BAD EXPERIENCE with MARTIN'S GARAGE: I was referred to Martin's Garage when 2 of my van's door handles became inoperable. I took the van in to allow Mike, the service manager, to assess the problem and get a price to repair. A couple days later Mike called me and quoted the price to repair both doors at $424.00. He said they required a deposit of $140.00 for the parts needed to do the repair. This would have left a balance owing when the repairs were completed of $284.00. I was given the date, January 9th, to bring the van in to do the repairs. I took the van in at 7:30 and dropped it off. Later that day I received a call telling me that the van was ready to be picked up. I went to the service counter and announced I was there to pick the van up. The lady behind the counter brought over a bill saying I owed $856.00, or $572.00 more than what Mike quoted. ($424 minus $140 deposit = $284.00 agreed amount due after deposit) They told me go back and take it up with the guy that was sitting in for Mike. He told me that Mike had made a mistake when assessing the parts needed to do the job. He called Mike and told him of the error and according to this man Mike told him to go ahead and do the repair with the correct parts, saying that I would "be okay with it." I was not contacted to explain the so-called error and to obtain my permission to proceed, or to cancel the transaction. The final result was that they removed the part that would have fixed the rear door and I would be charged the original quoted amount of $424.00. Originally thinking the $424.00 would fix both doors, but only to realize the side door being repaired for the same amount as what 2 should have been. Please think twice before using this company. They do not honor their word. Had I not studied the invoice before paying, I would have ended up paying $996.00 to repair 2 broken door handles. Sick to my stomach.Glenn Roberts

Super customer service attitude! Called with a need for 2 tires on our 5th wheel RV and they were very accommodating. Once I arrived they started to work so we could continue our vacation travels. Thanks to the whole crew at Martin s, Highly recommend.

Very solid, went in with a flat and for oil change on my f150. Tire had a bad valve stem and they fixed it and changed my oil while I was there. Only payed around 65 bucks and was there maybe 20 minutes which is pretty damn fair and quick

Took my 2017 Chevy Camaro in to get an oil change, picked it up after they changed my oil & replaced 2 filters. Today Im driving home from work & my A/C stopped working along with my Coolant Temp gage. I drove it back up there & after they plugged in their reader, its purely coincidental that I now need a new Thermostat bc its cold outside!! Its 72� outside (obviously warm enough to have my air on) & I drove this car in Michigan where temps were -30, and never an issue. Steer clear (no pun intended) of this rip off/scam mechanic. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well. In today s economy, I cannot afford to be taken by a shoddy mechanic, with a not my problem type attitude. Stay away.

These people were an absolute God-send. We were passing through Ft. Meyers and our tire suddenly went flat just before the interstate. We were able to drive over and they had our tire replaced in less than 30 minutes. The employees behind the desk were personable and extremely friendly.They gave us a bright spot in the middle of a very long, hard day.Service: Auto tire replacement

I called in advance to make sure they can service a 25ft RV. They said no problem, but asked that I call when I am on my way, so they can make sure the front is clear. I did this, and was immediately signaled to pull up to the first bay when I arrived and began taking off the tire that was losing air. They quickly diagnosed the problem was a bad vale core. This was replaced, tire remounted and charged me a modest fee. I was in/out in less than 20 minutes. I Highly recommend this business.

Martin's did not fix the problem they diagnosed, but suggested they replace a part I already replaced and had made clear that I replaced. Mechanic disclosed that he had never worked on my model of car after he couldn't figure out the issue. Charged full price nonetheless.

I've gone to Martins for oil changes and new tires and have been happy with their service. I went to them recently for auto repairs and was very disappointed.Their estimate was higher than the dealership where I bought the car new. Martins did a diagnostic (which I paid for). The diagnostic was wrong and another shop made my car run perfectly for less than half the price. I don't recommend Martins and won't go back.

I live near by so when I got a screw in my tire I went here a. Out of convenience, and b. Because the reviews seemed pretty good here. After my short visit, the reviews do not even give this shop or its employees nearly enough credit. The moment i walked in i was very warmly greeted by two young ladies who were outstanding and very approachable. Then when I spoke to the mechanics, they were exactly the same and took care of me promptly and even had the courtesy to switch my tires out (I said I could do it myself since I was dropping in unannounced) and price out new tires, as mine are on their last legs, which is awesome because normally I would go to Costco for tires. Their prices are a little under costco, but I will 100% be going back just based on how they treat their patrons and will drop everything they're doing to go above and beyond.If you're reading this, do not go elsewhere! These guys rock and watching them work on other vehicles, I could see they actually care about their product and brand! Thank you for making my day a lot less stressful and being so welcoming!

Fast competent service on plugging a hole. But I think I got gyped off on the price. They charged me $30. Google said cost should be $10-15

Absolutely great service. Friendly staff. Helpful front office staff and great customer service overall. Minimal wait time to fix a flat which ended up being air valve leaking. We had a flat on our boat trailer traveling on I75. We had to leave it on the side of the interstate and go find a new tire. I called Martin s to see if they could help us. When we arrived they had two tires on the rims waiting for us. They even lent us lug wrench and jack to change them. My truck wrench wouldn t fit. They were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them for your tire needs.

Very disappointed with my visit . I have been using Martin's for years and have no complaints. Monday I had Martin's install 4 tires and do an alignment. Vehicle had the appointment for the alignment at 9am. Wasn't even started till noon. ( Glad I wasn't waiting since 9am) . Lady at front desk was very rude and I never even got a receipt for services that were performed. Now I have no way to write off the services for my business. Also the alignment still is off and the steering wheel isn't even straight. Tires had 20 pounds of pressure in them. ( way to low ) Had they drove the vehicle after the install they would have noticed the tires were way to low. New valve stem cap was damaged. WORST EXPERIENCE and I will never be taking either vehicle back.
