I feel like Charlie did a good job he was friendly he was kind he was very ensuring that I knew exactly what I had to do with the machinery that he installed. If he would do body work I would have him work on my car more but since he only does auto mechanics I definitely will be taking him there to have any Automotive mechanical problems I give him a five star because they deserve it

Do NOT go to Charlie s Auto Fix for installation of your device!! They have no integrity in their work at all. I brought my brand new 2021 Blazer there and they had me convinced that it was normal to have to wait for about three minutes before I can blow into the device to start the car. The place down the street at Wicked Nice Caaz found that they put me and more importantly my family at risk with their shotty workmanship leaving an ignition wire in a place that could have easily started a fire and was a certain hazard. I tried to rectify the situation asking for at least a partial refund but Charlie would not hear it and would not take responsibility for his employees lazy and dangerous workmanship. Do not go to this shop. The people at intoxalock however were very understanding and a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Intoxalock. Just get it installed elsewhere that s all.

Patty & Charlie are a terrific husband & wife team that works well & patiently with all of their customers! They are very honest, hard working & truly a pleasure to do business with! I highly recommend them for all of what they have to offer!!!

I am happy I can drive again , but after getting the interlock on my car that s when I was told there was Hidden fees of $75 if you can t get the car started . That s not right no one told me that I m the beginning . That s not right !!
