At Level 30 Automotive you can get quality of service, with reasonable price.Zack was always very professional and helpful. He explained the problem of our car and gave us options for the repair which was very extensive. Thank you all for fixing our car in such a short time. We are very pleased you put your hands on our car and make it running safe. Our company would like to offer towing service anytime you need it!!!

To all you bimmer heads. Don't waste time taking your warranty expired BMW to the dealer to get serviced. It will cost you an arm and a leg and even more. Go to the Guru's of BMW's @ #Level30Automotive. Their techs literally are BMW whisperer. After my Benz was rear-ended and totaled. I purchased a 2008 535i twin turbo that I always had wanted. Interior and exterior were awesome. But being a 16 year old car had its mechanical flaws. Therefore, Zach and his crew got me an estimate of what was needed and what could wait. Now I'm driving an all-around decent bimmer and happy to say I can't wait to start upgrading it with Level 30 Automotive. What are you waiting for. If you feel something is wrong with your bimmer (or other European cars) don't hesitate and call these pros.

Zach and Kyle did an outstanding job getting my car repaired. Level 30 is extremely professional and has excellent customer service. They gave me the confidence to schedule an extremely difficult service that dealers try to avoid doing. The timing chain service is complicated and they took the time to walk me through all the steps and costs involved. Extremely happy with how things were done. They delivered the car right on time. Highly recommend them for all BMW service.

Terrible place and work. Ruined my m5 and the experience owning it. Gave them plenty of chances and time to fix the problem and they didn t. Car cannot be driven properly at all. Clutch fluid needs to be flushed again or clutch pedal needs to be adjusted, or something. They also recommended this clutch kit, they chose not to use the brand I suggested and I went with what they recommend because they are supposed to be the professionals. Not to mention, if this 20 year old system was the problem, why not tell me before hand? I would have elected to take care of what needed to be done. Out 6700 and back to ground 0. Such a scam. Spend the extra $$ and go to the dealership. I ve sold cars and always worked on my own until this time. First and last time ever. Do not recommend this place at all.Update: as I was driving on the highway my clutch pedal sank and went to the floor not moving. Has nothing to do with the sound, you guys installed this wrong and ruined a classic m5 after I spent thousand of dollars. Such a sham. Put me and my life in danger

I m so glad I found Level 30. Zach and the guys have worked on my older BMW a few times. They ve always been great communicating the issues and timing of fixing my car. Zach saved me a lot of money by taking the time and searching for a better price on a part my car needed. Very grateful and will continue to use them if needed in the future.

Great guys to work with got my car fixed for the quoted price took a little longer, but it wasn t their fault part issues. We all know BMW but we love them. Thanks guys merry Christmas.

Moved to SWFL recently, glad I found this shop. They go above and beyond each time to make sure everything is perfect. Had the majority of my mods installed here on my G80 M3.Would highly recommend them for all your maintenance, repairs, and mods!

They are wonderful BMW mechanics and I feel blessed that my son recommended them to me. My son took his cars there and and liked their work so he felt comfortable sending his Mom there. No better recommendation than that! They are honest and fair and do great work. I have been taking my car to them for passed two years and never once felt like they were overcharging me or ever took advantage me. As a BMW owner for close to 30 years (3 cars), I can do basic maintenance, but Level 30 is without any hesitation my choice when it comes to more complex works. I've been bringing my AMG ml63 to Cole, Zack & Joey since the vehicle went out of warranty two years ago. My experience at level 30 Automotive has always been excellent. Great place, great people! They specialize in BMW and for anybody who owns one knows, having a good, skilled Bimmer mechanic is worth every penny. Very friendly, took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how the fix would work, plus VERY reasonable prices. Five stars!

Kyle and his team did an amazing job upgrading my 10th gen Civic SI. Installed my exhaust and intercooler fast and at a reasonable price. Even went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Customer service was great, diag on the vehicle was off, Came in for a certain problem and left still with the problem it started with and down couple grand. Wouldnt diag to see what EXACTLY was causing issue so just gave me the vehicle back and let me do me. Which now i have to find another shop or just flatout figure it out because i still cant drive the vehicleService: Steering & suspension repair

Out of no where, my BMW suddenly stopped going over 20MPH. I was barely able to drive it to Level 30. Level 30 came highly recommended to me by my friends, so I called and dropped off my car late Friday afternoon. They immediately started to diagnose the issues. They ordered some parts, did the repairs, and had me back on the road Monday afternoon. Top notch BMW and German car shop! Kyle and Joey are excellent mechanics who worked fast to get my car back up and running ASAP. They re experts on German cars, and had many Porsches, Mercedes, BMW s, Audi s, and VW s in the shop. I highly recommend Kyle, Joey, and Level 30 Automotive.UPDATE: I keep coming back year after year, and their shop just keeps getting better. Want to give a huge thank you to Zack, Richie, Kyle, Joey, and Team. They re hands down the best BMW repair team in Southwest Florida!
