On 2/26/24 I had a broken taillight repaired. My complaint was I was not presented with a written estimate while I sat in the waiting room. I was told at checkout there was a 3% additional non cash charge for use of credit card- $14.75. I was told the same up charge would occur if I paid by check. Who carries around $500 in cash? I was also told there was a $45.90 misc charge added to the bill for supplies and disposal- again, not explained or shown to me in an initial authorization. I was initially verbally informed of a rust proofing recall on the vehicle and I could bring the car in when the part - material arrived in about 5 days. The service was done anyway during the current service without authorization as they must have found the part- material - but with added waiting time when I was on a tight schedule. Finally, calls to the service rep later were not returned. Charges need to be upfront and authorized.

I have to say the worse service my husband and I have ever received. Held our Veloster for 5 to 6 months. They didn t have a damn clue what was wrong with it but changed every part imaginable. Then Emilio (who sucks so bad at his job) says we think it s the harness but we can t GRANTEE! that this will fix it. Costing $6,000 plus to change it. The insurance tells us they can t cover it! AGAIN we live, PAY CHECK TO PAY CHECK! Taking advantage of people who don t have the means. Emilio should be fired. His incompetent service was off the charts! He NEVER called back for any updates. We had to call every day to ask for updates and no one would respond or call back. We had to do email to get an update but that doesn t matter because they still didn t give answers! Emilio has THEEE WORSE ATTITUDE!!! His management does nothing about it! I hope your company is proud of the EMOTIONAL STRESS you have put on us! Now we have to SURRENDER our car because of you!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT CARE OR HAVE WORKER THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR CARE FOR THERE CUSTOMERS!!! I will let everyone know to stay way from you guys!!!

Left my car for service on Saturday for what was supposed to be a 2 hr fix. It s Tuesday and no one even takes a minute to call and give an update. When you call in no one wants to take ownership and find out what s going on with the car. When you buy a car with them they treat you as if you were buying a Ferrari and when its time to use their service department they quickly remind you that it s a Hyundai.Service: Electrical

I went last Friday 11/24/23 to have my SUV serviced, Leonel assisted me, and then I returned on Monday 11/27/23 and Eumilio assisted me. The service in this place is terrible, the treatment was not good, compared to the Naples location. I gave him a coupon that I had and they rudely told me that it could not be used at the Ft Myers location when Leonel had received the coupon on Friday. I went to this place because it is close to my work but because of the way the guys treat me I don't think I will return again, the experience was terrible compared to other times I have gone there. They should work on their customer service better.

I bought my car 3 weeks ago. they've had my car for 2 weeks doing service on it. they can't fix the battery on my hybrid Even though it overheats. I recommend going somewhere else. they take their time and don't care about the customer.

Don t visit Fort Myers dealership to buy a car or for service. Christopher Murano in finance will hide charges under GAP insurance and forge your signature. They are thugs. The Director of finance Charlie Bidell is condescending and verbally abusing with females. Avoid them at all cost. The worst dealership I have ever visited.

Took my car in for service. Staff was very friendly. The service manager is impressive. She was very accommodating to myself and my two daughters. Was very understanding of my concerns. I was impressed with her ability to carry several tasks at a time and all with a smile. She is clearly an asset to Hyundai.

I don t know who you have answering your phones for service, but he s not the guy you need to be answering the phones! Rude, short, laughs at you! Real upstanding gentleman! In case is helps I called 12-13-23 @2:45-3pm maybe you can figure out who he was so you dont lose anymore customers! Good luck you will need it with him answering your phones!

Had my Santa Fe in for oil change and general service. As I paid for the service I asked about my tires and brakes and was told they were good. A month later I got a screw in my tire and when I took it to my local fix it shop he showed me my rear brake pads were paper thin and my tires were worn. I paid over $1,200.00 for the work. Hyundai could have done the work and been paid. You guys didn t do the job and now have lost my business. Not good!

I had an appointment to have anti theft software update due to recall and they said that it would be completed within an hour. Two and a half hours later they presented me with an unsolicited appraisal of my vehicle with $1800 in recommended repairs including $400 for a sun visor. During the unsolicited appraisal, they neglected to see the red dashboard light remains on all the time indicating a problem with the air bag which is common with Hyundai vehicles.

The service like everything in todays world is terrible. All I wanted to know if they had the part to fix a recall and couldn't get anyone to talk to. You need some live people to halp customers.

I wouldn't buy another car from this dealer ever again....I got screwed in the finance dept...The f&I guy told me I wasn't going to pay for the warranties he wanted to sell me but after I opened the thumb drive of documents (cause they don't print anything) there was almost $6000 in extras I ended up agreeing to..They have you sign some electronic screen...To say I am pissed is an under statement...Their service sucks too....

Staff is friendly and nice and they always get the job done, but i alway have a problem when coming here as I ve never had a smooth interaction with them. The timeframe to fix the car is unreliable as they almost never stick to the timeframe they give. I m guessing there is also major miscommunication going on as when I called to check on my car, I was transferred over 10 different times back and forth between the service and parts departments. They often have technical issues as well as they have had problems finding my insurance within the system, but communication isn t a priority for them as they waited over 2 hours before informing me without starting the service that they were looking for my insurance when the service itself only took an hour and a half. I ve been here about 5-6 times since February now when I bought a brand new car from them. In my honest opinion unless you are willing to wait double the timeframe they give you, it s better off to go somewhere else to get it fixed.Update: I tried to give them another chance again, but they don t care about how long you have to wait. I ve had a flat tire for over 2 weeks now that they never have time to change when it should take them only 30 minutes to an hour. They will tell you to wait at least 2-3 hours to get the claim approved before they can even start working on it. They told me the next availability wouldn t be until 2 weeks from now, next month in September. They also wanted me to leave my car overnight for a tire change which shouldn t take more than an hour. So basically overall, they are telling me that it takes a OVER A MONTH TO CHANGE A FLAT TIRE which is unbelievable and unreasonable. I usually don t write reviews even when I have a bad experience, but this is quite literally the worst customer service I ve ever had.

Dealer charged me $209.25 for transmission fluid when he did an oil and filter change which is about 4 times the cost. You be the judge.

I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata and am having an oil consumption test run on it. If any one is familiar it s very time consuming as you have to come in every thousand miles and have it tested. When I arrived for one of the test I sat in my car waiting for someone to come and help take all the information needed. No one came out after 10 mins. I could literally see the employees joking around while no one noticed that there was now two cars waiting. I finally went inside and let them know I was out there for ten minutes. I went to speak to the lady in the window in the waiting area and try to address the issue. Instead she replied with we re not taking any walk ins and was rude with her facial expressions I told her it was an oil consumption test and she replied that they were not even doing those. She told me to go back to the front. When I did they told me oil consumption test is something they could do and just shook his head. The service department slacks completely in customer service.

If I could give them less stars I would. Their service department is horrible. After jumping through all their hoops for an oil consumption problem with my 2017 Sonata they told me they had to submit the info to Hyundai for warranty approval and would call me when they had an answer. I never got a phone call. I called them 3x a week for a month, left messages, and got nowhere. When I finally reached the service manager he said Hyundai denied the claim. According to them it is normal to burn between 1 and 2 qrts every 1,000 miles. I ll never buy another Hyundai product and recommend you steer clear of this dealership, they are absolutely horrible.

Since the change in ownership the service center is deffinetly better. Quick service and the technician was extremely polite and helpful.

Went in to look at a vehicle for our daughter and was quickly bait and switched from 4 online that were "oh sorry, just sold" to cars that cost 150% more.Then later told there's a non negotiable extra 5k cost added on to every car.Won't be back. Bought elsewhere and didn't pay ridiculous fake fees.

1 star only because 0 is not available. I had my Hyundai towed to the dealership service station and they charged me for a diagnostic and claimed it need a new engine. They did NOT even look at the engine, or listen to me when I told them a spark plug broke off in the head . My neighbor threaded the broken part out with a screwdriver and fixed the car in the driveway. Had Hyundai even Looked at the engine they would have seen it was an easy fix DO NOT TRUST THEM!

BUYER BEWARE: Bought a vehicle from them and it presented no engine issues. A few days later engine issues appear. I take it to the mazda dealership next door and they said the engine codes were deleted and something was definitely wrong before my buying it. Months later and we still can t fix the lean codes. I am paying over $700 a month for a vehicle I got to drive less than two weeks, in just about 6 months of ownership. I wish you would make it right and take this car back for what you sold it to me for and help me get another vehicle that has not been wrongfully passed through to the next guy. I would expect more from a dealership.

Let me start by saying i went to hyundais dealer to get my self on a liable car i needed since my last car got damaged and i do have to say that edgar and dave did help me out throught the process got me through all the steps and got me into a nice car get complain they were very helpful appreciate the help

Brought my car in for scheduled maintenance (oil change, tire rotation). Had my car for 90 minutes for a 20 minutes job. Tried to upsell me unnecessary stuff for a 2 month old car and conveniently "forgot" to rotate my tires. I did mark one but I didn't have to check it because I had one tire with a couple more lbs. in it and they were nice enough to leave my console on the pressures. Behold, it was in the same spot. I checked the marked one too and same story. Spend 40k on a car you'd think they'd at least perform the maintenance that's included. Awful shady. Dealerships

While I was not happy with the results, I appreciate that the mechanics provided me with all my options and they were completely honest about the results and how long the repairs would take. I would go back again. In the process of buying my next hyundai now. Thank you
