Honest is the best way to describe this business, I took my subaru Impreza here and David was dilligent in finding the issue, he was really honest about what he found out. I can't recommend him enough, we all know is hard to find a mechanic you can trust but if you are looking for a place where you gonna hear the true whatever this is, this is your spot. Thank you!

Jordan's Automotive did excellent work with the installing of my Power Stop rotor,break, and caliper kit. They are a pleasure to deal with. I followed the recommended break in procedure, and all is well.

Experienced, professional, helpful, good, honest family business that will get you back on the road and won t try to upsell you on any unnecessary work. Highest quality work at reasonable prices. I have known the Jordan family since I was a child, and I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good mechanic.P.S. I have used Jordan's Automotive before and have always been thrilled with my service but today they went the extra mile to make sure Disney was on the TV for my 3 year old and got us in and out in under an hour! Always exceptional, EVERY SINGLE TIME! There are plenty of places in town to get auto repairs but THERE IS ONLY ONE Jordan's Automotive!Service: Auto brake repair

I am SO HAPPY to have a found an knowledgeable, honest, and affordable auto repair shop! Referred by a friend, we first took my daughter's Jeep Liberty in for repairs and an a/c inspection. They completed the repairs and recharged her a/c without any pressure of completing the a/c repair until we could afford to do so. I then took my Ford Explorer in for a second opinion after years of high prices and poor customer service from the Ford dealership. My needed repair was confirmed by Dave. It was not a safety issue, so I chose to postpone until I could afford it. I was not pressured to complete the repair that same day, nor was I charged for the diagnostic service. I returned a few weeks later to have the repair done. The scheduling was efficient, I was welcomed back with a smile and re-explanation of the work that would be done, the repair was completed in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the quality of work and customer service!

I love taking my vehicles to Jordan's Automotive because I appreciate their professional and honest service. I recently went in for my routine oil change and to diagnose a vibration. I assumed it was an alignment issue, but found out that my rear tires needed to be replaced. They quoted me for two new tires and, true to their honesty and integrity, encouraged me to get other quotes as they don't stock tires and likely wouldn't be the best on price. That advise saved me money but cost them the sale. I trust David implicitly as they always have my best interest at heart - I will certainly continue servicing my cars at Jordan's Automotive. Thank You!

I brought my 2012 GMC Acadia to Jordan s Automotive because my air conditioning was not working at all. They did a thorough review of the car and gave me a quote to replace my ac unit letting me know that if certain things did not have to be replaced they would communicate the exact problem and costs. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not a total loss and only needed one part! It could have cost me 1500 the actual was repair was a fraction only 400.00! What was even better was they checked everything else in the car! There were a few other items that they were able to repair and my 100,000 mile car is running like new! They are HONEST, professional and really nice to work with! I would highly recommend them!

Honest, hardworking people. Family owned shop with the old, honest mindset. After being quoted well more for a part at another place, took my truck here and they repaired it and did an oil change for far less. Sue (Mom and Receptionist/do all things) was FANTASTIC and so very sweet to my little one as I had to wait for my truck. Thank you to them. They have a customer for life.

I thought this place was honest and stood by their work . I was wrong. Had my Trans oil changed first (no problem) Had a rear main seal put in(no problem).Trans pan leaked and no oil pressure after rear main was put in. They said it had nothing to do with what they did...we all know they took the trans out to do the seal.I am very disappointed. I thought I found a decent shop. I was wrong .

Jordans Automotive is my pick everytime!! They will do right by you!! they are not cheap but believe me the work is worth it. You will not have a back in forth situation with this place. Its fixed right the first time and they don't fool around with you. Great honest people!! Sue and Wendy and all the guys are great. There's just something special about this family! Thanks guys!!

I brought my 7.3 diesel work truck to get some work done and they did all of the work for a fair price. I could feel the honesty when talking to them so I decided to do business with them. I will be doing work with them again!
