My father lives in fort meyers FL, so he is too far from my shop and I to fix his car. Found Karr Automotive and read the google reviews. I chose this shop because I read the bad reviews, and liked how this shop handle disgruntled or unsatisfied customers. Shows character and integrity to bend over backwards and try to fix the relationship and the car. John was transparent, honest, and very thorough with the process. I was provided with pictures, and detailed notes on my mobile phone. With just a click of a button, my dads Cadillac was scheduled, repaired, and completed before the weekend. Great pricing. For the quality of service Karr should increase rates to be honest. If you are looking for a shop that will make sure your car is fixed and reliable? Please call them asap.

I recently purchased an L300 Delica and had it fully inspected by the experts at Karr, to which they found and addressed a few things. The customer service was great; John's communication during the process was straightforward and easy. Kellyn, the owner, was happy to give me some advice on the car when I picked it up. Could not be happier that I found them!

The most on point auto shop you ll find. The whole team is conscientious, concise, and consistent making the experience of maintenance or repair feel safe and worthwhile. Kellen is this country s L300 wizard, but the level of expertise isn t limited to niche and touchy vehicles. If you would like work done on your vehicle right with full transparency, bring it to this shop !

Great people here. I came in, had a strange sound in my car, they diagnosed it, we scheduled a fix date, car was fixed in a timely manner. I didn't have to wait all day for the repair. Car is running smoothly. I would highly recommend them!

The guys at Karr Automotive have helped me trust mechanics again. They do great work, and are truthful about what is needed for your car. I took my car to a dealership, they tried to convince me that my new purchase needed $2000 of work done. I took it to Karr for a second opinion. They didn't find anything wrong. They are honest and do great work.

Best auto shop in town you can eat off the floor. They are honest and upfront. Show you everything to the T. I ve had my truck in three dealerships two mechanics and nobody could fix my electrical problem. Karr Automotive stepped up and knew they could take care of it was it cheap no, was it worth it? Absolutely!!!!! Karr Automotive took care of me from start to beginning to end. Took pictures of everything documented everything these guys are the real deal. I ve been here 30 years been to Several mechanic shops, never been treated so well in my life. Never look for another mechanic, because this is the one guarantee it!!!

I had a great experience at Karr Automotive! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed my brakes done on my Audi, they squeezed me in the next day. They give you an accurate estimate with fair pricing. I will be returning to Karr Automotive for all my future repairs!

Took my WRX in for a new clutch and a few other things. Extremely happy with the service and speedy feedback after the initial diagnosis. Very professional and very responsive for any questions I had. Definitely my go to spot from now on when the subie needs work.

Fantastic customer service, quick response time and very knowledgeable employees. Truly felt taken care. The team took comprehensive photos for the inspection to justify their recommendations and was very flexible to work with my schedule. I won t be taking my car anywhere else from here on. The number one thing with any business relationship is trust and I trust the Karr Automotive team as they always been honest as far as what repairs are needed. Such an easy process working with these guys! I loved the write out they provide for you to see every step and the description of what was done. This is a place that you can trust your car with--no one taking your car out for a joyride or hooning around. Will definitely return for work that we cannot do ourselves!

Simply the best service anywhere in town.Took my Subi in for a J-pipe install.Team is friendly, professional, answer all questions and even took me back and showed all work performed before putting all back into place.Clean waiting area with TV and internet with complimentary water or coffee.Hour rate for work was spot on reasonable, very pleased with my experience with Karr and team.I will be returning for all my auto needs. These brilliant gentlemen have saved me multiple times from the Florida heat and various other vehicular issues. They've never pointed me in the wrong direction, never performed needless repairs, and never been anything but completely transparent with their inspection and repair process. Always fast, always professional, and always friendly. Plus they have the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. Thanks guys! Extremely professional from the beginning to the end. The shop is amazingly spotless and reflects how they run their operation. John was patient and took the time to explain my car's service needs and prioritized their importance, allowing me to make an informed decision. Communication was on point and efficient. I took my 2004 350Z for services at Karr Automotive, and the experience was excellent. From beginning to end, great communications from John as well as Kellyn when John was off. What I value was their honesty and full cooperation on their end. They took the time to be very attentive to my concerns, and helped fixing any issues I may have. I appreciate their excellent customer services all around. It's the integrity and the culture within Karr Automotive that I respect from their team. I am glad to found Karr Automotive in Fort Myers as my go to mechanics from now on. As a google local guide, I would recommend them as your go-to auto mechanics in Fort Myers. Definitely a 5 star to Karr Automotive for their excellency. Thanks Kellyn and John for helping me throughout the process with my 2004 350Z.

I just wanted to say I LOVE this place!!! John went above and beyond for me when I needed to get my car fixed. He was patient and went out of his way to find a solution that worked out for me when I was having a rough time. I recommend this place for any female that is not always trusting with garages ripping us off. This place cares and takes the time to show that they do care. I have used them for years and have never once been let down. Thank you John for all you do!!!!!
