Came in with a terrible clutch situation. Had to drop it off knowing that she would be there for a couple of weeks due to not being able to set an apt. Not only was my bike taken care of but also detailed before I was given it back. Fair prices and very kind employees. HUGE THANKS TO JAMES, baby James and Al I look forward to seeing you guys again for my other services and tune ups!

Absolute best shop around. I brought my 2019 Road King here after a lifter came apart and destroyed the motor. They sent the crank case off to Dark Horse and did a S&S 128 kit on the top end. 148Hp/149Tq and still getting 39mpg. The bikes never run better. Trustworthy and fair on prices, excellent techs, keeps you informed, and top notch customer service.

JBA took care of the mistress my 2013 HD StreetGlide which is customized and stretched out as a 26 BigWheel Bagger. The JBA team are professional and proficient with their skill set. They completed the work in a timely manner and I can say when needed they will see me again for maintenance and what ever else arises; like just maybe an audio upgrade If you want the right team on your bike JBA customs is the place to go to.

We literally dropped onto James's door at quitting time "bagger down"!The next morning he had our bike inspected tip to tip.He did not tell me what I wanted to hear but what I needed to know.Cannot wait to post pics of the build "OR AS I AM CALLING IT, REBUILD THE RIGHT WAY" pictures..Thank you James and team...

JBA did a full custom paint job on my 05 Softail Deuce back in 2020 and it still looks amazing. I get tons of compliments on it!! Will definitely use them for other services.

Nice Work Fellas! 2014 Harley Ultra---Installed cam, intake, D&D Exhaust, Nice bump in torque and HP! Love the sound, they even got my back tire warrantied I purchased somewhere else last year. Every recommendation was the right one. Runs Perfect No Issues!

James and his guys are very professional. They have done great work on my customized bagger. I decided to try this place about a year ago. Good solid old fashioned kinda shop. Reasonable prices. They get the job done. This is my first choice for maintenance and service work now. Just had carb work and tires this week . Much faster completion time than expected. Fortunately didn t have any parts delays. My buddy is bringing his Harley here next week for service work. So far so good. I like these guys.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

James and his crew did a great job. My 2007 Thunder Mountain Keystone chopper with about 20,000 miles needed a whole overhaul. From new tires, wires , hoses, paint, etc., I now have what looks like a new bike. And, is it gorgeous....and runs great! James loves his work, takes pride and ownership in all he does. I heard about James @ JBA thru a friend of mine and he highly recommended him. After doing some research on my own I decided to let JBA Custom Cycles to do some extensive performance engine modifications. Throughout the whole process James called me numerous times to keep me informed. He kept his word. He did exactly what I asked. He gave me knowledgeable advice to help me with the decision process. In todays world a man doing business like this is a needle in a haystack. He will be the only ship wrenching on my bike in the future and I will let everyone I come in contact with that he is the guy to trust. He is not the cheapest but worth every penny. JBA Customs is the best motorcycle shop I have ever been too hands down.James and his crew goes above and beyond to make sure your motorcycle is done right. James explains everything to you before doing any work. And if something else comes up that needs to be fix he will not hesitate to call you or ask you to come to the shop. JBA Custom in my opinion is one of SWFL leading customs shops in customer service and top on the line quality work. There is no other shop that will ever touch my bike again. Thanks JBA

I don t remember a time where I spent 47 minutes on the phone with the owner of a company (or anyone for that matter) whom I never met and go over details about a motorcycle his company serviced that is now in my garage. Thank you, James, I appreciate the time, the dedication to your work and craft, your experience with all bikes, but mine in particular. I just took my GSX1250fa in for fluid service and new tires...What a great experience! My brakes feel way better now that I have clean fluid in them and my tires are awesome, especially with Ride-On balancing and puncture gel in them!!!Before, even balanced with weights, my ride was awful on the highway, but with NO WEIGHTS on the rims and Ride-On in the tires, my ride is almost as smooth as glass!! The best part, if I pick up a nail in the tire, the gel will seal it so I won t have a flat!Thanks James for hooking my ride up!

I initially used this shop for a full service. Parts were to be ordered and I was to come back to drop off bike. Instead, bike was kept and I was without the bike for 2 weeks for a simple 3 hole service. I did need a tire as well and was toldI needed a belt and battery. I lookup the values of these items all together and I understand any business needs to make a profit. I never received a quote, bike was held 2 weeks, then slapped with a surprise bill. Total rip off joint and paid for these items 1/2 of the value of the bike.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Battery

Brought my Harley in to replace my steering stem bearings which should have been serviced at the dealer prior to my purchase. But that s another story. James, Steve and Al treated me great and fixed the problem better than new. Highly recommended these guys!

James and all the guys down at JBA Custom cycles are a class act crew. Great product and great service. Most places around the area are here to make a quick buck. JBA Custom cycles have great prices and great craftsmanship. Check out there motorcycles too! Very impressive and fun to ride. Had a chance to take Krusty for a spin. Had a blast.

Best place in southwest florida! All my bikes have had work done here and no matter what the bikes issues are, JBA always finds a way to fix them to perfection! I have been to other places before but have been dissatisfied and disappointed but here, never! keep it up Jaime!

Best custom shop in Lee County. I have a Harley Street Glide that James personally did the work on. There is nothing they can't do . I highly recommend stoping in and see the work they do. No work is to big or small for this shop. The entire staff is friendly and always helpful. I will only do my custom , maintenance , service work with JBA. Harley dealer is a complete waste of money.Ian

JBA Customs Motorcycle shop in Ft Myers Florida is a excellent service center for Harley Davidson and other manufactures. My experience with JBA Customs is very positive and below is my experience.At the beginning of March prior to Daytona bike week my 2003 ultra classic 100th anniversary Harley Davidson motorcycle broke down due to a clutch cable failure. Even though I was 3/4 of a mile away from the Harley Davidson dealership in Ft. Myers they were not able to help me to get my bike up and runnin. Reason being once my motorcycle was in their service shop they indicated that they do not work on Harley Davidson motorcycles that are older than 15 years . I was told this is a new rule in place for 2020 however they did answer all my questions and able to turn me on to a local service shop by the name of JBA Customs and they towed my motorcycle approximately 10 miles over to JBA Customs at no cost.James which is the owner of JBA Customs currently have motorcycles in the shop that he s working on and I indicated that I was trying to get to Daytona bike week we were able to get a clutch cable delivered to his shop and his Service Shop & inspected my motorcycle and saw other issues pertaining to safety of driving the motorcycle. A front tire that was starting to show dry rotting and also my drive belt had a hole in it. He explained to me it thoroughly and we ordered the parts and they were replaced within about 24 hours .I picked up my motorcycle during the beginning of Daytona bike week and upon heading to the interstate my brand new front tire went flat .Within a few minutes James picked up the motorcycle delivered back to the shop found out is a bad tire valve replaced it and got me on the road as soon as possible .
