX50. He is Very knowledgeable about the cars We highly recommend Fort Myers Madza. Nate Cook helped me big time found that the brake fluid in my 2021, CX 5 what s contaminated? Also, the oil was contaminated as well. Nate saw to it that the master cylinder was changed gave me a good deal on a new one cleaned and flushed both systems and since I needed tires which I was going to go to Costco to get Nate did such a fabulous job for me, I purchased the tires from Fort Myers Mazda. I think Nate for the job that he did on my behalf. If you wanna work with anyone I ll gladly work with this man anytime!

Buyer Beware!!I purchased a vehicle from Mazda of Ft Myers and it has been nothing but problems! I got them a check on 11/28/2023. I asked them if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. Other than minor rips in the leather seat I was assured nothing was wrong. I had to reach out to them several times after that to ask about getting papers signed. They finally had a notary meet me in Ohio to sign the papers on 12/14/23 (even though the papers are dated for 12/11/2023). They had the car delivered to my mother s condo in Florida on 1/3/2024. I flew to Florida to get the car on 1/7/2024 to get the car. I immediately saw the touch screen radio was not working, which was not disclosed to me. The vehicle had not been cleaned at all, had no floor mats, 1 key, speakers blown, rubber seal on back door was falling off, more leather torn than I was told about, and the windshield wiper sensor was out. All of these issues were told to the Sales Manager Rodrigo and there was no solution, not even an apology provided.I paid to have the oil changed before driving it back to Ohio. While on the highway at highway speeds I felt a shimmy in the front tires. Once I got back to Ohio the check engine lite came on. I took it to Buyers Subaru by the airport to have it looked at. They told me it needed sway bars and bearings along with a new transmission.Again, I told this to Rodrigo and got no solutions or apology. The Buyers service department let me know codes had been deleted from the system, so most likely this was a known issue that was not disclosed. Luckily Buyers was able to get the transmission work covered under Subaru s Goodwill Program and I only had to pay the deductible.While the vehicle was at Buyers the temporary tag expired and I had not received copies of the papers I had signed or hard license plates. Mazda of Ft Myers finally sent me copies of the paperwork on 1/15/2024. They sent me a second temporary tag on 1/30/2024 and the hard plates on 1/31/2024.They will not tell you honestly about issues with a used vehicle. They will not call you back, you have to wait on hold for them to get around to answering the phone. They will not do anything to make a huge problem right!

I had an appointment 7:30 am. Left my car there over night I finally left there at 2pm.I needed oil change. 15000 miles service.They were nice .got everything done great. But what was the point of first appointment of the day?!

Bait and switch, not good with formal Costco pricing, don t like to give you any papers with info- luckily I took pictures. Only go to Tiffany S. Great salesperson- patient, kind, listens to concerns and quiet when her peers locked her out of the store at night!! They don t look out for each other. So sad.Also, no cash to reimburse the gas that I had to put in a loaner while they kept my trade in before I could get the new car!

The words "honest" and "kind" are never what you expect when it comes to buying a car, but I can proudly say, the Mazda of Fort Myers team exceeded all of my expectations from the second we arrived. Our sales advisor, Brett Slaughter, was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. The car we came in to see was just sold, but he made it his mission to find the perfect car for us. He took his time and never made us feel rushed. You can tell he is passionate about cars and the customer experience. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.We also had an amazing experience with Joe, one of the Finance Managers, who shopped around for the best interest rates and customized my payments to fit my monthly budget.In our car buying process, we also met Travis L. & Matt K. who were great to work with. The entire process was smooth. Previously, we have purchased cars at other dealerships down the road (Honda of FM) and left feeling taken advantage of, this experience was so refreshing in comparison (honestly, there's no comparison). You can tell their GM makes customer service and relationship building a top priority. I can't thank Brett, Joe, and the team enough!

Customer service is understaffed. They do a good job but they don't answer their phones and don't call back. It is easy to get an appointment, but it takes 3 hours or more to perform an oil change. Other dealerships automatically take your car through the carwash, not Ft Myers Mazda. No managers are available on the phone or they just disregard your call
