The service we received was top-notch. After being told by the dealership that our 2020 ESCAPE needed 4 new roters and break shoes, Mark looked at them and said they have 70% wear left on them. We got 2 voters and 4 new tires and all at a fair price. Mark is a great guy and an honest business man. For any future car repairs we need done Mark is our guy!!

Stuck with a bus three hours away from home with 8 people. Even though Marc s automotive was clearly swamped, they fit me in and got me on my way home. I can t thank them enough!

We called Marc s and he had us drive it down right away. He called us within 30 min to let us know the diagnosis. It was fixed within 2 days and he even came to pick me up. Staff is super friendly and Marc is honest. Highly recommended.

Best mechanic i ve been to in a while! Staff is super nice and helpful, it also only took them a day to fix my car. Best pricing in the area in my opinion, I will definitely be back! Hopefully not too soon lol. Thanks so much guys!

Marc s Automotive is great, I came in for an oil change. They were very fast and he even offered to replace my dead key fob battery. Very honest and great pricing. Definitely would recommend! Thank you!

Marc's is great. I just love Jimmy and Aaron. The mechanics are awesome and I trust them explicitly. I know when I bring my car I that they will be honest and not try to sell me something that is not needed. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to have your vehicle repaired. Cannot say enough good about them!!

If you're looking for an honest mechanic that charges fair prices, then call Marc's Automotive.In my first experience with Marc's, I had a fifteen-year-old truck that the air conditioning had quit working. I was expecting to pay $1,000 for a new AC unit. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to find out that Marc's had fixed the problem for a $150.I have since recommended them too many friends and family members. All of them have been happy with the work that they received.Call Marc's, you won't be sorry that you did.

Dropped my car off at 8:15 for a coolant flush and ac repair. Called me back in less than 90 min letting me know it was done and payed a couple hundred less than i thought i was going to. Super nice, super honest, good people. Thanks Marc s Auto!

I had pink fluid on my garage floor is how it began. Took it to Marc's Automotive and they said it was the radiator and belt. I agreed to do that. Next day they said the water pump and engine mounts. I said ok. Then a 3rd call and it needed alternator replacement because the belt was being chewed up by the pulley. This is when I lost it. Did it really need all this?? I'm a girl who doesn't understand cars. Did they do a good job? I think so. One thing I didn't like was they put no paper cover down on my mat and it had so much dried mud on it that I had to work very hard to scrub it off. I will say that they took me right away when I called them.

Marc s automotive is the most reliable and reasonable mechanic shop I ve ever been too. As a college kid, I ve been given unreasonable prices at every mechanic shop I ve been too and have been in search for a mechanic with genuine motives. I found that at Marc s automotive, and if you are in the area for school or any other reason, this is your shop.

THEY WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU AND YOUR CARMy brake lights wouldn't turn off since there was a missing piece. They were able to find a piece at their shop and put it on my truck within 30 minutes and didn't charge me a thing! They were very sweet and understanding of me being a student who needed to get to class! I cant thank y'all enough HIGHLY RECOMMENDServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

As the business owner Of Dr Kool air conditioning. With our vehicles always being on the road. Things are bound to happen and these guys here at marc's automotive. Always manage to no matter how busy they are They managed to get my vehicles back on the road in a Jiffy. Is whether it be a major mechanical issue or just needs new tires Even if the owner himself has to get out there and help get it done. Marc is a very honest business man and we greatly appreciate him. My elderly mom started using Marc's services a few years ago after she went to a dealership to get an estimate for work needed on her car. The dealership was going to charge her $1400 for the services. I suggested that she use my mechanic who was reasonable, honest and fair. She ended up having the work done by Marc for only $900. Recently she took her car to Marc and thought that the vehicle would need refrigerant. Marc advised her that it didn't need it. Most places would have just agreed that it was needed and charged her for it, but Marc's integrity would not allow him to do that. I highly recommend Marc's Automotive to anyone needing auto repairs. He is not only a great business man, but he is also a truly kind human being.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My truck sounded like it was dying when I brought it in to Marc's. I had bought it hastily because I thought it was a good deal, but it turns out it needed a lot of work. Marc was very communicative about all the issues going on and explained step by step what he was doing and how he was fixing it up. The whole staff there was kind and very focused on treating me right. They were fantastic and I'd highly recommend, because now my truck is kicking and rearing to go.

My first visit here and I can say that this shop is great!Jim is very helpful and a good guy, that with his team makes sure you are a happy customer.The repair was done promptly and professionally, at a competitive price.It's a clean and a very organized shop, .... "a needle in a haystack" in Ft. Myers.

Honest and reasonably priced mechanic shop that I use for all three of my trucks for my business. Marc s Automotive earned my business after one of my vehicles was having an electrical issue where the radio would turn off and on every so often while driving, I took it in here and they spent three hours trying to diagnose it and found nothing and never charged me a dime. The issue has never recurred, but they could have told me it was anything and I would ve believed them and paid for a repair like many of their competitors have done to me in the past. After seeing their great customer service, I have been back for all my trucks service and repair needs and I 100% recommend anyone else who needs a great mechanic to do the same!Services: Electrical, Oil change

As a broke college student, I drive a relatively old car. When I moved to Fort Myers, I needed to find a reliable mechanic. I had been to countless mechanics before Marc's Automotive, but I had never encountered such a kind and caring group of people like the ones at this shop. As a young lady, many other mechanics have tried to take advantage of me by quoting ridiculous prices or lying about parts that do not need fixing. This is not the case at all at Marc's Automotive. The prices are reasonable, and the parts are of good quality. If something is not worth fixing and is not risking my safety, they kindly tell me so. I trust Marc and his team so much that I even bought my first car from them. After about two to three months of owning the car, my AC went out. Even though the AC was running perfectly when sold (and knowing that I am a struggling college student), Marc went out of his way to cover the part's cost, leaving me responsible for a very small fraction of the total price. If that is not kindness, I don't know what is. I am incredibly thankful for Marc and his crew, and after two years of being serviced by them, I would not recommend any other shop to help with your car repairs.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

My daughter is a Nursing Student in her final semester. Her car was over heating weekend before Spring Break. She was not going on vacation as had to get 4 senior clinicals in during the break. Had to drive in from Tampa bay Area to make sure she made her 1pm-1am shifts Sat and Sun. Called Marc's Auto 1st thing Monday to see if I could take car in. The said to bring it in. Was not able to get it towed there until past noon.I spoke to Marc personally and explained if could not get car fixed, my daughters graduation would be in Jeopardy; if she missed both clinicals, that Wed/Thu there was a possibility she could not get in her minimum hours in by end of April. They where able to diagnose the car by EOD Monday, order the alternator that blew the 40amp fuse (controlled radiator fan). On Tuesday part game in by Noon and the called at 5pm that her car was ready.I was relived they got it done as when I dropped of my warranty contract and explained situation to Marc, I saw at least a dozen workorders on the desk. So I know they went out their way to accommodate the repair. Her clinicals were over 45 minutes away and at 1am not wanting my 'girl' to be taking a taxi or uber alone. Marc and team came thru and I thank them for the understanding and quick turn-around. Took the stress and pressure off both the Dad and future Nurse.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Highly reccomend Marc's Automotive in south Fort Myers, Needed a rear axel and Jim and Marc located one and installed it in one day. Good job guys .(sorry for all the phone calls). Great first-time experience with this business. All the folks who work there are friendly and patient (even though they were crazy busy). Marc, himself, called me with a diagnosis of the car issues and discussed options to repair. I felt no pressure and truly felt I was getting treated fairly and honestly. I feel lucky I found this business.

Marc s Automotive is the best. Over the past month I ve had a couple pop-up maintenance issues with my car. The professional staff over at Marc s got me in, diagnosed, ordered the parts and completed service in an extremely timely manner. Today I had my car towed to Marc s place at 3:30pm on a Friday when they close at 6pm. They went above and beyond to get my car finished for the weekend and stayed 1 hour past there normal hours to get me back on the road. A big car dealership service department would never give you this kind of service. I can t say enough about this shop and can t thank them enough! The office staff is also very nice to pass the time with while they are repairing your car!-AlexService: General repairs & maintenance

We recently bought my daughter's first car (Used with a lot of mileage). I wanted to make sure the car was safe and roadworthy. A trusted friend recommended Marc who looked over and tested the car. He couldn't have been more honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Marc's Automotive to anyone.

In this day in age it s very tough to find a trust worthy mechanic. I ve had a lot of car troubles over the years and have experienced so many untrustworthy mechanics that try to convince you to do unneeded repairs. The people at Marc s automotive are the exact opposite. First of all they are all so nice and friendly when you walk through the door and always shoot you straight. I had a problem with my catalytic converter that caused my check engine light to go on. So I got a few different quotes from different body s shops like Tuffys right down the street. At Tuffys they told me my catalytic converter was completely busted and need a whole new one and quoted me $1400. Same with 2 other mechanics. I went to Marc s and the technicians were very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what the problem was. They showed me that there was no need to replace the entire part and recommended proper care instructions. I followed those instructions and after a week my check engine light went off and has not come back on(this repair was back in February 2021). This is my first time ever writing a review for any place let alone a mechanic, but I want potential customers to know that you will never find a more trust worthy and friendly mechanic than at Marc s automotive.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Be aware of this place !The women in the office threaten me. She is like 5 9 and 300lbs I m small so I m scared to return .I asked for road hazard on my tires (I had all four replaces) because I am in construction and in the past I have had nails in my tires pretty often. After they were installed I was told it was not offered .They broke my AC. Worked great before they changed the blower that did not need changed Already need a oil change . Which they said they did but the sticker they put on my window was a different car all together. Since I had the tires put on I ve had three replaced again . ( mind you this was only a few months ago)They put a used motor mount in my engine . The terminals on my new battery are shot .A few years ago I gave them 5 starts because they were awesome then . But not now

I ve had my car for about a year now. I finally ran into some problems and a few family members said to go to Marc s. Not only are they knowledgeable, but really friendly and genuine. Even better, they do the job well.
