What a positive experience with Jsn! A tire seemed low to me but my daughter said she had it checked elsewhere months ago and it was fine. One of the first things they said was a nail in the tire and they fixed it. So accommodating and were a pleasure to deal with.

I have been here twice and they have been fantastic both times. Very clean waiting area. Everyone has been very friendly and professional. Explained everything in detail and clearly. Completed the work very timely and if there was a delay let me know right away. I had a simple oil change and two larger repairs done and very happy with everything. Very reasonable cost - much better than any dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

These guys are awesome. I dropped in first thing in the morning for a quick fix of my tire that had a screw in the tread. The shop fixed it right away and advised me to have the patch done rather than a simple plug for safety reasons. The next day my tire pressure gauge came on and I went back to the shop. They looked over all the tires after putting my car on the lift to ensure they had the right amount of air pressure. I was leaving on a long 8 hour car trip so I wanted to be sure my car was safe to drive. They understood and went above what most shops would have done. Highly recommend this shop.

Very friendly and competent workers on site. They offer fair prices and excellent services. Got my tires changed no problem, even while I had wheel locks on without the key. Skip Tuffy and Tires Plus, and go straight here instead, and your car will be in good hands.

My tire went flat on 75 after a puncture somewhere in ft myers. After calling AAA and putting my spare on I drove straight to the tire shop. Expecting a long wait because they were full I went across to get a drink. Their bays were full but they still pulled my car up and got to work on fixing my tire. I was surprised and very grateful. Less than 45 minutes and my car was ready to roll. Appreciate the friendly and quick service and will definitely be taking my car back for any further needs.

Fantastic shop! Honest and reasonably priced. Trustworthy and dependable. Excellent customer service. I am moving all of our fleet maintenance and repairs to them. Highly recommend for all your vehicle needs!

Quick diagnostics.Clear and easy estimates.John and Jack always picked up the phone quickly.Have a night drop box, which is very helpful when you have a job and can't bring it during the day.Will use them again!

This place LITERALLY saved our lives.We had some work done on some calipers in New Jersey, and the company that did it most likely didn't tighten the bolt properly, because by the time we rolled into JSN the sound we had heard in Jersey was back and louder than ever.I was told and shown there was a bolt missing from the caliper and if it had flipped when we were going 70mph on the highway, the wheel would have locked up.... at 70 mph.JSN knew we were from out of town and that we were only staying for a day. They could have totally taken advantage of the situation but they charged a fair price and got the job done in a day.We were so relieved and now that I am back in NJ I can say that the job has lasted our whole trip back. Still runs and sounds great.I will also add that they drove me back to the hotel and then picked me up when my car was ready which was also a lovely courtesy.I am very, very satisfied with the service I received.

I will never use JSN Fort Myers again. I took my vehicle that was just out of warranty to JSN for a check engine light. I was told it needed a timing change for $2200 which I authorized. I was contacted a few days later and told it needed another engine part taking my bill to $2700. After a few days I called to check the repair status and was told that they were still trying to figure out what is wrong with the engine. After several days they told me that the engine was fixed and I could pick it up. When I went to pick it up they attempted to charge me about $3000 for the additional parts that they tried. The counter person was rude and unprofessional. When I told him I was only going to pay what I authorized I was cursed and the counter person was trying to get me to physically fight him. ( I m not sure it would have been much of a fight since I am a senior)The vehicle does run now but loud. Consider this a warning.

Good repair shop. Have had both of my cars serviced there for over a year. Quality work, warranty on repairs. There is a new manager there and things are even better

My friend took her car there this morning for an estimate. She didn't tell them she already had one until they came on $250 higher. When questioned she was told that they use manufacturers parts. But so does south trail automotive. On Youngquist rd. When that failed they said that the other mechanic had the wrong part number. Well I confirmed with 3 parts store and the KIA dealership that was just an outright lie. They did however drop the price to within about 50 dollars of southtrails price with a military discount. But South trail also gave a discount for military and brought it down even more. But don't take my word for it. Compare for yourself. As for me and my friend we will do business and recommend from here on South Trail Tire and Auto repair on Youngquist rd just down from the car wash and fireworks store on US 41 South Fort Myers

Took my Jeep in without an appointment for an overheating issue. Diagnosed and repaired the issue in a couple hours. Quick courteous service. Highly recommend?

I took my car in for a suspected fuel pump issue. Got in the same day I called, with completion of work the next day. Starting with the initial call , on through the pick up of my vehicle, the service was friendly, professional and efficient. The labor and parts cost was a value(BMW service charges typically require a small loan!!). And a coupon I had was honored, reducing the charges to a reasonable amount. I have recommended JSN to neighbors and friends. Thank you for good hiring, good training and oversight.

Be prepared to pay more than you were expecting. After first having been told that my appointment for an oil change I booked over the phone couldn't be found in the system, they did take my car in but definitely took longer than it would have been had they made sure to actually add my appointment to the books and not double book the time.I then come back with their online coupon for the oil change, the checkout service man (who was the same man that checked me in) quotes me for a full synthetic (the higher tier option) when I was never told what kind of oil change I would be getting. I have never not gotten a synthetic blend oil change (the lower tier option) and was expecting to pay that price from the coupon. After speaking to the customer service man about this, without him looking up from the computer and in my eyes once, he then quoted me the higher price again and with a disrespectful tone told me to never put a synthetic blend in my car because it will ruin my engine. A quick google search will tell you that most all cars can take either oil change options so the tone and incorrect information was not appreciated from him. I took it a step further anyway and researched and also called my car manufacturer that my specific car can in fact take a synthetic blend.After asking for a manager, the man states he is the manager, which I highly doubt, because had he been the manager, he would have treated me with better care knowing I was a new, and potentially returning customer, he didn't cover his bases as a service rep and tell me what I was actually getting and what I would be expecting to pay for, as well as the fact that he seems to think that my car took a full synthetic oil change and after he knew I had done blends before and spoke about me having engine troubles in the future because of that, he missed out on a potential expensive service there if I did in fact have engine troubles down the line, which I won't but its besides the point.At the end of the day, I don't recommend this place for quality customer service or communication so don't say I didn't warn you!Service: Oil change

Great service..A+. I called in , Ralph was able to take me in the same day which worked out perfectly. He was very friendly, professional and seemed genuinely care about his job and helping customers . It took less than an hour to have oil change while I got some coffee at Waffle House next door. I was so impressed by their service, I recommended my friend the same day to go there to have it done. Will be back for sure. The pricing was on point and not overly inflated as in some other places I used in the past.Service: Oil change

Don't ever go here. Went in for them to run a diagnostics test on my car and they took it upon themselves to zip tie my vehicle together. called me only AFTER drilling holes and using zip ties instead of just telling me clips were missing!!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Very unprofessional.

Overall great experience! They are a gem and I hate to give them up to others but they took me immediately literally and did a great job so I'm extremely happy when I could not even get an oil change for 3 months elsewhere and they took me right away and everything works great Plus for a fantastic price!. It was for my air conditioning in Florida in the middle of summer so they did me a tremendous favor which I'll never forget and be a customer for life!

The staff was polite and explained the work involved. I had an appointment and had arrived about 15 minutes early. They said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half to complete the work. I went to get something to eat and had barely finished my meal (45 minutes had passed) and I received a text that my vehicle was ready. These guys are great and I have been to their shop several times for various services with both of my vehicles. I highly recommend Pit Stop for your vehicle service needs.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Do not hesitate going to JSN auto repair. These folks are 100% wonderful. I was having the worst day ever and the icing on the cake was a flat tire. They took me right in...fixed me right up. Spectacular front desk crew at this location.
